Pro\u010d?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Navenek to vypad\u00e1 jako luxusn\u00ed probl\u00e9m. Bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 z\u00e1zem\u00ed, dobr\u00e1 \u0161kola, krou\u017eky, technika, dovolen\u00e9. A p\u0159esto doma sly\u0161\u00edte: \u201eNev\u00edm.\u201c \u201eJe mi to jedno.\u201c \u201eNechci nic.\u201c Pro rodi\u010de, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou zvykl\u00ed \u0159e\u0161it v\u011bci v\u00fdkonem a p\u00e9\u010d\u00ed, je to zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed druh bezmoci. Nejde o to, \u017ee by teenager \u201enev\u011bd\u011bl, co chce\u201c jednou za \u010das. Jde o dlouhodobou plochost &#8211; jako by se v n\u011bm nic nezachyt\u00e1valo.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e9ma \u201eKdy\u017e m\u00e1 teenager v\u0161echno, ale nic nechce: o pr\u00e1zdnot\u011b v hojnosti\u201c se \u010dasto vykl\u00e1d\u00e1 jako rozmazlenost. N\u011bkdy to tak b\u00fdt m\u016f\u017ee. Ve velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f ale nejde o charakterovou vadu, jen o sign\u00e1l, \u017ee se v syst\u00e9mu motivace a vztah\u016f n\u011bco zaseklo. A \u017ee hojnost m\u016f\u017ee pr\u00e1zdnotu maskovat, ne \u0159e\u0161it.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdy\u017e \u201enic nechci\u201c nen\u00ed lenost, ale obrana<\/h2>\n<p>V\u011bta \u201enic nechci\u201c m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt obrann\u00fd mechanismus. Kdy\u017e nechci nic, nem\u016f\u017eu b\u00fdt zklaman\u00fd. Nem\u016f\u017eu prohr\u00e1t. Nemus\u00edm se vystavit hodnocen\u00ed. A hlavn\u011b &#8211; nemus\u00edm se rozhodnout.<\/p>\n<p>Rozhodnut\u00ed toti\u017e p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed d\u016fsledek. A d\u016fsledek p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed emoci: nejistotu, tlak, riziko, \u017ee zklamu rodi\u010de, \u017ee budu \u201emoc\u201c nebo \u201em\u00e1lo\u201c, \u017ee se uk\u00e1\u017ee, \u017ee nejsem tak dobr\u00fd, jak si o mn\u011b okol\u00ed mysl\u00ed. U dosp\u011bl\u00fdch se to \u010dasto projev\u00ed jako perfekcionismus nebo prokrastinace. U teenager\u016f jako rezignace a odpojen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je odd\u011blit realitu od interpretac\u00ed. Realita m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt: teenager nejev\u00ed z\u00e1jem, nechce si vyb\u00edrat, \u010dasto scrolluje, vyh\u00fdb\u00e1 se aktivit\u00e1m. Interpretace b\u00fdv\u00e1: je l\u00edn\u00fd, nevd\u011b\u010dn\u00fd, rozmazlen\u00fd, m\u00e1 depresi (n\u011bkdy opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u011b, n\u011bkdy zkratkovit\u011b). Teprve kdy\u017e dr\u017e\u00edte realitu odd\u011blen\u011b, m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let, co je pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e1 funkce jeho chov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Hojnost jako tich\u00fd tlak na v\u00fdkon a vd\u011b\u010dnost<\/h2>\n<p>V rodin\u00e1ch, kde se \u201em\u00e1me dob\u0159e\u201c, se \u010dasto ne\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 nahlas jedna v\u011bc: hojnost vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed z\u00e1vazek. Ne nutn\u011b finan\u010dn\u00ed, ale psychologick\u00fd. D\u00edt\u011b m\u016f\u017ee c\u00edtit, \u017ee mus\u00ed b\u00fdt vd\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 spr\u00e1vn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem. Mus\u00ed cht\u00edt v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 jsou \u201edobr\u00e9\u201c. Mus\u00ed si v\u00e1\u017eit p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed. Mus\u00ed nezklamat investici.<\/p>\n<p>Pro dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edho je to dvojit\u00e1 vazba: kdy\u017e chce m\u00e1lo, je nevd\u011b\u010dn\u00fd. Kdy\u017e chce n\u011bco \u201edivn\u00e9ho\u201c nebo nejist\u00e9ho, je nepochopiteln\u00fd a riskuje kritiku. Bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je cht\u00edt nic.<\/p>\n<p>Z praxe b\u00fdv\u00e1 p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b \u010dast\u00e9, \u017ee pr\u00e1zdnota se objev\u00ed v rodin\u00e1ch s vysokou m\u00edrou \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Nejde o \u0161patn\u00fd \u00famysl. Jen o to, \u017ee d\u00edt\u011b dlouhodob\u011b p\u0159eb\u00edr\u00e1 ciz\u00ed mapu sv\u011bta: co se vyplat\u00ed, co je perspektivn\u00ed, co d\u00e1v\u00e1 smysl. Pak ale jednoho dne stoj\u00ed p\u0159ed ot\u00e1zkou \u201eco chci j\u00e1\u201c &#8211; a uvnit\u0159 je ticho.<\/p>\n<h2>Co se d\u011bje ve vztahu: kontrola, \u00fanik a p\u0159etahov\u00e1n\u00ed o realitu<\/h2>\n<p>Kdy\u017e teenager nic nechce, \u010dasto se rozjede typick\u00e1 dynamika: rodi\u010d tla\u010d\u00ed na aktivitu, teenager unik\u00e1, rodi\u010d p\u0159itvrzuje. Vznik\u00e1 spir\u00e1la, kde se u\u017e ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed obsah (co by ho zaj\u00edmalo), ale moc (kdo ur\u010d\u00ed sm\u011br).<\/p>\n<p>Do toho vstupuj\u00ed mikrosituace, kter\u00e9 dosp\u011bl\u00ed n\u011bkdy p\u0159ehl\u00e9dnou:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Teenager \u0159ekne \u201enev\u00edm\u201c a rodi\u010d to sly\u0161\u00ed jako provokaci.<\/li>\n<li>Rodi\u010d d\u00e1 deset mo\u017enost\u00ed a teenager ztuhne &#8211; proto\u017ee volba je najednou test.<\/li>\n<li>Rodi\u010d za\u010dne argumentovat logikou, teenager reaguje pasivitou &#8211; proto\u017ee nejde o logiku, ale o tlak.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>V tu chv\u00edli pom\u00e1h\u00e1 p\u0159estat opravovat obsah a za\u010d\u00edt mapovat proces. Co se mezi v\u00e1mi d\u011bje t\u011bsn\u011b p\u0159edt\u00edm, ne\u017e dojde k odpojen\u00ed? Kdo zrychluje, kdo brzd\u00ed? Kdy se z rozhovoru st\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00fdslech?<\/p>\n<h2>Jak rozli\u0161it \u201epohodl\u00ed\u201c od skute\u010dn\u00e9 pr\u00e1zdnoty<\/h2>\n<p>Je f\u00e9r \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee n\u011bkdy je \u201enic nechci\u201c jen pohodl\u00ed a n\u00e1vyk na snadnou stimulaci. Mozek si zvykne na rychl\u00e9 dopaminy, b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 v\u011bci jsou pak \u201enuda\u201c. To ale po\u0159\u00e1d nen\u00ed mor\u00e1ln\u00ed selh\u00e1n\u00ed. Je to stav, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 mechaniku.<\/p>\n<p>U\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 rozli\u0161en\u00ed pro rodi\u010de je sledovat, jestli teenager:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>um\u00ed m\u00edt z\u00e1jem aspo\u0148 o n\u011bco (i kdyby to bylo online), nebo je plo\u0161n\u00fd nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d v\u0161\u00edm,<\/li>\n<li>reaguje na vztah a bl\u00edzkost, nebo je dlouhodob\u011b sta\u017een\u00fd a bez jiskry,<\/li>\n<li>st\u0159\u00edd\u00e1 n\u00e1lady typicky dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edm zp\u016fsobem, nebo je dlouhodob\u011b otup\u011bl\u00fd.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pokud se p\u0159id\u00e1 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/cs\/porozumeni-emocim\/\">porucha sp\u00e1nku<\/a>, v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zhor\u0161en\u00ed fungov\u00e1n\u00ed, sebepo\u0161kozov\u00e1n\u00ed, \u00fazkosti nebo dlouhodob\u00e1 beznad\u011bj, u\u017e to nen\u00ed \u201et\u00e9ma motivace\u201c, ale zdravotn\u00ed riziko, kter\u00e9 pat\u0159\u00ed do odborn\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010de.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak s t\u00edm mluvit, aby rozhovor n\u011bco zm\u011bnil<\/h2>\n<p>C\u00edlem nen\u00ed teenagera \u201enakopnout\u201c. C\u00edlem je obnovit jeho kontakt se sebou a z\u00e1rove\u0148 sn\u00ed\u017eit tlak, kter\u00fd ho vede k \u00faniku.<\/p>\n<p>Za\u010dn\u011bte zp\u016fsobem, kter\u00fd nen\u00ed obvin\u011bn\u00ed ani soud. M\u00edsto \u201ety nikdy nic nechce\u0161\u201c dr\u017ete pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed: \u201eV\u0161\u00edm\u00e1m si, \u017ee posledn\u00ed m\u011bs\u00edce t\u011b m\u00e1lo v\u011bc\u00ed t\u011b\u0161\u00ed a \u010dasto \u0159\u00edk\u00e1\u0161, \u017ee je ti to jedno. Zaj\u00edm\u00e1 m\u011b, co se v tom d\u011bje.\u201c Je to jemn\u00fd rozd\u00edl, ale v praxi \u010dasto rozhoduje, jestli se rozhovor v\u016fbec otev\u0159e.<\/p>\n<p>Pak si hl\u00eddejte, \u017ee nep\u0159esko\u010d\u00edte k \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm. Dosp\u011bl\u00ed v odpov\u011bdnosti maj\u00ed tendenci okam\u017eit\u011b nab\u00eddnout pl\u00e1n. U teenagera to m\u016f\u017ee vyvolat p\u0159esn\u011b tu pr\u00e1zdnotu, kterou chcete zm\u011bnit &#8211; proto\u017ee zase n\u011bkdo jin\u00fd v\u00ed, co je spr\u00e1vn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Pom\u00e1h\u00e1 j\u00edt p\u0159es mal\u00e9, konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed volby bez velk\u00fdch n\u00e1sledk\u016f. Ne \u201eco bude\u0161 d\u011blat v \u017eivot\u011b\u201c, ale \u201eco z tohohle t\u00fddne ti d\u00e1 aspo\u0148 trochu energie a co ti ji bere\u201c. V tom je metoda: posun od abstraktn\u00ed identity k mapov\u00e1n\u00ed reality a dopad\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud chcete vid\u011bt, jak m\u016f\u017ee vypadat pr\u00e1ce, kter\u00e1 stoj\u00ed na rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed bez moralizov\u00e1n\u00ed a na jasn\u00e9 struktu\u0159e, je k t\u00e9matu bl\u00edzko i text <a href=\"\/decision-coaching-pro-teenagery\">Decision coaching pro teenagery bez moralizov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/a>. Ne proto, aby teenager \u201ena\u0161el v\u00e1\u0161e\u0148\u201c, ale aby dok\u00e1zal un\u00e9st volbu a jej\u00ed d\u016fsledky.<\/p>\n<h2>Co si z toho odn\u00e9st jako rodi\u010d, kter\u00fd je zvykl\u00fd m\u00edt v\u011bci pod kontrolou<\/h2>\n<p>N\u011bkdy je nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed zm\u011bna na stran\u011b dosp\u011bl\u00e9ho v tom, \u017ee p\u0159estane tla\u010dit na vd\u011b\u010dnost a za\u010dne dr\u017eet prostor pro nejistotu. Teenager nemus\u00ed hned cht\u00edt \u201espr\u00e1vn\u011b\u201c. Pot\u0159ebuje zjistit, \u017ee m\u016f\u017ee cht\u00edt i nesm\u011ble, nejasn\u011b, po sv\u00e9m &#8211; a \u017ee se kv\u016fli tomu nezhrout\u00ed vztah ani jeho obraz v o\u010d\u00edch rodi\u010d\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1zdnota v hojnosti \u010dasto nen\u00ed o nedostatku v\u011bc\u00ed. Je o nedostatku vnit\u0159n\u00ed autority nad vlastn\u00edm sm\u011brem. A ta se nevytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed tlakem. Vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed se t\u00edm, \u017ee n\u011bkdo klidn\u011b a p\u0159esn\u011b dr\u017e\u00ed realitu, pt\u00e1 se na dopady a unese i ticho, ze kter\u00e9ho teprve m\u016f\u017ee vyr\u016fst n\u011bco skute\u010dn\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kdy\u017e m\u00e1 teenager v\u0161echno, ale nic nechce: o pr\u00e1zdnot\u011b v hojnosti.
