Ne proto, \u017ee by byl l\u00edn\u00fd nebo rozmazlen\u00fd. \u010casto proto, \u017ee m\u00e1 p\u0159ed sebou p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho mo\u017enost\u00ed a \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd stabiln\u00ed r\u00e1mec, podle kter\u00e9ho by je dok\u00e1zal t\u0159\u00eddit. \u0160kola <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/cs\/hodnota-podle-vykonu\/\">m\u011b\u0159\u00ed v\u00fdkon<\/a>. Rodina n\u011bkdy (i v dobr\u00e9 v\u00ed\u0159e) tla\u010d\u00ed na spr\u00e1vnou volbu. A uvnit\u0159 b\u011b\u017e\u00ed ot\u00e1zky, kter\u00e9 se \u0161patn\u011b \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed nahlas.<\/p>\n<p>Tohle je p\u0159esn\u011b bod, kdy d\u00e1v\u00e1 smysl kou\u010dink rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed a \u017eivotn\u00edho sm\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed &#8211; ne jako \u201enamotivov\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c, ale jako strukturovan\u00fd prostor, kde se odd\u011bl\u00ed realita od interpretac\u00ed, pojmenuj\u00ed se vzorce a postupn\u011b se vytvo\u0159\u00ed vlastn\u00ed opora v \u00fasudku.<\/p>\n<h2>Pro\u010d je dnes tolik \u201emo\u017enost\u00ed\u201c sp\u00ed\u0161 probl\u00e9m ne\u017e v\u00fdhoda<\/h2>\n<p>Dne\u0161n\u00ed dosp\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed je paradoxn\u00ed. Na pap\u00ed\u0159e je volnost obrovsk\u00e1: obory, \u0161koly, st\u00e1\u017ee, zem\u011b, online kurzy, podnik\u00e1n\u00ed, kreativn\u00ed cesty. V re\u00e1lu to ale \u010dasto znamen\u00e1 trval\u00fd vnit\u0159n\u00ed \u0161um: co kdy\u017e zvol\u00edm \u0161patn\u011b, co kdy\u017e promarn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost, co kdy\u017e zklamu.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e se rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u011bje v tlaku, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/cs\/automaticke-mysleni\/\">mozek jde do<\/a> zkratek. Teenager pak m\u016f\u017ee p\u016fsobit, \u017ee \u201enem\u00e1 motivaci\u201c, ale ve skute\u010dnosti m\u016f\u017ee jen opakovan\u011b nar\u00e1\u017eet na stejn\u00fd cyklus: p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 velk\u00e1 o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed &#8211; nejistota &#8211; odklad &#8211; \u00faleva &#8211; stud &#8211; dal\u0161\u00ed tlak. V rodin\u011b se to snadno p\u0159elo\u017e\u00ed jako nevd\u011bk nebo pasivita. A t\u00edm se spir\u00e1la zrychl\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>U \u010d\u00e1sti student\u016f se nav\u00edc p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/cs\/category\/vztahy-a-autorita-ve-vzdelavani\/\">mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed kontext<\/a>: v\u00edce jazyk\u016f, r\u016fzn\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed syst\u00e9my, rozd\u00edln\u00e9 kulturn\u00ed normy a \u010dasto i rozkro\u010den\u00ed mezi t\u00edm, \u201eodkud jsem\u201c a \u201ekam pat\u0159\u00edm\u201c. To nen\u00ed dramatick\u00e1 v\u011bta. Je to ka\u017edodenn\u00ed rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed v situaci, kde neexistuje jedna spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 odpov\u011b\u010f.<\/p>\n<h2>Co kou\u010dink pro teenagery je &#8211; a co nen\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Kou\u010dink v tomto pojet\u00ed nen\u00ed terapie a nen\u00ed to kari\u00e9rn\u00ed poradenstv\u00ed ve smyslu \u201etady m\u00e1\u0161 test a vyjde ti obor\u201c. A u\u017e v\u016fbec to nen\u00ed s\u00e9rie rad, co by teenager \u201em\u011bl\u201c. Sm\u011br pr\u00e1ce stoj\u00ed na tom, \u017ee se mapuje, co se skute\u010dn\u011b d\u011bje: v my\u0161lenk\u00e1ch, v reakc\u00edch na tlak, ve vztaz\u00edch s rodi\u010di a ve zp\u016fsobu, jak\u00fdm vznikaj\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed rozd\u00edl oproti b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 rodinn\u00e9 debat\u011b je jednoduch\u00fd: kou\u010dovac\u00ed rozhovor je strukturovan\u00fd, d\u016fv\u011brn\u00fd a bez skryt\u00e9ho c\u00edle. Teenager nemus\u00ed nikoho p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dovat, nemus\u00ed se obhajovat a nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt \u201evd\u011b\u010dn\u00fd\u201c za to, \u017ee dost\u00e1v\u00e1 rady. M\u016f\u017ee p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let nahlas. A to je dovednost, kterou ve \u0161kole ani doma \u010dasto nem\u00e1 kde bezpe\u010dn\u011b tr\u00e9novat.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e to funguje dob\u0159e, v\u00fdsledkem neb\u00fdv\u00e1 euforie ani velk\u00e1 \u017eivotn\u00ed deklarace. V\u00fdsledkem b\u00fdv\u00e1 klidn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vztah k vlastn\u00edmu rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed: lep\u0161\u00ed rozli\u0161en\u00ed, co je fakt, co je strach, co je p\u0159evzat\u00e9 o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a co je skute\u010dn\u00e1 preference.<\/p>\n<h2>Prostor pro zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed vlastn\u00edch ot\u00e1zek (bez moralizov\u00e1n\u00ed)<\/h2>\n<p>Teenage\u0159i \u010dasto p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed s t\u00edm, \u017ee \u201enev\u011bd\u00ed\u201c. Jen\u017ee \u201enev\u00edm\u201c m\u00e1 r\u016fzn\u00e9 v\u00fdznamy. N\u011bkdy znamen\u00e1: boj\u00edm se ud\u011blat chybu. Jindy: neum\u00edm si p\u0159iznat, co chci, proto\u017ee by to zklamalo rodi\u010de. A n\u011bkdy: nejsem v kontaktu s t\u00edm, co m\u011b dob\u00edj\u00ed a co m\u011b vy\u010derp\u00e1v\u00e1, proto\u017ee jedu dlouho na v\u00fdkon.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b proto d\u00e1v\u00e1 smysl pracovat s ot\u00e1zkami jako: Co m\u011b motivuje &#8211; a co m\u011b naopak vy\u010derp\u00e1v\u00e1. Jak\u00e9 hodnoty jsou pro m\u011b skute\u010dn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. Jak reaguji na tlak a o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Pro\u010d se v m\u00fdch rozhodnut\u00edch opakuj\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e9 vzorce. Jak\u00fd sm\u011br je pro m\u011b autentick\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Nejde o \u201ehezk\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky\u201c. Jde o mapu. Kdy\u017e teenager uvid\u00ed vlastn\u00ed vzorec, m\u016f\u017ee ho p\u0159estat automaticky opakovat. A teprve pak se d\u00e1 d\u011blat rozhodnut\u00ed, kter\u00e9 nen\u00ed jen reakc\u00ed na tlak.<\/p>\n<p>S t\u00edm souvis\u00ed i t\u00e9ma vnit\u0159n\u00ed opory: schopnost ust\u00e1t, \u017ee volba nebude dokonal\u00e1, ale bude moje. Podobnou logiku \u0159e\u0161\u00ed i dosp\u011bl\u00ed v pr\u00e1ci &#8211; jen v jin\u00fdch kulis\u00e1ch. Pokud je v\u00e1m bl\u00edzk\u00e9 t\u00e9ma opory ve vlastn\u00edm \u00fasudku, navazuje na to i text <a href=\"\/jak-se-nenechat-rozhodit-kritikou\">Kritika v\u00e1s rozhod\u00ed? Zp\u00e1tky do opory ve vlastn\u00edm \u00fasudku<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdy rodiny typicky vyhledaj\u00ed neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed t\u0159et\u00ed osobu<\/h2>\n<p>V \u0159ad\u011b rodin je vztah dobr\u00fd. Jen\u017ee rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed o budoucnosti z n\u011bj ud\u011bl\u00e1 vyjedn\u00e1vac\u00ed st\u016fl. Rodi\u010de cht\u011bj\u00ed pomoct, ale ka\u017ed\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka zn\u00ed jako kontrola. Teenager chce autonomii, ale neum\u00ed ji komunikovat tak, aby rodi\u010de nem\u011bli pocit, \u017ee \u201eodch\u00e1z\u00ed\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>V prost\u0159ed\u00ed mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch \u0161kol se to \u010dasto n\u00e1sob\u00ed: r\u016fzn\u00e9 p\u0159edstavy o univerzit\u011b, r\u016fzn\u00e1 o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ohledn\u011b \u201espr\u00e1vn\u00e9\u201c cesty, n\u011bkdy i tlak okol\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159\u00ed hodnotu \u010dlov\u011bka podle p\u0159ij\u00edma\u010dek a presti\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p>Neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed t\u0159et\u00ed osoba v takov\u00e9 situaci ned\u011bl\u00e1 arbitra. D\u011bl\u00e1 n\u011bco prakti\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00edho: pom\u00e1h\u00e1 odd\u011blit fakta od interpretac\u00ed. Rodi\u010d nap\u0159\u00edklad \u0159ekne: \u201eTy se nesna\u017e\u00ed\u0161.\u201c Teenager sly\u0161\u00ed: \u201eJsem zklam\u00e1n\u00ed.\u201c A z toho u\u017e se rozhoduje \u0161patn\u011b. Jakmile se vr\u00e1t\u00edme k realit\u011b (co p\u0159esn\u011b se d\u011bje, kdy, v \u010dem, s jak\u00fdmi d\u016fsledky), tlak se d\u00e1 rozpl\u00e9st a m\u00edsto boje vznikne rozhovor.<\/p>\n<h2>Program: Kou\u010dink rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed a \u017eivotn\u00edho sm\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed pro teenagery (16\u201319 let)<\/h2>\n<p>Program: Kou\u010dink rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed a \u017eivotn\u00edho sm\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed pro teenagery (16\u201319 let)  Individu\u00e1ln\u00ed 12t\u00fddenn\u00ed kou\u010dovac\u00ed program pro teenagery, kte\u0159\u00ed cht\u011bj\u00ed l\u00e9pe porozum\u011bt sami sob\u011b a d\u011blat promy\u0161len\u00e1 rozhodnut\u00ed o sv\u00e9 budoucnosti. D\u016fraz je na sebeporozum\u011bn\u00ed, jasnost a rozvoj schopnosti d\u011blat vlastn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd je kontext: mnoho teenager\u016f je dnes obklopeno mno\u017estv\u00edm p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed, ale chyb\u00ed jim strukturovan\u00fd prostor, kde by mohli v klidu p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let o tom, kdo jsou a co cht\u011bj\u00ed. Kou\u010dink tenhle prostor vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed &#8211; s jasn\u00fdmi hranicemi, pravidelnost\u00ed a postupem, kter\u00fd d\u00e1v\u00e1 rozhovor\u016fm sm\u011br.<\/p>\n<p>Program je ur\u010den pro studenty, kte\u0159\u00ed se c\u00edt\u00ed zahlceni mno\u017estv\u00edm mo\u017enost\u00ed do budoucna, maj\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee s motivac\u00ed nebo hled\u00e1n\u00edm sm\u011bru, za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed mezi vlastn\u00edmi z\u00e1jmy a o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edmi rodiny, vyr\u016fstaj\u00ed mezi r\u016fzn\u00fdmi kulturami nebo vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edmi syst\u00e9my, nebo stoj\u00ed p\u0159ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdmi rozhodnut\u00edmi ohledn\u011b univerzity \u010di dal\u0161\u00edch krok\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud v\u00e1s zaj\u00edm\u00e1 podobn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup bez tlaku na \u201espr\u00e1vn\u00e9 odpov\u011bdi\u201c, tematicky navazuje i \u010dl\u00e1nek <a href=\"\/decision-coaching-pro-teenagery\">Decision coaching pro teenagery bez moralizov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak vypad\u00e1 struktura 12 t\u00fddn\u016f v praxi (a pro\u010d na n\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed)<\/h2>\n<p>Dobr\u00e1 struktura nen\u00ed rigidita. Je to opora, d\u00edky kter\u00e9 se teenager nemus\u00ed poka\u017ed\u00e9 probojov\u00e1vat od nuly. Program je postaven\u00fd ve t\u0159ech f\u00e1z\u00edch a ka\u017ed\u00e1 m\u00e1 jin\u00fd \u00fa\u010del.<\/p>\n<h3>F\u00e1ze 1: Sebeporozum\u011bn\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p>Na za\u010d\u00e1tku se mapuj\u00ed hodnoty, motivace, reakce na stres a typick\u00fd styl rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed. Tady se \u010dasto uk\u00e1\u017ee, \u017ee \u201eprokrastinace\u201c nen\u00ed lenost, ale vyh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed se nejistot\u011b. Nebo \u017ee \u201enem\u00e1m motivaci\u201c znamen\u00e1 \u201ed\u011bl\u00e1m v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 jsou v rozporu s t\u00edm, co je pro m\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fraz je na pojmenov\u00e1n\u00ed vzorc\u016f. Kdy\u017e teenager v\u00ed, \u017ee pod tlakem nap\u0159\u00edklad zamrz\u00e1, za\u010dne b\u00fdt mo\u017en\u00e9 pracovat s t\u00edm, co zamrznut\u00ed spou\u0161t\u00ed, jak se projevuje v t\u011ble a jak vypad\u00e1 prvn\u00ed mal\u00fd krok, kter\u00fd je realistick\u00fd.<\/p>\n<h3>F\u00e1ze 2: Jasnost a sm\u011br<\/h3>\n<p>Jakmile je jasn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00ed mapa, p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed pr\u00e1ce s mo\u017enostmi. Ne stylem \u201evyber si jednu a hotovo\u201c, ale skrze realistick\u00e9 sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159e: co by znamenalo A, co by znamenalo B, co by se zm\u011bnilo za p\u016fl roku, jak\u00e9 jsou n\u00e1klady a p\u0159\u00ednosy.<\/p>\n<p>Tady se op\u011bt hl\u00edd\u00e1 rozd\u00edl mezi realitou a interpretac\u00ed. \u201eKdy\u017e p\u016fjdu na tuhle \u0161kolu, budu outsider\u201c je interpretace. Realita je: jak\u00e1 je skladba student\u016f, jak\u00e9 jsou n\u00e1roky, co o tom v\u00edm a co si jen dom\u00fd\u0161l\u00edm. Tento typ pr\u00e1ce sni\u017euje katastrofick\u00e9 sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159e a zvy\u0161uje kvalitu volby.<\/p>\n<h3>F\u00e1ze 3: P\u0159evzet\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti a komunikace<\/h3>\n<p>Rozhodnut\u00ed bez komunikace \u010dasto vyrob\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed konflikt. V z\u00e1v\u011bru se proto pracuje s t\u00edm, jak teenager p\u0159eb\u00edr\u00e1 odpov\u011bdnost za vlastn\u00ed kroky a jak o nich mluv\u00ed s rodi\u010di tak, aby z rozhovoru nebyla obhajoba nebo v\u00e1lka.<\/p>\n<p>Tohle nen\u00ed tr\u00e9nink \u201easertivn\u00edch v\u011bt\u201c. Je to pr\u00e1ce s dynamikou: co se ve mn\u011b spou\u0161t\u00ed, kdy\u017e t\u00e1ta zvedne obo\u010d\u00ed, co se spou\u0161t\u00ed v m\u00e1m\u011b, kdy\u017e sly\u0161\u00ed slovo \u201egap year\u201c, kde se navz\u00e1jem m\u00edj\u00edme a co pot\u0159ebujeme sly\u0161et, aby se vr\u00e1tila d\u016fv\u011bra. V \u0159ad\u011b rodin tohle samo o sob\u011b z\u00e1sadn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed tlak.<\/p>\n<h2>Forma: co je dan\u00e9 a co je flexibiln\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Program stoj\u00ed na 12 individu\u00e1ln\u00edch sezen\u00edch (60 minut) jednou t\u00fddn\u011b, \u00favodn\u00ed konzultaci s rodi\u010di, z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e9m spole\u010dn\u00e9m setk\u00e1n\u00ed (teenager + rodi\u010de) a voliteln\u00fdch dal\u0161\u00edch setk\u00e1n\u00edch s rodi\u010di podle pot\u0159eby. Sezen\u00ed jsou dostupn\u00e1 online nebo osobn\u011b v Praze.<\/p>\n<p>Smysl \u00favodn\u00ed konzultace s rodi\u010di nen\u00ed \u201ep\u0159edat zad\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c. Je to slad\u011bn\u00ed o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a nastaven\u00ed hranic: co bude c\u00edlem, co je role rodi\u010d\u016f, co je d\u016fv\u011brn\u00e9 a co se naopak v z\u00e1v\u011bru m\u016f\u017ee sd\u00edlet tak, aby to podpo\u0159ilo dal\u0161\u00ed kroky.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e9 spole\u010dn\u00e9 setk\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00e1 podobnou logiku. Nehodnot\u00ed se teenager. D\u00e1v\u00e1 se dohromady r\u00e1mec: co jsme zjistili, jak\u00e1 rozhodnut\u00ed se r\u00fdsuj\u00ed, jak\u00e9 kroky d\u00e1vaj\u00ed smysl a jak bude rodina komunikovat, kdy\u017e p\u0159ijde dal\u0161\u00ed tlak nebo pochybnost.<\/p>\n<h2>Co se v programu obvykle zm\u011bn\u00ed (a co se zm\u011bnit nemus\u00ed)<\/h2>\n<p>Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zm\u011bna nen\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed volba \u0161koly. Je to kvalita rozhodovac\u00edho procesu. Teenager dok\u00e1\u017ee pojmenovat, co je jeho, co je p\u0159evzat\u00e9, co je \u00fanik a co je re\u00e1ln\u00e1 preference. Z\u00edsk\u00e1 jazyk pro vnit\u0159n\u00ed pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 d\u0159\u00edv p\u0159ekl\u00e1p\u011bl do ticha nebo v\u00fdbuchu.<\/p>\n<p>M\u011bn\u00ed se i to, jak rodina \u010dte chov\u00e1n\u00ed. M\u00edsto \u201eon se nesna\u017e\u00ed\u201c se za\u010dne pracovat s p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ot\u00e1zkou: \u201ev \u010dem p\u0159esn\u011b se ztr\u00e1c\u00ed\u0161, kdy to za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1, co by ti pomohlo ud\u011blat prvn\u00ed krok\u201c. To b\u00fdv\u00e1 rozd\u00edl mezi tlakem a oporou.<\/p>\n<p>Co se naopak zm\u011bnit nemus\u00ed: n\u011bkter\u00e9 nejistoty z\u016fstanou. A je to v po\u0159\u00e1dku. V 16-19 letech nen\u00ed c\u00edlem m\u00edt hotovou identitu. C\u00edlem je m\u00edt dostate\u010dn\u011b pevn\u00fd vnit\u0159n\u00ed kompas, aby se \u010dlov\u011bk um\u011bl rozhodovat i v nejasnu &#8211; a aby ho vlastn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed nerozkl\u00e1dala zevnit\u0159.<\/p>\n<h2>Pozn\u00e1mka k tomu, kdo takov\u00fd typ pr\u00e1ce vede<\/h2>\n<p>Tento typ strukturovan\u00e9ho kou\u010dinku stoj\u00ed na klidu, p\u0159esnosti a schopnosti dr\u017eet rozhovor v realit\u011b, ne v dojmech.
