Ne k \u201epravd\u011b\u201c v mor\u00e1ln\u00edm smyslu, ale k pozorovateln\u00fdm \u00fadaj\u016fm: co se stalo, kdy, kdo byl p\u0159\u00edtomen, co bylo dohodnuto, jak\u00fd je dal\u0161\u00ed krok.<\/p>\n<p>Druh\u00fd princip je zpomalen\u00ed. Jde o zp\u016fsob, jak v\u00e9st rozhovor tak, aby se nerozpadl do emoc\u00ed, viny a ml\u017een\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e druh\u00fd p\u0159episuje realitu: \u201eM\u00e1m to jinak. Poj\u010fme se dr\u017eet toho, co je te\u010f pot\u0159eba rozhodnout.\u201c V pr\u00e1ci m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159idat: \u201ePo\u0161lu shrnut\u00ed, a\u0165 m\u00e1me stejn\u00e9 zad\u00e1n\u00ed.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e \u00fato\u010d\u00ed na va\u0161e motivy: \u201eO motivech diskutovat nebudu. \u0158e\u0161\u00edm konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed dopad a dal\u0161\u00ed krok.\u201c Tady se vyplat\u00ed nepokou\u0161et se dokazovat, \u017ee jste \u201eto nemysleli \u0161patn\u011b\u201c. A vy, pokud jste zodpov\u011bdn\u00ed a zvykl\u00ed fungovat korektn\u011b, do toho spadnete. Vysv\u011btl\u00edte kontext, nuance, dobr\u00fd \u00famysl.
