P\u0159ijde to a\u017e potom &#8211; v aut\u011b cestou dom\u016f, p\u0159i psan\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edho e-mailu, nebo druh\u00fd den r\u00e1no, kdy se p\u0159istihnete, \u017ee v\u00e1h\u00e1te nad jednoduch\u00fdm rozhodnut\u00edm. P\u0159itom objektivn\u011b \u201ese nic tak hrozn\u00e9ho nestalo\u201c. A p\u0159esto se ve v\u00e1s n\u011bco sesune. Ztr\u00e1ta sebed\u016fv\u011bry po konfliktu m\u00edv\u00e1 tuhle zpo\u017ed\u011bnou vlnu, kter\u00e1 postupn\u011b m\u011bn\u00ed zp\u016fsob, jak se d\u00edv\u00e1te na sebe, na druh\u00e9 i na realitu cel\u00e9 situace.<\/p>\n<h2>Pro\u010d sebed\u016fv\u011bra pad\u00e1 pr\u00e1v\u011b po konfliktu<\/h2>\n<p>Konflikt nen\u00ed jen v\u00fdm\u011bna n\u00e1zor\u016f. Je to z\u00e1sah do vztahov\u00e9 dynamiky &#8211; do toho, kdo m\u00e1 vliv, kdo ur\u010duje r\u00e1mec a co je pova\u017eov\u00e1no za \u201epravdu\u201c. U lid\u00ed s odpov\u011bdnost\u00ed nav\u00edc konflikt \u010dasto znamen\u00e1 i riziko: reputace, d\u016fv\u011bra t\u00fdmu, dopad na v\u00fdkon, dlouhodob\u00e9 vztahy. A pr\u00e1v\u011b tahle nejistota je j\u00e1dro ztr\u00e1ty opory ve vlastn\u00edm \u00fasudku.<\/p>\n<h2>Typick\u00fd mechanismus: posun reality a vnit\u0159n\u00ed zmatek<\/h2>\n<p>Ztr\u00e1ta sebed\u016fv\u011bry po konfliktu se \u010dasto rozjede v momentu, kdy dojde k <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/cs\/obranne-mechanismy-odmitani-reality\/\">posunu reality<\/a> v komunikaci. To je situace, kdy se p\u0159estanete bavit o konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch faktech a najednou jste v mlze interpretac\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Zn\u00ed to t\u0159eba takhle: \u201eTy jsi to pochopil \u0161patn\u011b.\u201c \u201eTo jsem p\u0159ece v\u016fbec ne\u0159ekl.\u201c \u201eTy jsi hrozn\u011b citliv\u00e1.\u201c \u201eZase dramatizuje\u0161.\u201c \u201eMn\u011b jde jen o v\u00fdsledek, ty to bere\u0161 osobn\u011b.\u201c V tu chv\u00edli nejde jen o obsah. Jde o to, kdo ur\u010duje, co se po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 jako relevantn\u00ed realita.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud jste v roli l\u00eddra nebo experta, snadno se chyt\u00edte na snahu b\u00fdt f\u00e9rov\u00ed a p\u0159esn\u00ed. Za\u010dnete vysv\u011btlovat, dokazovat, uklid\u0148ovat. Jen\u017ee kdy\u017e druh\u00e1 strana realitu posouv\u00e1, p\u0159esnost se v\u00e1m rozpad\u00e1 pod rukama. \u010c\u00edm v\u00edc vysv\u011btlujete, t\u00edm v\u00edc se c\u00edt\u00edte mimo. A po konfliktu si odnesete pocit: \u201eNeum\u00edm to. Nejsem v tom dobr\u00fd. Mo\u017en\u00e1 jsem fakt p\u0159ehnal.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Tady je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 rozli\u0161it dv\u011b v\u011bci. Zm\u011bn\u00ed se d\u016fv\u011bra? Bude to m\u00edt dozvuky?\u201c Tady u\u017e se \u010dasto p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 dom\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>T\u0159et\u00ed je <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/cs\/hodnota-podle-vykonu\/\">audit identity<\/a>: \u201eJsem kompetentn\u00ed? Jsem v\u016fbec typ \u010dlov\u011bka, kter\u00fd zvl\u00e1d\u00e1 tlak?\u201c A tady se sebed\u016fv\u011bra l\u00e1me nejrychleji, proto\u017ee z jedn\u00e9 situace za\u010dnete d\u011blat d\u016fkaz o sob\u011b jako celku.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud se v konfliktech opakovan\u011b dost\u00e1v\u00e1te do bodu, kdy zpochybn\u00edte sami sebe, je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 pod\u00edvat se, jak\u00fd vnit\u0159n\u00ed vzorec se aktivuje. N\u011bkdo zamrzne, proto\u017ee nechce eskalovat, a pozd\u011bji si vy\u010d\u00edt\u00e1, \u017ee \u201ene\u0159ekl to podstatn\u00e9\u201c.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak vr\u00e1tit sebed\u016fv\u011bru na zem, ne do hlavy<\/h2>\n<p>Sebed\u016fv\u011bra po konfliktu se nevrac\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee si budete opakovat, \u017ee jste v po\u0159\u00e1dku. A z\u00e1rove\u0148 je to rovina, kter\u00e1 nejv\u00edc ni\u010d\u00ed sebed\u016fv\u011bru.<\/p>\n<p>Teprve potom d\u00e1v\u00e1 smysl pt\u00e1t se: co bylo ve h\u0159e? \u010casto zjist\u00edte, \u017ee konflikt nebyl o jedn\u00e9 pozn\u00e1mce, ale o hranic\u00edch, o odpov\u011bdnosti, o kontrole, o tom, kdo nese riziko. Kdy\u017e to pojmenujete, sebed\u016fv\u011bra se za\u010dne vracet, proto\u017ee u\u017e v\u00edte, na jak\u00e9m h\u0159i\u0161ti jste vlastn\u011b hr\u00e1li.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdy je \u201eztr\u00e1ta sebed\u016fv\u011bry po konfliktu\u201c sign\u00e1l k u\u010den\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Existuj\u00ed konflikty, po kter\u00fdch se sebed\u016fv\u011bra zhor\u0161\u00ed, proto\u017ee jste opravdu minuli sv\u016fj standard. Mo\u017en\u00e1 jste \u0161li do sarkasmu. Mo\u017en\u00e1 jste sl\u00edbili n\u011bco, co ne\u0161lo splnit. Mo\u017en\u00e1 jste znejist\u011bli a za\u010dali ustupovat, i kdy\u017e to \u0161lo ust\u00e1t.<\/p>\n<p>Tady je f\u00e9r nep\u0159ekrucovat realitu ve sv\u016fj prosp\u011bch. Sebed\u016fv\u011bra nen\u00ed pocit neviny. Je to opora v tom, \u017ee dok\u00e1\u017eete jednat v\u011bdom\u011b, n\u00e9st d\u016fsledky a p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b zvolit jinou reakci.<\/p>\n<p>U\u010d\u00edc\u00ed konflikt m\u00e1 jednu spole\u010dnou vlastnost: kdy\u017e si situaci projdete krok za krokem, najdete konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed bod, kde jste mohli zvolit jinou mikrovolbu. Ne \u201em\u011bl jsem b\u00fdt jin\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk\u201c, ale \u201em\u011bl jsem se zastavit a ov\u011b\u0159it si definici\u201c, \u201em\u011bl jsem pojmenovat, \u017ee se odkl\u00e1n\u00edme od t\u00e9matu\u201c, \u201em\u011bl jsem d\u00e1t hranici d\u0159\u00edv\u201c. To je produktivn\u00ed. To se d\u00e1 tr\u00e9novat.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdy je to sp\u00ed\u0161 dynamika, kter\u00e1 v\u00e1m bere p\u016fdu pod nohama<\/h2>\n<p>Druh\u00e1 varianta je, \u017ee sebed\u016fv\u011bra pad\u00e1, proto\u017ee jste byli v dynamice, kter\u00e1 znejis\u0165uje. Je to d\u016fsledek interakce, kde se realita ned\u00e1 udr\u017eet spole\u010dn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>V praxi pak nefunguje sna\u017eit se \u201ekomunikovat je\u0161t\u011b l\u00e9pe\u201c ve smyslu v\u00edce vysv\u011btlovat. Naopak funguje zkr\u00e1tit v\u011bty, dr\u017eet se fakt\u016f, ov\u011b\u0159ovat definice a pojmenov\u00e1vat proces: \u201eTe\u010f se posouv\u00e1me od zad\u00e1n\u00ed k hodnocen\u00ed moj\u00ed osoby. Vr\u00e1t\u00edm se k zad\u00e1n\u00ed.\u201c Nebo: \u201eZastav\u00edm to. Pot\u0159ebuju si ujasnit, co je konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed po\u017eadavek.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Sebed\u016fv\u011bra se v t\u011bchto situac\u00edch vrac\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee si dovol\u00edte dr\u017eet r\u00e1mec. Ne agresivn\u011b, ale pevn\u011b.<\/p>\n<h2>Praktick\u00fd posun: t\u0159i ot\u00e1zky, kter\u00e9 stoj\u00ed za to si polo\u017eit<\/h2>\n<p>Kdy\u017e jste po konfliktu rozhozen\u00ed, \u010dasto nem\u00e1 smysl analyzovat hodiny. Pot\u0159ebujete t\u0159i p\u0159esn\u00e9 \u0159ezy.<\/p>\n<p>Prvn\u00ed: Co je moje odpov\u011bdnost a co u\u017e nen\u00ed? Ne ve smyslu \u201eje mi to jedno\u201c, ale ve smyslu hranice vlivu. Jestli jste odpov\u011bdn\u00ed za v\u00fdsledek, neznamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee jste odpov\u011bdn\u00ed za emoce v\u0161ech kolem.<\/p>\n<p>Druh\u00e1: Kter\u00fd moment mi vzal stabilitu? Byl to konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed v\u00fdrok? Ton? Ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 zpochybn\u011bn\u00ed? P\u0159eru\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed? Jakmile najdete moment, m\u00e1te bod, na kter\u00e9m se d\u00e1 pracovat.<\/p>\n<p>T\u0159et\u00ed: Co je jedna v\u011bta, kterou bych p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b \u0159ekl d\u0159\u00edv? Jedna. Ne nov\u00fd sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159, ne dokonal\u00fd v\u00fdkon. Jedna v\u011bta, kter\u00e1 v\u00e1m vr\u00e1t\u00ed r\u00e1mec. U l\u00eddr\u016f to \u010dasto b\u00fdv\u00e1 n\u011bco jako: \u201eZastav\u00edm to a vr\u00e1t\u00edm se k fakt\u016fm.\u201c nebo \u201ePot\u0159ebuju, abychom si odsouhlasili definici, jinak se m\u00edj\u00edme.\u201c<\/p>\n<h2>Pro\u010d sebed\u016fv\u011bra souvis\u00ed s t\u00edm, jak pracujete s chybou<\/h2>\n<p>Spousta lid\u00ed se po konfliktu trest\u00e1. Bezchybnost znamen\u00e1, \u017ee chcete m\u00edt pod kontrolou i to, co kontrolovat nejde &#8211; reakce druh\u00fdch, jejich interpretace, jejich ochotu spolupracovat.<\/p>\n<p>Konflikt v\u00e1m \u010dasto uk\u00e1\u017ee limit kontroly. Sebed\u016fv\u011bra se vrac\u00ed, kdy\u017e ten limit unesete, ale nep\u0159estanete jednat.<\/p>\n<p>Ztr\u00e1ta sebed\u016fv\u011bry po konfliktu je nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1, ale nen\u00ed to verdikt o va\u0161\u00ed kompetenci. Je to sign\u00e1l, \u017ee se v\u00e1m rozpadla mapa &#8211; a \u017ee ji pot\u0159ebujete znovu slo\u017eit z fakt\u016f, dopad\u016f a v\u011bdom\u00fdch voleb.
