Nebo naopak vypad\u00e1 vzdorovit\u011b, ale ve skute\u010dnosti jen chr\u00e1n\u00ed zbytky kontroly. Pro rodi\u010de i pedagogy je frustruj\u00edc\u00ed, kdy\u017e sly\u0161\u00ed \u201enev\u00edm\u201c, \u201eje mi to jedno\u201c nebo kdy\u017e se z b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 volby (\u0161kola, krou\u017eky, parta) stane v\u00fdbuch. P\u0159esn\u011b tady m\u00e1 smysl decision coaching &#8211; ne jako motivace, ale jako pr\u00e1ce s t\u00edm, co se v rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed skute\u010dn\u011b d\u011bje.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e \u0159\u00edk\u00e1m \u201eDecision coaching pro teenagery.\u201c, mysl\u00edm t\u00edm strukturovan\u00fd zp\u016fsob, jak mlad\u00e9mu \u010dlov\u011bku vr\u00e1tit oporu ve vlastn\u00edm \u00fasudku. Ne aby d\u011blal \u201espr\u00e1vn\u00e1\u201c rozhodnut\u00ed podle dosp\u011bl\u00fdch, ale aby um\u011bl rozeznat tlak, odd\u011blit realitu od interpretac\u00ed a zvolit krok, kter\u00fd unese i v n\u00e1sledc\u00edch.<\/p>\n<h2>Pro\u010d se teenager \u010dasto nerozhoduje podle reality<\/h2>\n<p>Rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed v dosp\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed je z\u00e1t\u011b\u017eov\u00e9 z n\u011bkolika d\u016fvod\u016f. Mozek je citliv\u00fd na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/cs\/vliv-socialnich-siti\/\">soci\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159ijet\u00ed<\/a>, reputaci a okam\u017eit\u00fd dopad. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je d\u00edt\u011b poprv\u00e9 ve v\u011bku, kdy se po n\u011bm chce \u201ezodpov\u011bdnost\u201c, ale jeho n\u00e1stroje na regulaci tlaku se teprve stabilizuj\u00ed. V\u00fdsledek pak b\u00fdv\u00e1 paradoxn\u00ed: \u010d\u00edm v\u00edc na rozhodnut\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed, t\u00edm v\u00edc se z n\u011bj st\u00e1v\u00e1 chaos.<\/p>\n<p>K typick\u00fdm zkreslen\u00edm pat\u0159\u00ed \u010dernob\u00edl\u00e9 my\u0161len\u00ed (\u201ekdy\u017e to nevyjde, jsem nula\u201c), \u010dten\u00ed my\u0161lenek (\u201eu\u010ditel m\u011b nen\u00e1vid\u00ed\u201c), katastrofizace (\u201ekdy\u017e zm\u011bn\u00edm \u0161kolu, u\u017e si nikdy nenajdu kamar\u00e1dy\u201c) nebo p\u0159enesen\u00ed viny (\u201edonutili jste m\u011b\u201c). V decision coachingu nejde o to teenagerovi tyto v\u011bty zak\u00e1zat, ale nau\u010dit ho zachytit, \u017ee jsou to interpretace &#8211; ne fakta.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdy jde o rozhodnut\u00ed a kdy o vztahovou dynamiku<\/h2>\n<p>\u010casto se tv\u00e1\u0159\u00edme, \u017ee \u0159e\u0161\u00edme volbu, ale ve skute\u010dnosti \u0159e\u0161\u00edme vztah. Teenager odm\u00edt\u00e1 gymn\u00e1zium, proto\u017ee nechce zklamat rodi\u010de? Nebo pr\u00e1v\u011b proto, \u017ee nechce b\u00fdt \u0159\u00edzen\u00fd? Rodi\u010d tla\u010d\u00ed na \u201espr\u00e1vn\u00e9\u201c rozhodnut\u00ed, proto\u017ee m\u00e1 strach o budoucnost, nebo proto\u017ee pot\u0159ebuje m\u00edt klid a kontrolu?<\/p>\n<p>Decision coaching funguje, kdy\u017e se nejd\u0159\u00edv pojmenuje, co je obsahem (o \u010dem se rozhoduje) a co je dynamikou (co se mezi n\u00e1mi d\u011bje). Pokud se dynamika ignoruje, rozhodnut\u00ed se bude po\u0159\u00e1d \u201erozpadat\u201c &#8211; i kdy\u017e d\u00e1v\u00e1 logicky smysl.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak vypad\u00e1 praktick\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce: fakta, v\u00fdznamy, tlak<\/h2>\n<p>Nejrychlej\u0161\u00ed \u00faleva nep\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed z rady, ale z mapy.<\/p>\n<p>Nejd\u0159\u00edv se sb\u00edraj\u00ed fakta: co p\u0159esn\u011b se stalo, kdo co \u0159ekl, jak\u00e9 jsou re\u00e1ln\u00e9 mo\u017enosti, term\u00edny, podm\u00ednky. Pak se odd\u011bl\u00ed v\u00fdznamy: co si z toho teenager vyvodil o sob\u011b, o druh\u00fdch, o budoucnosti. A nakonec se prozkoum\u00e1 tlak: co je v s\u00e1zce, \u010deho se boj\u00ed, co by znamenala ztr\u00e1ta tv\u00e1\u0159e, odm\u00edtnut\u00ed nebo konflikt.<\/p>\n<p>V t\u00e9to f\u00e1zi \u010dasto vyjde najevo, \u017ee \u201ej\u00e1 nev\u00edm\u201c neznamen\u00e1 neochotu p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let, ale p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho protich\u016fdn\u00fdch po\u017eadavk\u016f. Nap\u0159\u00edklad: chci b\u00fdt loaj\u00e1ln\u00ed ke kamar\u00e1d\u016fm, chci b\u00fdt dobr\u00fd v o\u010d\u00edch rodi\u010d\u016f, nechci riskovat trapas, nechci b\u00fdt za slabocha. Rozhodnut\u00ed je pak ve skute\u010dnosti volba identity, ne volba krou\u017eku.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky pom\u00e1haj\u00ed, kdy\u017e chcete m\u00edt rozhovor bez n\u00e1tlaku<\/h2>\n<p>Dosp\u011bl\u00ed \u010dasto spust\u00ed vy\u0161et\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed: \u201eA co si o tom mysl\u00ed\u0161? A pro\u010d? A co bude\u0161 d\u011blat?\u201c Teenager sly\u0161\u00ed tlak a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/en\/obranne-mechanismy-odmitani-reality\/\">jde do obrany<\/a>. Funk\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je dr\u017eet ot\u00e1zky tak, aby posilovaly \u00fasudek a z\u00e1rove\u0148 nech\u00e1valy odpov\u011bdnost na n\u011bm.<\/p>\n<p>Dob\u0159e funguj\u00ed ot\u00e1zky, kter\u00e9 se dr\u017e\u00ed reality: \u201eCo te\u010f v\u00edme jist\u011b?\u201c a \u201eCo je domn\u011bnka?\u201c Pak ot\u00e1zky na krit\u00e9ria: \u201ePodle \u010deho pozn\u00e1\u0161, \u017ee je to pro tebe dobr\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed?\u201c a \u201eCo bys cht\u011bl, aby si o tob\u011b to rozhodnut\u00ed jednou \u0159\u00edkalo?\u201c A nakonec ot\u00e1zky na n\u00e1sledky bez stra\u0161en\u00ed: \u201eCo bude nejpravd\u011bpodobn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed dopad za t\u00fdden, za m\u011bs\u00edc?\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Pokud teenager \u0159e\u0161\u00ed hlavn\u011b \u201ejak to bude vypadat\u201c, je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 pojmenovat to nahlas: \u201eZn\u00ed to, jako by \u0161lo hodn\u011b o to, jak t\u011b uvid\u00ed ostatn\u00ed.\u201c T\u00edm se sni\u017euje stud a tlak, proto\u017ee u\u017e to nen\u00ed skryt\u00e1 hra.<\/p>\n<h2>Co d\u011blat, kdy\u017e se komunikace zadrh\u00e1v\u00e1<\/h2>\n<p>N\u011bkdy se z rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed stane boj o pravdu. Teenager tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee \u201ev\u0161ichni\u201c n\u011bco d\u011blaj\u00ed, rodi\u010d to vyvrac\u00ed, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/cs\/jak-resit-pasivni-agresi\/\">h\u00e1dka je na sv\u011bt\u011b<\/a>. V tu chv\u00edli nejde o data, ale o to, kdo bude m\u00edt navrch a kdo bude zahanben.<\/p>\n<p>Pom\u00e1h\u00e1 vr\u00e1tit se k jedn\u00e9 v\u011bt\u011b: \u201ePoj\u010fme odd\u011blit, co je fakt a co je dojem.\u201c Pokud to doma opakovan\u011b sklouz\u00e1v\u00e1 k p\u0159ekrucov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo k emocion\u00e1ln\u00edm zkrat\u016fm, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edt oporu v konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch komunika\u010dn\u00edch principech &#8211; viz text <a href=\"\/jak-mluvit-s-nekym-kdo-prekrucuje-fakta\">Kdy\u017e n\u011bkdo p\u0159ekrucuje fakta: jak mluvit klidn\u011b<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>A kdy\u017e je spou\u0161t\u011b\u010dem kritika (\u201ezase jsi to zkazil\u201c, \u201em\u00e1\u0161 na v\u00edc\u201c), teenager se \u010dasto nebr\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00e9matu, ale pocitu znehodnocen\u00ed. Pak d\u00e1v\u00e1 smysl p\u0159esm\u011brovat rozhovor z hodnocen\u00ed na \u00fasudek a volbu dal\u0161\u00edho kroku &#8211; podobnou logikou, jakou popisuje <a href=\"\/jak-se-nenechat-rozhodit-kritikou\">Kritika v\u00e1s rozhod\u00ed? Zp\u00e1tky do opory ve vlastn\u00edm \u00fasudku<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Kde jsou hranice: kdy decision coaching nesta\u010d\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Je f\u00e9r \u0159\u00edct i \u201etohle u\u017e nen\u00ed o kou\u010dinku\u201c. Pokud se objevuj\u00ed sebepo\u0161kozov\u00e1n\u00ed, poruchy p\u0159\u00edjmu potravy, v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 \u00fazkosti, dlouhodob\u00e1 nespavost, u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1vykov\u00fdch l\u00e1tek nebo n\u00e1sil\u00ed, je na m\u00edst\u011b zapojit klinickou pomoc. Decision coaching m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt dopl\u0148kov\u00fd, ale nem\u00e1 suplovat terapii ani krizovou intervenci.<\/p>\n<p>Stejn\u011b tak pokud dosp\u011bl\u00fd chce coaching pou\u017e\u00edt jako n\u00e1stroj, jak teenagera \u201espravit\u201c, naraz\u00ed. Smysl to m\u00e1 tehdy, kdy\u017e c\u00edlem nen\u00ed poslu\u0161nost, ale schopnost rozhodovat se pod tlakem bez ztr\u00e1ty sebe.<\/p>\n<h2>Co si z toho m\u016f\u017ee odn\u00e9st i dosp\u011bl\u00fd<\/h2>\n<p>Mnoho rodi\u010d\u016f a l\u00eddr\u016f v tom pozn\u00e1 i sebe: kdy\u017e se zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed tlak, klesne jasnost, roste obrana a komunikace se z\u00fa\u017e\u00ed na t\u00f3n, ne na obsah. Pr\u00e1ce s rozhodov\u00e1n\u00edm je ve sv\u00e9 podstat\u011b pr\u00e1ce s oporou ve vlastn\u00edm \u00fasudku &#8211; a ta se obnovuje stejn\u011b u teenagera i u dosp\u011bl\u00e9ho: p\u0159es realitu, p\u0159es pojmenov\u00e1n\u00ed vzorc\u016f a p\u0159es volbu konkr\u00e9tn\u00edho dal\u0161\u00edho kroku, kter\u00fd je mo\u017en\u00e9 ust\u00e1t.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e se rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159estane br\u00e1t jako test charakteru a za\u010dne se br\u00e1t jako dovednost, zmiz\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st dramatu.
