Ani tady nejde o dokonalou formulaci. Jde o to, \u017ee mluv\u00edte o chov\u00e1n\u00ed a dopadu, ne o charakteru druh\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdy b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd a kdy opatrn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Ne ka\u017ed\u00e1 situace unese stejnou m\u00edru p\u0159\u00edmosti. Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na vztahu, kontextu i psychick\u00e9 kapacit\u011b obou stran. Pokud vedete zku\u0161en\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka, kter\u00fd je zvykl\u00fd pracovat se zp\u011btnou vazbou, m\u016f\u017eete mluvit stru\u010dn\u011b a nap\u0159\u00edmo. Druh\u00fd c\u00edt\u00ed, \u017ee mluv\u00edte o probl\u00e9mu, ale obch\u00e1z\u00edte ho. To b\u00fdv\u00e1 matouc\u00ed a n\u011bkdy i pasivn\u011b agresivn\u00ed. Zral\u00e1 zp\u011btn\u00e1 vazba nen\u00ed zabalen\u00e1 do neur\u010ditosti. Pot\u0159ebuji ale z\u016fstat u toho, \u017ee term\u00edn nebyl dodr\u017een a m\u011blo to tenhle dopad.\u201c T\u00edm nepop\u00edr\u00e1te jeho pohled, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 neopou\u0161t\u00edte realitu situace.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkdy je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 p\u0159ipustit svou \u010d\u00e1st bez ztr\u00e1ty hranice. \u201eJe mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee jsem o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ne\u0159ekl dost jasn\u011b. Sou\u010dasn\u011b ale pot\u0159ebuji \u0159e\u0161it, \u017ee v\u00fdsledek neodpov\u00eddal domluv\u011b.\u201c Tato kombinace b\u00fdv\u00e1 siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e rigidn\u00ed trv\u00e1n\u00ed na vlastn\u00ed bezchybnosti. Sni\u017euje obranu, ani\u017e by rozm\u011bl\u0148ovala obsah.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud se ale rozhovor m\u011bn\u00ed v otev\u0159en\u00fd boj, m\u00e1 smysl ho zastavit. Ne jako trest, ale jako ochranu \u00fa\u010delu. Ve stavu eskalace lid\u00e9 zpravidla neposlouchaj\u00ed. Jen sb\u00edraj\u00ed argumenty. V takovou chv\u00edli je p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee se k v\u011bci vr\u00e1t\u00edte pozd\u011bji, ne\u017e pokra\u010dovat v dal\u0161\u00edm po\u0161kozov\u00e1n\u00ed vztahu.<\/p>\n<h2>Bez konfliktu neznamen\u00e1 bez nepohodl\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>To je podstatn\u00e9. Mnoho lid\u00ed si pod ot\u00e1zkou jak d\u00e1t zp\u011btnou vazbu bez konfliktu p\u0159edstavuje, \u017ee druh\u00fd z\u016fstane klidn\u00fd, pochop\u00ed to a pod\u011bkuje.
