Bez toho snadno sklouznete do dvou past\u00ed: bu\u010f budete p\u0159ehnan\u011b vysv\u011btlovat a \u201euh\u00e1n\u011bt\u201c vztah do pohody, nebo naopak p\u0159itvrd\u00edte a vznikne otev\u0159en\u00fd konflikt. Ani jedno nevrac\u00ed komunikaci do jasnosti.<\/p>\n<h2>Co pasivn\u00ed agrese ve skute\u010dnosti d\u011bl\u00e1<\/h2>\n<p>Pasivn\u00ed agresivita je zp\u016fsob, jak vyj\u00e1d\u0159it nesouhlas, frustraci nebo odpor nep\u0159\u00edmo. Ne\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 \u201enechci\u201c nebo \u201enesouhlas\u00edm\u201c, ale za\u0159\u00edd\u00ed, aby se to projevilo. Typicky p\u0159es zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed, zapom\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed, ironii, \u201enevinn\u00e9\u201c pozn\u00e1mky, ticho, \u00fasm\u011bv bez kontaktu, nebo p\u0159es to, \u017ee se \u010dlov\u011bk tv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee je v\u0161e v po\u0159\u00e1dku, a pak v\u00e1s potrest\u00e1 odstupem.<\/p>\n<p>V mana\u017eersk\u00e9m kontextu m\u00e1 pasivn\u00ed agrese je\u0161t\u011b jednu funkci: umo\u017e\u0148uje zachovat si pozici bez p\u0159evzet\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti. \u010clov\u011bk m\u016f\u017ee pozd\u011bji \u0159\u00edct \u201ej\u00e1 nic\u201c a p\u0159itom poslal jasn\u00fd sign\u00e1l. Pro druhou stranu je to n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 t\u00edm, \u017ee se t\u011b\u017eko chyt\u00e1 konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed bod. M\u00e1te pocit, \u017ee n\u011bco nehraje, ale kdy\u017e to pojmenujete, m\u016f\u017eete vypadat p\u0159ecitliv\u011ble nebo \u201eparanoidn\u011b\u201c.<\/p>\n<h2>Typick\u00e9 sign\u00e1ly, \u017ee nejde jen o \u0161patnou n\u00e1ladu<\/h2>\n<p>N\u00e1lada je prom\u011bnliv\u00e1 a ob\u010das prost\u011b nejsme ve form\u011b. Pasivn\u00ed agresi pozn\u00e1te sp\u00ed\u0161 podle opakov\u00e1n\u00ed a vzorce. V praxi se \u010dasto ukazuje v t\u011bchto podob\u00e1ch: souhlas na oko a pak sabot\u00e1\u017e, \u201ep\u0159\u00e1telsk\u00e1\u201c ironie, kter\u00e1 znehodnocuje, odm\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed konkr\u00e9tnosti (\u201eje to jedno\u201c) a sou\u010dasn\u011b nespokojenost, kdy\u017e se rozhodne, odkl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se v\u017edy dotkne pr\u00e1v\u011b va\u0161ich priorit, nebo ticho, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 vyvolat nejistotu.<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je neud\u011blat z toho okam\u017eit\u011b diagn\u00f3zu charakteru. \u010c\u00e1st lid\u00ed to pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jako <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/cs\/category\/vzorce-chovani-a-reakce\/\">nau\u010denou strategii<\/a> z prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kde otev\u0159en\u00fd nesouhlas byl trestan\u00fd. Zvenku to vypad\u00e1 podobn\u011b, ale \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed se li\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Prvn\u00ed krok: odd\u011blit fakta od interpretac\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Nejrychlej\u0161\u00ed cesta, jak se v pasivn\u00ed agresi ztratit, je za\u010d\u00edt reagovat na domn\u011bnky. \u201eUr\u010dit\u011b m\u011b shazuje.\u201c \u201eD\u011bl\u00e1 to schv\u00e1ln\u011b.\u201c \u201eChce m\u011b vyprovokovat.\u201c M\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt pravda, ale v tu chv\u00edli u\u017e jedete p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh. Nap\u0159\u00edklad: \u201eZpochyb\u0148uje m\u011b.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1ce s pasivn\u00ed agres\u00ed stoj\u00ed na tom, \u017ee komunikujete prim\u00e1rn\u011b fakta a dopad, a interpretaci nech\u00e1te jako hypot\u00e9zu, kterou ov\u011b\u0159ujete ot\u00e1zkou. T\u00edm se p\u0159estanete to\u010dit v psychologick\u00fdch soudech a dostanete se k tomu, co se d\u00e1 zm\u011bnit.<\/p>\n<h2>Druh\u00fd krok: pojmenovat vzorec, ne \u00famysl<\/h2>\n<p>U pasivn\u00ed agrese je l\u00e1kav\u00e9 j\u00edt po motivu: \u201ePro\u010d to d\u011bl\u00e1\u0161?\u201c Jen\u017ee motiv je \u010dasto nejasn\u00fd i pro doty\u010dn\u00e9ho, a nav\u00edc je to ot\u00e1zka, kter\u00e1 snadno vyvol\u00e1 obranu. Lep\u0161\u00ed je pojmenovat opakov\u00e1n\u00ed a d\u00e1t mu r\u00e1mec.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00edsto \u201eTy m\u011b sabotuje\u0161\u201c funguje: \u201eV\u0161\u00edm\u00e1m si, \u017ee se opakuje situace, kdy se na n\u011b\u010dem domluv\u00edme a pak to nejde naplnit. Ne\u0159\u00edk\u00e1te \u201ejsi \u0161patn\u011b\u201c, ale \u201etady je vzorec, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 dopad\u201c. To je pro druhou stranu t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed shodit a pro v\u00e1s bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, proto\u017ee stoj\u00edte na pozorovateln\u00fdch bodech.<\/p>\n<h2>T\u0159et\u00ed krok: vr\u00e1tit rozhovor do konkr\u00e9tnosti<\/h2>\n<p>Pasivn\u00ed agrese \u017eije z nejasna. Z n\u00e1znak\u016f, polov\u011bty, mlhy. Proto je nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1sah n\u00e1vrat do konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed dohody.<\/p>\n<p>V praxi \u010dasto pom\u00e1h\u00e1 jednoduch\u00e1 struktura: pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed &#8211; dopad &#8211; po\u017eadavek.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eKdy\u017e sly\u0161\u00edm \u201aje to jedno\u2018 a pak se uk\u00e1\u017ee, \u017ee to jedno nen\u00ed, zdr\u017euje to rozhodnut\u00ed a zvy\u0161uje to nap\u011bt\u00ed. Pot\u0159ebuju od tebe dnes \u0159\u00edct, jestli s variantou A souhlas\u00ed\u0161, nebo navrhuje\u0161 B.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Zn\u00ed to p\u0159\u00edmo, ale nen\u00ed to tvrd\u00e9. Nen\u00ed v tom moralizov\u00e1n\u00ed. Je v tom veden\u00ed situace.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak reagovat na t\u0159i nejb\u011b\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pasivn\u011b agresivn\u00ed tahy<\/h2>\n<h3>1) Sarkasmus a \u201evtipy\u201c na v\u00e1\u0161 \u00fa\u010det<\/h3>\n<p>Sarkasmus \u010dasto testuje hranice: kdy\u017e se ohrad\u00edte, jste \u201ebez humoru\u201c. Kdy\u017e se neohrad\u00edte, sd\u011blen\u00ed projde a p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b zes\u00edl\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Funguje kr\u00e1tk\u00e1, v\u011bcn\u00e1 stopka a n\u00e1vrat k t\u00e9matu: \u201eZastav\u00edm to. Tohle zn\u00ed jako nar\u00e1\u017eka, ne jako informace. Co je tvoje konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed p\u0159ipom\u00ednka k n\u00e1vrhu?\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Pokud to pokra\u010duje, p\u0159idejte dopad: \u201eKdy\u017e to jde p\u0159es ironii, lid\u00e9 se st\u00e1hnou a diskuse se zav\u0159e. Pot\u0159ebuju to \u0159\u00edkat p\u0159\u00edmo.\u201c<\/p>\n<h3>2) Ticho, odta\u017eitost, \u201enic mi nen\u00ed\u201c<\/h3>\n<p>Ticho m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt regulace emoc\u00ed, ale m\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt i tlak. Rozd\u00edl pozn\u00e1te podle toho, zda doty\u010dn\u00fd dok\u00e1\u017ee nab\u00eddnout r\u00e1mec: \u201ePot\u0159ebuju hodinu, pak se k tomu vr\u00e1t\u00edm.\u201c Pokud ne, jste v mlze.<\/p>\n<p>Pom\u00e1h\u00e1 nab\u00eddnout dv\u011b mo\u017enosti: \u201eVid\u00edm, \u017ee se st\u00e1hne\u0161. Bu\u010f to te\u010f nech\u00e1me a d\u00e1me si \u010das do z\u00edt\u0159ka 10:00, nebo mi \u0159ekne\u0161 jednu v\u011bc, kter\u00e1 je pro tebe probl\u00e9m. Co je re\u00e1ln\u00e9?\u201c<\/p>\n<p>T\u00edm vr\u00e1t\u00edte ticho z mocensk\u00e9ho n\u00e1stroje do volby.<\/p>\n<h3>3) Souhlas a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 nedod\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p>Tady lid\u00e9 \u010dasto sklouznou do mikromanagementu. Kontroluj\u00ed, tla\u010d\u00ed, p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00ed. A jestli ti to nejde \u0159\u00edct te\u010f, dej mi to p\u00edsemn\u011b do konce dne.\u201c Pokud to mysl\u00edte v\u00e1\u017en\u011b a nejde o test loajality, \u010dasto t\u00edm \u010d\u00e1st pasivn\u00ed agresivity odpadne.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdy je pot\u0159eba p\u0159itvrdit<\/h2>\n<p>\u201eMluvit o tom\u201c nen\u00ed v\u017edy \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 to br\u00e1t jako sign\u00e1l: \u201eN\u011bco nechci, n\u011bco je na m\u011b moc, nebo m\u00e1m pocit, \u017ee m\u011b nikdo nesly\u0161\u00ed.\u201c Nejrychlej\u0161\u00ed cesta zp\u00e1tky k dosp\u011bl\u00e9 komunikaci je p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 pojmenov\u00e1n\u00ed pot\u0159eby nebo limitu. \u201eTe\u010f to nep\u0159evezmu.\u201c \u201eS t\u00edmhle nesouhlas\u00edm a pot\u0159ebuju vysv\u011btlit pro\u010d.\u201c \u201ePot\u0159ebuju \u010das na rozmy\u0161lenou.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Je to m\u00e9n\u011b elegantn\u00ed ne\u017e nar\u00e1\u017eka. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je to jedin\u00fd zp\u016fsob, jak neztr\u00e1cet respekt k sob\u011b.<\/p>\n<h2>Jedna v\u011bta, kter\u00e1 \u010dasto m\u011bn\u00ed dynamiku<\/h2>\n<p>Kdy\u017e si nejste jist\u00ed, jestli jde o pasivn\u00ed agresi, nebo jen o ne\u0161ikovn\u00fd styl, zkuste v\u011btu, kter\u00e1 kombinuje realitu a otev\u0159enost: \u201eM\u016f\u017eu se m\u00fdlit, ale zn\u00ed mi to jako nesouhlas. \u0158ekni mi to pros\u00edm p\u0159\u00edmo, a\u0165 s t\u00edm m\u016f\u017eeme pracovat.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Je v n\u00ed pevnost i prostor.
