T\u00fdm ho ale za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jako \u010dlov\u011bka, vedle kter\u00e9ho je riskantn\u00ed mluvit otev\u0159en\u011b. On s\u00e1m nevid\u00ed agresi, proto\u017ee nek\u0159i\u010d\u00ed a nikoho neur\u00e1\u017e\u00ed. Nevid\u00ed v\u0161ak dopad. Bez n\u011bj se i schopn\u00fd l\u00eddr za\u010dne rozhodovat podle pocitu ohro\u017een\u00ed, ne podle toho, co se opravdu d\u011bje.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak se slep\u00e9 m\u00edsto projevuje v praxi<\/h2>\n<p>Ne v\u017edy jako velk\u00fd konflikt. \u010casto naopak velmi nen\u00e1padn\u011b. Rozhovory se to\u010d\u00ed v kruhu. Stejn\u00fd typ lid\u00ed odch\u00e1z\u00ed. Zp\u011btn\u00e1 vazba se sice form\u00e1ln\u011b d\u00e1v\u00e1, ale nic nem\u011bn\u00ed.
