Otev\u0159ete konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed t\u00e9ma, nesoulad v dohod\u011b, probl\u00e9m v t\u00fdmu, nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159enou reakci, opakovan\u00e9 p\u0159ekra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed hranic. Druh\u00e1 strana, ale m\u00edsto reakce na obsah odpov\u00ed n\u011b\u010d\u00edm jako: &#8220;S tebou se ned\u00e1 mluvit, kdy\u017e to pod\u00e1v\u00e1\u0161 takhle.&#8221; Nebo: &#8220;Mo\u017en\u00e1 by st\u00e1lo za to zam\u011b\u0159it se na sv\u016fj t\u00f3n.&#8221; P\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b: &#8220;To, co \u0159\u00edk\u00e1\u0161, mo\u017en\u00e1 nen\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b \u0161patn\u011b, ale ten zp\u016fsob je hrozn\u00fd.&#8221; N\u011bkdy je to \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b pravda. N\u011bkdy mluv\u00edte pod tlakem, p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 ost\u0159e nebo obrann\u011b. To nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba pop\u00edrat. Probl\u00e9m je ve chv\u00edli, kdy se forma stane hlavn\u00ed obranou proti jak\u00e9mukoli nepohodln\u00e9mu obsahu. Pak u\u017e nejde o kultivaci komunikace, ale o posun r\u00e1mce. M\u00edsto, aby se zkoumalo, co je pravda, za\u010dne se \u0159e\u0161it, zda jste to \u0159ekli dost p\u0159ijateln\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>V pracovn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed to b\u00fdv\u00e1 zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 zr\u00e1dn\u00e9. Pokud tuto dynamiku nepojmenujete, snadno skon\u010d\u00edte v dlouh\u00e9m vysv\u011btlov\u00e1n\u00ed sebe sama m\u00edsto veden\u00ed rozhovoru.<\/p>\n<h2>Ne v\u017edy jde o manipulaci. Ale v\u017edy jde o dynamiku<\/h2>\n<p>Je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 nesko\u010dit hned k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee druh\u00fd manipuluje. N\u011bkdy opravdu reaguje na zp\u016fsob, kter\u00fd ho zra\u0148uje, spou\u0161t\u00ed nebo zahlcuje. N\u011bkdy neum\u00ed un\u00e9st tlak a ut\u00edk\u00e1 k form\u011b, proto\u017ee obsah je pro n\u011bj moc ohro\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed. A n\u011bkdy se jen dva lid\u00e9 m\u00edjej\u00ed v tom, co pova\u017euj\u00ed za p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 a co u\u017e za \u00fato\u010dn\u00e9. Rozd\u00edl je v tom, zda se po kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 reflexi stylu vr\u00e1t\u00edte k v\u011bci. Zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed rozhovor unese oboj\u00ed. M\u016f\u017ee zazn\u00edt: &#8220;Tohle se mi poslouch\u00e1 t\u011b\u017eko&#8221; a z\u00e1rove\u0148 se pokra\u010duje v t\u00e9matu. Nezdrav\u00e1 dynamika ud\u011bl\u00e1 z va\u0161eho projevu hlavn\u00ed probl\u00e9m poka\u017ed\u00e9, kdy\u017e se p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017e\u00edte k n\u011b\u010demu podstatn\u00e9mu. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tady b\u00fdv\u00e1 u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 odli\u0161ovat realitu od interpretace. Realita je nap\u0159\u00edklad to, \u017ee jste \u0159ekli: &#8220;Tahle dohoda nebyla dodr\u017eena t\u0159ikr\u00e1t.&#8221; Interpretace je: &#8220;Mluv\u00ed\u0161 na m\u011b pov\u00fd\u0161en\u011b, tak\u017ee tv\u00e1 p\u0159ipom\u00ednka nen\u00ed legitimn\u00ed.&#8221; To prvn\u00ed je ov\u011b\u0159iteln\u00e9. To druh\u00e9 je pro\u017eitek, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd, ale nesm\u00ed automaticky zru\u0161it obsah sd\u011blen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud se v\u00e1m podobn\u00e1 z\u00e1m\u011bna d\u011bje opakovan\u011b, stoj\u00ed za to sledovat nejen slova, ale i funkci cel\u00e9 v\u00fdm\u011bny. K \u010demu slou\u017e\u00ed to, \u017ee se debata zase sto\u010dila k v\u00e1m?<\/p>\n<h2>Co se v takov\u00e9 chv\u00edli \u010dasto d\u011bje uvnit\u0159 v\u00e1s<\/h2>\n<p>Mnoho lid\u00ed si v t\u00e9to dynamice za\u010dne automaticky p\u0159isuzovat vinu. Mo\u017en\u00e1 jsem moc tvrd\u00fd. Mo\u017en\u00e1 neum\u00edm mluvit s lidmi. Mo\u017en\u00e1 probl\u00e9m opravdu vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00edm j\u00e1. To je pochopiteln\u00e9, zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 kdy\u017e jste zvykl\u00ed n\u00e9st odpov\u011bdnost a hledat nejprve vlastn\u00ed pod\u00edl. Jen\u017ee odpov\u011bdnost bez rozli\u0161en\u00ed rychle p\u0159ejde v sebeerozi. Za\u010dnete opravovat ka\u017ed\u00e9 slovo, i kdy\u017e hlavn\u00ed probl\u00e9m z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 nedot\u010den\u00fd. Jste \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l opatrn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 i frustrovan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. A proto\u017ee se rozhovor znovu st\u00e1\u010d\u00ed k va\u0161\u00ed form\u011b, m\u016f\u017ee vzniknout pocit, \u017ee jasn\u011b mluvit je samo o sob\u011b nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Tento bod b\u00fdv\u00e1 kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd. Ne proto, abyste se utvrdili, \u017ee za nic nem\u016f\u017eete, ale abyste p\u0159estali zam\u011b\u0148ovat reflexi za sebezpochybn\u011bn\u00ed. Pokud jste byli dlouhodob\u011b vedeni k tomu, \u017ee probl\u00e9m nen\u00ed to, co se d\u011bje, ale jak o tom mluv\u00edte, m\u016f\u017eete b\u00fdt na tento typ obratu zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 citliv\u00ed. Pak nejde jen o aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed rozhovor, ale o star\u00fd mechanismus, kter\u00fd se znovu aktivuje. Pr\u00e1v\u011b proto d\u00e1v\u00e1 smysl rozpozn\u00e1vat sv\u00e9 opakuj\u00edc\u00ed se reakce a nehodnotit je jen jako moment\u00e1ln\u00ed slabost. K tomu souvis\u00ed i t\u00e9ma <a href=\"\/jak-poznat-svoje-vzorce-chovani\">jak rozpoznat sv\u00e9 vzorce chov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak poznat, \u017ee se ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed styl, ale odkl\u00e1n\u00ed se t\u00e9ma<\/h2>\n<p>Rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed nen\u00ed jedna v\u011bta, ale opakuj\u00edc\u00ed se sch\u00e9ma. Kdy\u017e druh\u00e1 strana nam\u00edtne zp\u016fsob komunikace a pak se vr\u00e1t\u00ed k j\u00e1dru v\u011bci, je to \u010dasto sou\u010d\u00e1st norm\u00e1ln\u00ed korekce vztahu. Kdy\u017e se ale k j\u00e1dru nevrac\u00ed nikdy, stoj\u00ed za to zpozorn\u011bt.<\/p>\n<p>Pozn\u00e1te to i podle toho, \u017ee po rozhovoru neum\u00edte p\u0159esn\u011b \u0159\u00edct, co bylo vlastn\u011b vy\u0159e\u0161eno. V\u00edte jen, \u017ee jste hodn\u011b vysv\u011btlovali, jak jste to mysleli. Dal\u0161\u00edm sign\u00e1lem je asymetrie. Vy m\u00e1te n\u00e9st plnou odpov\u011bdnost za t\u00f3n, zat\u00edmco druh\u00e1 strana nenese t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 \u017e\u00e1dnou odpov\u011bdnost za to, jak zach\u00e1z\u00ed s obsahem, fakty nebo dopadem sv\u00e9ho jedn\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Siln\u00fdm ukazatelem je i to, \u017ee se va\u0161e sd\u011blen\u00ed ozna\u010duje za probl\u00e9mov\u00e9 bez ohledu na formu. Kdy\u017e mluv\u00edte jemn\u011b, jste nejasn\u00ed. Kdy\u017e mluv\u00edte jasn\u011b, jste tvrd\u00ed. Kdy\u017e \u010dek\u00e1te na vhodn\u00fd moment, \u0159e\u0161\u00edte v\u011bci pozd\u011b. K t\u00e9matu je bl\u00edzko i \u010dl\u00e1nek <a href=\"\/jak-poznat-manipulaci-v-komunikaci\">Jak poznat manipulaci v komunikaci<\/a>, zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 pokud se po podobn\u00fdch rozhovorech vrac\u00edte s pocitem, \u017ee jste najednou probl\u00e9mem vy, i kdy\u017e jste otev\u00edrali konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed v\u011bc.<\/p>\n<h2>Co d\u011blat v pr\u016fb\u011bhu rozhovoru<\/h2>\n<p>Nejprve pom\u00e1h\u00e1 nebr\u00e1nit se automaticky. Obrana b\u00fdv\u00e1 pochopiteln\u00e1, ale \u010dasto jen pos\u00edl\u00ed p\u0159esun t\u00e9matu. M\u00edsto dlouh\u00e9ho vysv\u011btlov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017eete odd\u011blit ob\u011b roviny. Nap\u0159\u00edklad takto: &#8220;Je mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee to zn\u00ed ost\u0159e. Chci ale z\u016fstat i u toho, co konkr\u00e9tn\u011b \u0159e\u0161\u00edme.&#8221; T\u00edm nepop\u00edr\u00e1te dopad formy, ale nenech\u00e1te ji spolknout obsah.<\/p>\n<p>Druh\u00e1 u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e1 v\u011bc je vracet se k ov\u011b\u0159iteln\u00e9mu. Ne k tomu, kdo je jak\u00fd, ale co se stalo, co bylo dohodnuto, co chyb\u00ed, co pot\u0159ebujete up\u0159esnit. \u010c\u00edm v\u00edce se rozhovor rozpad\u00e1 do dojm\u016f o va\u0161em stylu, t\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdznam m\u00e1 jednoduch\u00e1 struktura. Co je t\u00e9ma. Co je fakt. Co je interpretace. Co je pot\u0159eba rozhodnout.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkdy pom\u016f\u017ee i p\u0159\u00edm\u00e1 meta-ot\u00e1zka: &#8220;V\u0161iml jsem si, \u017ee se opakovan\u011b zastavujeme u toho, jak to \u0159\u00edk\u00e1m. M\u016f\u017eeme se vr\u00e1tit k tomu, co je pot\u0159eba vy\u0159e\u0161it?&#8221; Tato v\u011bta nen\u00ed technika pro ka\u017edou situaci. Funguje tam, kde druh\u00e1 strana je\u0161t\u011b unese z\u00e1kladn\u00ed m\u00edru reflexe. Tam, kde je obrana p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 siln\u00e1, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pot\u0159eba rozhovor zkr\u00e1tit a vr\u00e1tit se k n\u011bmu pozd\u011bji.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud vedete n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 rozhovory \u010dast\u011bji, b\u00fdv\u00e1 u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edt p\u0159edem jasno, co je va\u0161\u00edm c\u00edlem a kde se nej\u010dast\u011bji nech\u00e1te st\u00e1hnout do vedlej\u0161\u00ed koleje. T\u00edm se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 i text <a href=\"\/jak-vest-obtizny-rozhovor\">Jak v\u00e9st obt\u00ed\u017en\u00fd rozhovor bez ztr\u00e1ty sm\u011bru<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Co ned\u011blat, i kdy\u017e to sv\u00e1d\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Nepom\u00e1h\u00e1 j\u00edt do proti\u00fatoku stylem: &#8220;Ty jen manipuluje\u0161.&#8221; Ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f t\u00edm rozhovor zav\u0159ete a p\u0159ijdete o mo\u017enost n\u011bco uvid\u011bt p\u0159esn\u011bji. Stejn\u011b tak nepom\u00e1h\u00e1 snaha b\u00fdt dokonale nepr\u016fst\u0159eln\u00ed. Lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou opakovan\u011b kritizov\u00e1ni za zp\u016fsob projevu, maj\u00ed tendenci vytv\u00e1\u0159et a\u017e steriln\u00ed komunikaci. V\u011bty bez rizika, bez hrany, bez \u017eivota. To m\u016f\u017ee kr\u00e1tkodob\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eit t\u0159en\u00ed, ale \u010dasto i va\u0161i srozumitelnost a autoritu.<\/p>\n<p>Neu\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 je tak\u00e9 p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dat, \u017ee kdy\u017e najdete dost jemnou formulaci, dynamika zmiz\u00ed. N\u011bkdy ano. Jindy ne. Pokud je probl\u00e9mem samotn\u00e9 otev\u0159en\u00ed reality, jemn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jazyk ho jen na chv\u00edli odlo\u017e\u00ed. Proto je p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pracovat s t\u00edm, co se mezi v\u00e1mi opakuje, ne\u017e donekone\u010dna hledat ide\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u011btu.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdy\u017e je pot\u0159eba vid\u011bt v\u00edc ne\u017e jednotliv\u00fd konflikt<\/h2>\n<p>Jedna v\u011bta sama o sob\u011b v\u011bt\u0161inou nic nedokazuje. D\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je sledovat sled situac\u00ed. Kdy p\u0159esn\u011b se debata sto\u010d\u00ed k va\u0161\u00ed form\u011b? U jak\u00fdch t\u00e9mat? S k\u00fdm? Jak na to reagujete? Co pak ud\u011bl\u00e1te jinak? A k \u010demu to vede? Pr\u00e1v\u011b tady se ukazuje, \u017ee nejde jen o komunikaci v \u00fazk\u00e9m smyslu. Jde o moc, hranice, odpov\u011bdnost a vnit\u0159n\u00ed oporu. Kdo ur\u010duje, co je v rozhovoru relevantn\u00ed? Kdo nese d\u016fsledky toho, \u017ee podstata z\u016fstane ne\u0159e\u0161en\u00e1? A co se s v\u00e1mi d\u011bje, kdy\u017e mus\u00edte znovu a znovu obhajovat samotn\u00e9 pr\u00e1vo n\u011bco pojmenovat? N\u011bkter\u00e9 vztahy tento tlak vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed n\u00e1hodn\u011b a nev\u011bdom\u011b. Jin\u00e9 syst\u00e9mov\u011b. V obou p\u0159\u00edpadech je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 p\u0159estat \u0159e\u0161it jen to, zda jste to \u0159ekli spr\u00e1vn\u011b, a za\u010d\u00edt sledovat, jak\u00e1 pravidla v dan\u00e9m rozhovoru fakticky plat\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e se rozhovor v\u017edy sto\u010d\u00ed na to, jak mluv\u00edte, nemus\u00ed to znamenat, \u017ee mluv\u00edte \u0161patn\u011b. \u010casto to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee stoj\u00edte v dynamice, kde je bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed rozeb\u00edrat v\u00e1\u0161 projev ne\u017e se pod\u00edvat na to, co bylo pr\u00e1v\u011b \u0159e\u010deno.
