Pak je snadn\u00e9 uv\u011b\u0159it, \u017ee probl\u00e9m je jen v okolnostech nebo v lidech kolem v\u00e1s. \u010casto ale nejde jen o situaci. Jde o vzorec.<\/p>\n<p>Vzorec chov\u00e1n\u00ed nen\u00ed jedna chyba ani slab\u00e1 chv\u00edle. Je to opakuj\u00edc\u00ed se zp\u016fsob, jak \u010dtete situaci, co v n\u00ed automaticky o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1te, co c\u00edt\u00edte a jak pak jedn\u00e1te. Pr\u00e1v\u011b proto b\u00fdv\u00e1 tak odoln\u00fd. Neprojevuje se jen v hlav\u011b jako n\u00e1zor. Ukazuje se v t\u00f3nu hlasu, ve volb\u011b slov, v tom, kdy ml\u010d\u00edte, kdy tla\u010d\u00edte, kdy se st\u00e1hnete a kdy za\u010dnete jednat p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 rychle.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak poznat svoje vzorce chov\u00e1n\u00ed v praxi<\/h2>\n<p>Pokud chcete opravdu poznat sv\u00e9 vzorce chov\u00e1n\u00ed, neza\u010d\u00ednejte ot\u00e1zkou \u201eco je se mnou \u0161patn\u011b\u201c. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tam se spou\u0161t\u011bj\u00ed automatick\u00e9 reakce, kter\u00e9 b\u00fdvaj\u00ed rychlej\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v\u011bdom\u00e9 rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Typick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edklad z pr\u00e1ce: n\u011bkdo v\u00e1m oponuje na porad\u011b a vy okam\u017eit\u011b p\u0159itvrd\u00edte. Navenek to m\u016f\u017ee vypadat jako profesionalita nebo tah na v\u00fdsledek. Ve skute\u010dnosti ale m\u016f\u017ee j\u00edt o vzorec, ve kter\u00e9m nesouhlas \u010dtete jako ohro\u017een\u00ed kompetence. Nebo opa\u010dn\u011b &#8211; p\u0159i kritice zmlknete, st\u00e1hnete se a v\u0161e si za\u010dnete vy\u010d\u00edtat. V obou p\u0159\u00edpadech nejde jen o jednotlivou reakci. Jde o zp\u016fsob, jak situaci v\u00fdznamov\u011b vyhodnot\u00edte.<\/p>\n<p>Podobn\u011b ve vztaz\u00edch. Partner neodpov\u00ed podle va\u0161ich o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a vy b\u011bhem p\u00e1r minut nejste v kontaktu s t\u00edm, co skute\u010dn\u011b \u0159ekl, ale s t\u00edm, co si z jeho chov\u00e1n\u00ed vylo\u017e\u00edte. Najednou u\u017e nereagujete na realitu, ale <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/cs\/automaticke-mysleni\/\">na interpretaci<\/a>. A pr\u00e1v\u011b tady b\u00fdv\u00e1 j\u00e1dro mnoha opakuj\u00edc\u00edch se konflikt\u016f.<\/p>\n<h2>Vzorec nen\u00ed povaha ani osud<\/h2>\n<p>Lid\u00e9 si sv\u00e9 vzorce \u010dasto pletou s identitou. \u0158eknou o sob\u011b, \u017ee jsou prost\u011b konfliktn\u00ed, moc citliv\u00ed, p\u0159ehnan\u011b zodpov\u011bdn\u00ed nebo \u017ee maj\u00ed slabost pro nedostupn\u00e9 partnery. To ale b\u00fdv\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 hrub\u00e9 zjednodu\u0161en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je sledovat posloupnost. Co bylo spou\u0161t\u011b\u010dem. Jak jste si situaci vylo\u017eili. Jak\u00fd pocit p\u0159i\u0161el jako prvn\u00ed. Co jste ud\u011blali navenek. A jak\u00fd to m\u011blo dopad na druh\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka i na v\u00e1s. Pokud opakovan\u011b dosahujete v\u00fdsledku za cenu p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed, ztr\u00e1ty vlivu, zaml\u010den\u00ed vlastn\u00edho postoje nebo vztahov\u00e9ho nap\u011bt\u00ed, nejde o detail. Je to informace o vzorci.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak poznat svoje vzorce chov\u00e1n\u00ed bez sebeposuzov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Sebereflexe m\u00e1 smysl jen tehdy, kdy\u017e nen\u00ed zam\u011bn\u011bn\u00e1 za sebekritiku. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je i podobn\u00e1 vnit\u0159n\u00ed logika v r\u016fzn\u00fdch prost\u0159ed\u00edch. Jin\u00ed lid\u00e9, jin\u00e9 kulisy, podobn\u00fd pocit a podobn\u00fd tah k reakci.<\/p>\n<p>Mo\u017en\u00e1 se v\u00e1m opakovan\u011b st\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee v za\u010d\u00e1tku vztahu d\u00e1v\u00e1te druh\u00e9mu velk\u00fd prostor, rychle se p\u0159izp\u016fsob\u00edte a teprve pozd\u011bji c\u00edt\u00edte vztek, \u017ee v\u00e1s nevid\u00ed. Nebo v pr\u00e1ci p\u0159eb\u00edr\u00e1te v\u00edc, ne\u017e je va\u0161e role, a pak jste rozho\u0159\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee ostatn\u00ed nejsou dost samostatn\u00ed.
