Funguj\u00ed tehdy, kdy\u017e v\u00e1m pomohou odd\u011blit fakta od interpretac\u00ed, udr\u017eet hranici bez zbyte\u010dn\u00e9 agrese a nereagovat automaticky. Popis reality bez p\u0159\u00edm\u011bsi obvin\u011bn\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p>Prvn\u00ed technika je jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed na pap\u00ed\u0159e ne\u017e v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m rozhovoru.
