Mnoho lid\u00ed nejedn\u00e1 podle reality situace, ale podle v\u00fdznamu, kter\u00fd j\u00ed velmi rychle p\u0159isoud\u00ed. N\u011bkdo nesouhlas\u00ed a vnit\u0159n\u00ed p\u0159eklad zn\u00ed: nerespektuje m\u011b. N\u011bkdo ml\u010d\u00ed a p\u0159eklad zn\u00ed: n\u011bco proti mn\u011b m\u00e1. Takov\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky sice vypadaj\u00ed jako reflexe, ale ve skute\u010dnosti uzav\u00edraj\u00ed prostor.<\/p>\n<p>U\u017eite\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jsou ot\u00e1zky, kter\u00e9 mapuj\u00ed pr\u016fb\u011bh situace bez moralizov\u00e1n\u00ed. Co se stalo t\u011bsn\u011b p\u0159edt\u00edm? Kde se zm\u011bnil t\u00f3n, tempo nebo pozice v rozhovoru? Na co jsem reagoval nejsiln\u011bji? Co jsem pot\u0159eboval uh\u00e1jit? Co jsem ne\u0159ekl v\u010das? Co jsem naopak \u0159ekl a\u017e p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 pozd\u011b?<\/p>\n<p>Tyto ot\u00e1zky nejsou m\u011bkk\u00e9. Jsou p\u0159esn\u00e9. A p\u0159esnost je v n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch interakc\u00edch d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e uklidn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Plat\u00ed to i u zp\u011btn\u00e9 vazby. Lid\u00e9 \u010dasto nehledaj\u00ed jen to, jak ji formulovat, ale jak ji d\u00e1t tak, aby neztratili sm\u011br a nespadli bu\u010f do agrese, nebo do \u00fastupu. V takov\u00e9 chv\u00edli nepom\u016f\u017ee obecn\u00e1 pou\u010dka o otev\u0159en\u00e9 komunikaci. Pom\u016f\u017ee rozli\u0161it, jestli je c\u00edlem vyjasn\u011bn\u00ed, korekce, nebo obrana hranice. Bez toho se obt\u00ed\u017en\u011b vede i dob\u0159e m\u00edn\u011bn\u00fd rozhovor. V tu chv\u00edli u\u017e nejde o univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed pou\u010dku, ale o z\u00e1sah do konkr\u00e9tn\u00edho m\u00edsta.<\/p>\n<p>Nap\u0159\u00edklad u konfliktu v t\u00fdmu m\u016f\u017ee rada fungovat a\u017e ve chv\u00edli, kdy je jasn\u00e9, jestli l\u00eddr probl\u00e9m oddaluje, p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 personalizuje, nebo naopak \u0159e\u0161\u00ed jen obsah a unik\u00e1 mu vztahov\u00e1 rovina. Pak m\u00e1 smysl mluvit o tom, jak strukturovat rozhovor, co pojmenovat jako prvn\u00ed a kde nep\u0159evz\u00edt ciz\u00ed obranu za svou odpov\u011bdnost. Bez t\u00e9to pr\u00e1ce b\u00fdv\u00e1 i dob\u0159e m\u00edn\u011bn\u00fd n\u00e1vod slab\u00fd. K t\u00e9matu se to prom\u00edt\u00e1 i v textu <a href=\"\/jak-zvladnout-konflikt-v-tymu\">jak zvl\u00e1dnout konflikt v t\u00fdmu bez ztr\u00e1ty vlivu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Jin\u00fdmi slovy: rada je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e1 tehdy, kdy\u017e navazuje na porozum\u011bn\u00ed. Ne kdy\u017e ho nahrazuje.<\/p>\n<h2>Nejt\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed ot\u00e1zky m\u00ed\u0159\u00ed na vlastn\u00ed pod\u00edl<\/h2>\n<p>Mnoho lid\u00ed zvl\u00e1dne pom\u011brn\u011b p\u0159esn\u011b popsat, co d\u011bl\u00e1 druh\u00e1 strana. M\u00e9n\u011b pohodln\u00e9 je uvid\u011bt vlastn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dast na vzorci. Ne ve smyslu viny, ale ve smyslu spolu\u00fa\u010dasti na dynamice.<\/p>\n<p>Kde d\u00e1v\u00e1m p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho prostoru nejasnosti? Kde \u010dek\u00e1m na uzn\u00e1n\u00ed, m\u00edsto abych pojmenoval rozpor? Kde zam\u011b\u0148uji klid za \u00fastup? Kde reaguji a\u017e tehdy, kdy\u017e u\u017e jsem vnit\u0159n\u011b p\u0159ehlcen\u00fd?<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b tyto ot\u00e1zky b\u00fdvaj\u00ed p\u0159elomov\u00e9. Ne proto, \u017ee by \u010dlov\u011bka obvinily, ale proto\u017ee mu vrac\u00ed vliv. Dokud je probl\u00e9m definovan\u00fd jen t\u00edm, co d\u011blaj\u00ed druz\u00ed, je zm\u011bna omezen\u00e1. Ve chv\u00edli, kdy \u010dlov\u011bk uvid\u00ed, jak se do stejn\u00e9 dynamiky znovu dost\u00e1v\u00e1 on s\u00e1m, vznik\u00e1 prostor jednat jinak.<\/p>\n<p>To neznamen\u00e1 p\u0159evz\u00edt odpov\u011bdnost za v\u0161e. Naopak. Znamen\u00e1 to p\u0159esn\u011bji odd\u011blit, co je moje a co nen\u00ed moje.
