T\u00fdm pak nevypad\u00e1 konfliktn\u011b, ale ve skute\u010dnosti je siln\u011b zat\u00ed\u017een\u00fd nevyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00fdm konfliktem.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ctvrt\u00fdm sign\u00e1lem je personifikace probl\u00e9mu. Ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed se proces, rozhodnut\u00ed ani dynamika, ale \u201eprobl\u00e9mov\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk\u201c. Tato pr\u00e1ce m\u016f\u017ee p\u016fsobit a\u017e p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 analyticky, ale pr\u00e1v\u011b ona vrac\u00ed pevnou p\u016fdu pod nohama. V toxick\u00e9 dynamice se toti\u017e \u010dasto ztr\u00e1c\u00ed kontinuita mezi ud\u00e1lost\u00ed a jej\u00edm v\u00fdkladem.<\/p>\n<p>Teprve potom d\u00e1v\u00e1 smysl volit reakci. N\u011bkdy je mo\u017en\u00e9 zp\u0159esnit komunikaci a testovat, zda syst\u00e9m unese v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmost. Jindy je pot\u0159eba jasn\u011bji vymezit odpov\u011bdnosti, proces nebo hranice. A n\u011bkdy je realistick\u00e9 p\u0159ijmout, \u017ee prost\u0159ed\u00ed je struktur\u00e1ln\u011b deformovan\u00e9 a prostor pro zdrav\u00e9 fungov\u00e1n\u00ed v n\u011bm bude omezen\u00fd.
