Pro orientaci je ale d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sledovat konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed dynamiku:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Co se v tom kontaktu opakuje?<\/li>\n<li>M\u011bn\u00ed se n\u011bco, kdy\u017e se to pojmenuje?<\/li>\n<li>Je v tom prostoru mo\u017enost reagovat nebo hlavn\u011b obhajovat?<\/li>\n<li>Posiluje ten vztah stabilitu, nebo ji postupn\u011b oslabuje?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Odpov\u011bdi na tyto ot\u00e1zky b\u00fdvaj\u00ed p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e jak\u00e1koli n\u00e1lepka.<\/p>\n<h3>N\u00e1vrat k vlastn\u00edmu vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p>Pokud se \u010dlov\u011bk v takov\u00e9 dynamice ocitne, \u010dasto nejde o okam\u017eit\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed.
