Jen do chv\u00edle, ne\u017e ji skute\u010dn\u011b dostane.<\/p>\n<p>Pak se z n\u00ed b\u011bhem n\u011bkolika vte\u0159in stane probl\u00e9m. Ne proto, \u017ee by byla nepravdiv\u00e1, ale proto, \u017ee zas\u00e1hne m\u00edsto, kde u\u017e d\u00e1vno ne\u0159e\u0161\u00edme obsah, ale vlastn\u00ed ohro\u017een\u00ed. V pr\u00e1ci to vypad\u00e1 jako ura\u017een\u00e9 ticho, proti\u00fatok nebo dlouh\u00e9 vysv\u011btlov\u00e1n\u00ed. Ve vztaz\u00edch jako v\u011bta \u201etak mi tedy \u0159ekni pravdu\u201c, po kter\u00e9 n\u00e1sleduje trest za to, \u017ee zazn\u011bla.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e9ma \u201eKa\u017ed\u00fd chce up\u0159\u00edmnost, ale neum\u00ed s n\u00ed zach\u00e1zet\u201c nen\u00ed hlavn\u011b o komunikaci. Je o kapacit\u011b un\u00e9st realitu bez okam\u017eit\u00e9 pot\u0159eby ji p\u0159ekroutit, zjemnit nebo obr\u00e1tit proti druh\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n<h2>Ka\u017ed\u00fd chce up\u0159\u00edmnost, ale neum\u00ed s n\u00ed zach\u00e1zet, kdy\u017e se dotkne identity<\/h2>\n<p>Lid\u00e9 obvykle nemaj\u00ed probl\u00e9m s pravdou obecn\u011b. Maj\u00ed probl\u00e9m s pravdou, kter\u00e1 naru\u0161\u00ed jejich obraz o sob\u011b. Pokud sly\u0161\u00edm \u201ev posledn\u00edch t\u00fddnech se na v\u00e1s t\u00fdm obrac\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b, ne\u017e b\u00fdvalo zvykem\u201c, nen\u00ed to jen informace. Interpretace je v\u00fdznam, kter\u00fd mu p\u0159id\u011bl\u00edme. \u010c\u00edm m\u00e9n\u011b jsme v kontaktu s t\u00edmto rozd\u00edlem, t\u00edm m\u00e9n\u011b jsme schopni up\u0159\u00edmnost p\u0159ijmout. Ne proto, \u017ee by byla p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 tvrd\u00e1, ale proto, \u017ee ji na\u0161e psychika okam\u017eit\u011b roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed o star\u00fd p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh.<\/p>\n<p>Proto n\u011bkdy nepom\u016f\u017ee, kdy\u017e druh\u00fd mluv\u00ed klidn\u011b, slu\u0161n\u011b a v\u011bcn\u011b. Pokud u\u017e se spustila obrana, obsah p\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1 b\u00fdt sly\u0161iteln\u00fd. Za\u010dneme \u0159e\u0161it t\u00f3n, na\u010dasov\u00e1n\u00ed, formulaci nebo \u00fadajnou necitlivost. Obsah sd\u011blen\u00ed se ztrat\u00ed. Ve skute\u010dnosti je ale tak\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017eov\u00fd test vztahu. Br\u00e1n\u00edme se ztr\u00e1t\u011b kontroly nad t\u00edm, jak budeme vid\u011bni. Jde o to, zda druh\u00fd ustoj\u00ed, \u017ee o sob\u011b usly\u0161\u00ed n\u011bco, co nechce sly\u0161et, ani\u017e by musel znehodnotit mluv\u010d\u00edho.<\/p>\n<p>V pracovn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed je tato dynamika drah\u00e1. Mana\u017eer deklaruje otev\u0159enost, ale ka\u017edou kritickou informaci odnese ten, kdo ji p\u0159inesl. T\u00fdm se rychle nau\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e up\u0159\u00edmnost je opatrnost. Navenek je klid, uvnit\u0159 nar\u016fst\u00e1 adaptace, nejasnost a ztr\u00e1ta d\u016fv\u011bry. Podobn\u011b funguj\u00ed i <a href=\"\/slepa-mista-lidru\">slep\u00e1 m\u00edsta l\u00eddr\u016f a jejich cena<\/a> ne proto, \u017ee by l\u00eddr necht\u011bl v\u011bd\u011bt pravdu, ale proto\u017ee ji neum\u00ed zpracovat bez obrany.<\/p>\n<h2>Up\u0159\u00edmnost bez kapacity je jen dal\u0161\u00ed spou\u0161t\u011b\u010d<\/h2>\n<p>\u010casto se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1: hlavn\u011b bu\u010fte up\u0159\u00edmn\u00ed. To je ale polovina v\u011bty. Druh\u00e1 polovina zn\u00ed: a nau\u010dte se s up\u0159\u00edmnost\u00ed zach\u00e1zet.<\/p>\n<p>To znamen\u00e1 n\u011bkolik v\u011bc\u00ed z\u00e1rove\u0148. Um\u011bt rozli\u0161it mezi faktem a dojmem. Nevy\u017eadovat pravdu, pokud jsem p\u0159ipraven\u00fd sly\u0161et jen potvrzen\u00ed vlastn\u00ed verze. Nepou\u017e\u00edvat up\u0159\u00edmnost jako zbra\u0148, kdy\u017e jsem ve skute\u010dnosti zahlcen\u00fd vztekem nebo zklam\u00e1n\u00edm. A kdy\u017e pravdu dostanu, nevyn\u00e1\u0161et o sob\u011b okam\u017eit\u00fd rozsudek.<\/p>\n<p>To neznamen\u00e1 v\u0161echno bez odporu p\u0159ijmout. Ne ka\u017ed\u00e1 \u00fadajn\u00e1 up\u0159\u00edmnost je p\u0159esn\u00e1, zral\u00e1 nebo u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e1. N\u011bkdy jde o projekci, n\u011bkdy o mocensk\u00fd tah, jindy o necitliv\u011b podanou domn\u011bnku. Schopnost zach\u00e1zet s up\u0159\u00edmnost\u00ed tedy neznamen\u00e1 pasivitu. Znamen\u00e1 um\u011bt sd\u011blen\u00ed rozebrat. Co je pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed, co interpretace, co pat\u0159\u00ed mn\u011b a co druh\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b tady b\u00fdv\u00e1 u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 vr\u00e1tit se k vlastn\u00edm opakuj\u00edc\u00edm se reakc\u00edm. Pokud m\u011b podobn\u00fd typ sd\u011blen\u00ed rozhod\u00ed poka\u017ed\u00e9, probl\u00e9m nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt jen v druh\u00fdch lidech. Tento krok b\u00fdv\u00e1 p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b t\u011b\u017ek\u00fd, proto\u017ee na\u0161e nervov\u00e1 soustava pracuje rychleji ne\u017e \u00fasudek.<\/p>\n<p>T\u0159et\u00ed krok je pt\u00e1t se p\u0159esn\u011b. \u201eK \u010demu konkr\u00e9tn\u011b to vztahujete?\u201c nebo \u201eNa z\u00e1klad\u011b \u010deho to \u0159\u00edk\u00e1te?\u201c nejsou \u00fahybn\u00e9 v\u011bty. Jsou to ot\u00e1zky, kter\u00e9 vracej\u00ed rozhovor z emo\u010dn\u00ed mlhy do reality. Hod\u00ed se zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 tam, kde n\u011bkdo m\u00edch\u00e1 dojmy s fakty nebo kde se komunikace za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 posouvat.
