Nebo e-mailem, kter\u00fd je napsan\u00fd \u201eneutr\u00e1ln\u011b\u201c, ale po p\u0159e\u010dten\u00ed m\u00e1te chu\u0165 se obhajovat. A pak zjist\u00edte, \u017ee m\u00edsto pr\u00e1ce \u0159e\u0161\u00edte v hlav\u011b jejich t\u00f3n, v\u00fdznam, \u00famysl a to, co to ud\u011bl\u00e1 s va\u0161\u00ed reputac\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Toxi\u010dt\u00ed kolegov\u00e9 m\u00e1lokdy p\u016fsob\u00ed toxicky na prvn\u00ed dobrou. \u010casto jde o opakuj\u00edc\u00ed se dynamiku, kter\u00e1 v\u00e1m systematicky bere oporu ve vlastn\u00edm \u00fasudku. A pr\u00e1v\u011b to je d\u016fvod, pro\u010d je t\u00e9ma \u201ejak zvl\u00e1dat toxick\u00e9 kolegy\u201c ve skute\u010dnosti t\u00e9ma vlivu, rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed a schopnosti udr\u017eet realitu v komunikaci.<\/p>\n<h2>Co t\u00edm vlastn\u011b mysl\u00edme, kdy\u017e \u0159\u00edk\u00e1me \u201etoxick\u00fd kolega\u201c<\/h2>\n<p>Toxicita nen\u00ed diagn\u00f3za \u010dlov\u011bka. Je to popis dopadu jeho chov\u00e1n\u00ed v konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm syst\u00e9mu. Toxicita je vzorec a dopad &#8211; to, co se d\u011bje dlouhodob\u011b.<\/p>\n<h2>Prvn\u00ed krok: odd\u011blit realitu od interpretac\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Kdy\u017e jste pod tlakem, mozek dopl\u0148uje mezery. A toxick\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed mu to umo\u017e\u0148uje, proto\u017ee informace jsou nejasn\u00e9, dvojzna\u010dn\u00e9 a \u010dasto z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b rozml\u017een\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>U\u017eite\u010dn\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 ot\u00e1zkou: co je pozorovateln\u00fd fakt a co je moje interpretace?<\/p>\n<p>Fakta jsou konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed: \u201eNa porad\u011b \u0159ekl: \u201aTohle je amat\u00e9rsk\u00e9.\u2018\u201c \u201eNeposlal mi data, kter\u00e1 sl\u00edbil.\u201c \u201eP\u0159epsal v dokumentu moje \u010d\u00e1sti bez konzultace.\u201c Interpretace jsou v\u00fdznamy: \u201eChce m\u011b zni\u010dit.\u201c \u201eNesn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed m\u011b.\u201c \u201eUr\u010dit\u011b m\u011b pomlouv\u00e1 veden\u00ed.\u201c Interpretace mohou b\u00fdt pravdiv\u00e9, ale dokud je nem\u00e1te ov\u011b\u0159en\u00e9, \u0159\u00edd\u00ed v\u00e1s emoce a obrann\u00e9 strategie.<\/p>\n<p>Tenhle krok nen\u00ed intelektu\u00e1ln\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed. Je to n\u00e1vrat k op\u011brn\u00e9 ty\u010di. Jakmile stoj\u00edte na faktech, m\u016f\u017eete volit reakci. Dokud stoj\u00edte na domn\u011bnk\u00e1ch, budete reagovat automaticky.<\/p>\n<h2>Pro\u010d v\u00e1s to zasahuje v\u00edc, ne\u017e \u201eby m\u011blo\u201c<\/h2>\n<p>Toxick\u00fd kolega obvykle aktivuje n\u011bjak\u00fd <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/cs\/category\/vzorce-chovani-a-reakce\/\">vnit\u0159n\u00ed vzorec<\/a>. U jin\u00fdch strach z konfliktu a tendence \u201eudr\u017eet klid\u201c. U l\u00eddr\u016f \u010dasto nar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed t\u00e9ma autority: \u201eKdy\u017e to nech\u00e1m b\u00fdt, oslab\u00edm pozici. Kdy\u017e zatla\u010d\u00edm, budu vypadat emocion\u00e1ln\u011b.\u201c Bez pojmenov\u00e1n\u00ed vlastn\u00edho spou\u0161t\u011b\u010de budete bu\u010f ustupovat, nebo eskalovat. A oboj\u00ed je \u010diteln\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak zvl\u00e1dat toxick\u00e9 kolegy v praxi: t\u0159i \u00farovn\u011b z\u00e1sahu<\/h2>\n<p>Neexistuje jedna univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed technika. Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, co je to za typ dynamiky, jakou m\u00e1te form\u00e1ln\u00ed roli a jak\u00fd je kontext firmy. Neexistuj\u00edc\u00ed proces p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed? Nedostatek moderace na porad\u00e1ch? Pokud je v\u0161e postaven\u00e9 na osobn\u00edch dohod\u00e1ch, toxick\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk bude hr\u00e1t p\u0159es nejasnosti.<\/p>\n<p>V praxi \u010dasto pom\u016f\u017ee p\u0159en\u00e9st komunikaci do ov\u011b\u0159iteln\u00fdch r\u00e1mc\u016f: shrnut\u00ed po sch\u016fzce, jasn\u00e9 term\u00edny, potvrzen\u00ed zad\u00e1n\u00ed, dohody v otev\u0159en\u00fdch kan\u00e1lech. Ne proto, abyste n\u011bkoho nachytali, ale abyste sn\u00ed\u017eili prostor pro interpretace.<\/p>\n<h3>3) \u0158\u00edzen\u00ed dopadu na v\u00e1s a va\u0161i roli<\/h3>\n<p>Toxick\u00fd kolega nen\u00ed jen probl\u00e9m komunikace. Je to z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e na nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m. Pokud jste dlouhodob\u011b ve st\u0159ehu, za\u010dnete d\u011blat rozhodnut\u00ed z obrany. Bu\u010f budete p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 m\u011bkc\u00ed, nebo p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 tvrd\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>U l\u00eddr\u016f je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka: co v t\u00e9hle situaci chr\u00e1n\u00edm? Reputaci? Kvalitu pr\u00e1ce? Lidi v t\u00fdmu? Tady se ukazuje va\u0161e schopnost rozhodovat se v realit\u011b, ne v p\u0159edstav\u011b, jak by to m\u011blo b\u00fdt.<\/p>\n<h2>Typick\u00e9 sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159e a co s nimi<\/h2>\n<p>Toxick\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed se \u010dasto opakuje v n\u011bkolika sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159\u00edch. Ka\u017ed\u00fd vy\u017eaduje trochu jin\u00fd z\u00e1sah.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e v\u00e1m n\u011bkdo bere z\u00e1sluhy, b\u00fdv\u00e1 efektivn\u00ed vr\u00e1tit autorstv\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u011b a bez emo\u010dn\u00edho n\u00e1boje: \u201eAbych to zar\u00e1moval &#8211; n\u00e1vrh \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed jsem p\u0159ipravil j\u00e1, X dodal data a Y to otestoval. Toxick\u00fd kolega v\u00e1s bude zkou\u0161et st\u00e1hnout do hry o emoce, domn\u011bnky a presti\u017e. Vy m\u016f\u017eete z\u016fstat u reality, hranic a rozhodnut\u00ed.
