A v\u00fdsledek pak \u010dasto nevypad\u00e1 jako \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, ale jako dal\u0161\u00ed kolo t\u00e9ho\u017e vzorce.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak v\u00e9st obt\u00ed\u017en\u00fd rozhovor, kdy\u017e v\u00edte, \u017ee hroz\u00ed obrana<\/h2>\n<p>Obt\u00ed\u017en\u00fd rozhovor neza\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 prvn\u00ed v\u011btou. Za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 u\u017e t\u00edm, s jak\u00fdm c\u00edlem do n\u011bj jdete. Mnoho lid\u00ed si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee cht\u011bj\u00ed n\u011bco vyjasnit, ale ve skute\u010dnosti jdou do rozhovoru pro potvrzen\u00ed, \u017ee maj\u00ed pravdu, \u017ee druh\u00fd uzn\u00e1 jejich \u00fahel pohledu nebo \u017ee kone\u010dn\u011b zm\u011bn\u00ed chov\u00e1n\u00ed. A kde je <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/cs\/hranice-v-praci-jak-je-nastavit-bez-konfliktu\/\">moje hranice<\/a>, pokud se rozhovor za\u010dne st\u00e1\u010det mimo t\u00e9ma.<\/p>\n<p>To nen\u00ed slov\u00ed\u010dka\u0159en\u00ed. Je rozd\u00edl mezi v\u011btou \u201eu\u017e se na tebe ned\u00e1 spolehnout\u201c a v\u011btou \u201eve t\u0159ech posledn\u00edch term\u00ednech se v\u00fdstup posunul bez p\u0159edchoz\u00ed domluvy\u201c. Prvn\u00ed formulace \u00fato\u010d\u00ed na identitu. Druh\u00e1 pracuje s realitou. A druh\u00e1 strana c\u00edt\u00ed, \u017ee nereagujete jen na dne\u0161ek.<\/p>\n<h2>Nejt\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed neb\u00fdv\u00e1 obsah, ale dynamika<\/h2>\n<p>Kdy\u017e se lid\u00e9 ptaj\u00ed, jak v\u00e9st obt\u00ed\u017en\u00fd rozhovor l\u00e9pe, \u010dasto hledaj\u00ed komunika\u010dn\u00ed techniku. Ta m\u016f\u017ee pomoci, ale sama o sob\u011b nesta\u010d\u00ed. Pokud nerozum\u00edte dynamice, technika se pod tlakem rozpadne.<\/p>\n<p>Typick\u00e1 dynamika vypad\u00e1 takto: jeden \u010dlov\u011bk otev\u00edr\u00e1 t\u00e9ma, druh\u00fd sly\u0161\u00ed ohro\u017een\u00ed. Co se stalo. Co si o tom kdo mysl\u00ed. Co se te\u010f d\u011bje mezi n\u00e1mi b\u011bhem rozhovoru. Jakmile se tyto vrstvy sl\u00e9vaj\u00ed, p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed chaos. Nap\u0159\u00edklad partner \u0159ekne: \u201eTy m\u011b v\u016fbec neposlouch\u00e1\u0161.\u201c M\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt pro\u017eitek, ne fakt. Kdy\u017e na to odpov\u00edte jen obranou typu \u201eto nen\u00ed pravda\u201c, nikam se neposunete. Kdy\u017e ale zachyt\u00edte, \u017ee vedle sporu o fakta b\u011b\u017e\u00ed i spor o zku\u0161enost druh\u00e9ho, m\u016f\u017eete reagovat p\u0159esn\u011bji: \u201eNesouhlas\u00edm s t\u00edm, \u017ee t\u011b neposlouch\u00e1m v\u017edy, ale rozum\u00edm, \u017ee to te\u010f tak za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1\u0161. Poj\u010fme se vr\u00e1tit k tomu, co konkr\u00e9tn\u011b se stalo v\u010dera.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>To nen\u00ed ustupov\u00e1n\u00ed. Automatick\u00e1 tvrdost, kdy\u017e c\u00edt\u00edte nespravedlnost. Kdo tohle nezn\u00e1, b\u00fdv\u00e1 v obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9m rozhovoru snadno \u010diteln\u00fd a snadno sta\u017eiteln\u00fd do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/cs\/category\/vzorce-chovani-a-reakce\/\">star\u00e9ho vzorce<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Co \u0159\u00edkat na za\u010d\u00e1tku<\/h3>\n<p>Za\u010d\u00e1tek m\u00e1 vytvo\u0159it r\u00e1mec, ne p\u0159ev\u00e1lcovat druh\u00e9ho. Funguj\u00ed v\u011bty, kter\u00e9 jsou v\u011bcn\u00e9 a sou\u010dasn\u011b unesou nap\u011bt\u00ed. Kdy\u017e odpov\u00edte na ka\u017ed\u00fd odskok, p\u0159estanete rozhovor v\u00e9st. Za\u010dnete ho n\u00e1sledovat.<\/p>\n<p>U\u017eite\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je vracet se klidn\u011b k ose. \u201eK tomu se m\u016f\u017eeme vr\u00e1tit, ale te\u010f mluv\u00edm o tomto konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm momentu.\u201c Nebo: \u201eRozum\u00edm, \u017ee to vid\u00ed\u0161 jinak. N\u011bkdy je pot\u0159eba pojmenovat dynamiku p\u0159\u00edmo. \u201eV\u0161\u00edm\u00e1m si, \u017ee kdykoli se dostaneme ke konkr\u00e9tn\u00edmu bodu, rozhovor se sto\u010d\u00ed k tomu, co d\u011bl\u00e1m \u0161patn\u011b j\u00e1. To je samo o sob\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 t\u00e9ma, ale te\u010f n\u00e1m to br\u00e1n\u00ed \u0159e\u0161it p\u016fvodn\u00ed v\u011bc.\u201c Takov\u00e9 pojmenov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9, ale \u010dasto je p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e dal\u0161\u00ed vysv\u011btlov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V osobn\u00edch vztaz\u00edch b\u00fdv\u00e1 situace slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee nejde jen o \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9mu, ale i o pot\u0159ebu bl\u00edzkosti. Je pot\u0159eba znovu ukotvit realitu.<\/p>\n<h2>Co d\u011blat, kdy\u017e emoce stoupnou p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysoko<\/h2>\n<p>Klid neznamen\u00e1 bezemo\u010dnost. V obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9m rozhovoru jsou emoce o\u010dek\u00e1vateln\u00e9. Probl\u00e9m nast\u00e1v\u00e1 ve chv\u00edli, kdy u\u017e neslou\u017e\u00ed orientaci, ale p\u0159eb\u00edraj\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pozn\u00e1te to pom\u011brn\u011b p\u0159esn\u011b. P\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1te sly\u0161et obsah. V hlav\u011b si p\u0159ipravujete protiargument. Zrychl\u00ed se v\u00e1m tempo. M\u00e1te nutk\u00e1n\u00ed druh\u00e9ho p\u0159eru\u0161it nebo naopak \u00fapln\u011b vypnout. V takov\u00e9 chv\u00edli nen\u00ed slabost rozhovor na chv\u00edli zastavit. Velmi p\u0159esn\u011b ukazuj\u00ed i vztah k vlastn\u00edmu \u00fasudku. Kdy\u017e ho pod tlakem opakovan\u011b opou\u0161t\u00edte, nevznik\u00e1 jen komunika\u010dn\u00ed probl\u00e9m. Vznik\u00e1 vnit\u0159n\u00ed nestabilita, kter\u00e1 se pak p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed do dal\u0161\u00edch rozhodnut\u00ed.
