Bez n\u011bj se sebereflexe \u010dasto zm\u011bn\u00ed v p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed nad vlastn\u00edm p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00edm, ale ne v orientaci.<\/p>\n<p>Za\u010dn\u011bte jednodu\u0161e. Co se skute\u010dn\u011b stalo? Kdo co \u0159ekl? Co bylo viditeln\u00e9 navenek? Co jsem ud\u011blal j\u00e1? Co n\u00e1sledovalo potom? Tyto ot\u00e1zky mohou p\u016fsobit a\u017e p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 prost\u011b, ale pr\u00e1v\u011b v tom je jejich s\u00edla. Nut\u00ed v\u00e1s odd\u011blit popis od dojmu.<\/p>\n<p>Pak p\u0159ijde druh\u00e1 vrstva. Co jsem si o t\u00e9 situaci vylo\u017eil? Nap\u0159\u00edklad \u017ee m\u011b druh\u00fd nerespektuje, \u017ee m\u011b obch\u00e1z\u00ed, \u017ee m\u011b z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b tla\u010d\u00ed do kouta, \u017ee mus\u00edm okam\u017eit\u011b zas\u00e1hnout. Pom\u00e1haj\u00ed rozli\u0161it, pro\u010d dv\u011b podobn\u00e9 situace vyvolaj\u00ed u dvou lid\u00ed zcela jinou reakci. V jak\u00fdch typech vztah\u016f nebo situac\u00ed se mi to st\u00e1v\u00e1? Co b\u00fdv\u00e1 m\u016fj typick\u00fd sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159? Ustoup\u00edm p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 brzy? Za\u010dnu tla\u010dit? Vysv\u011btluji se v\u00edc, ne\u017e je pot\u0159eba? Uzav\u0159u se? P\u0159epnu do v\u00fdkonu a odpoj\u00edm se od toho, co se skute\u010dn\u011b d\u011bje?<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b tady b\u00fdvaj\u00ed nejlep\u0161\u00ed ot\u00e1zky pro sebereflexi nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9, ale u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9. Ne proto, \u017ee by m\u011bly bolet, ale proto, \u017ee ukazuj\u00ed pod\u00edl, kter\u00fd v situaci m\u00e1te vy. To nen\u00ed vina. Je to vliv. Dlouho se p\u0159izp\u016fsobuje, pak vybuchne a n\u00e1sledn\u011b m\u00e1 pocit nepochopen\u00ed. I tady je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd vzorec, ne jednor\u00e1zov\u00e1 chyba.<\/p>\n<h2>\u010ctvrt\u00e1 sada ot\u00e1zek: Jak jsem jednal a co to vyvolalo<\/h2>\n<p>Sebereflexe bez pohledu na vlastn\u00ed chov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 ne\u00fapln\u00e1. Nesta\u010d\u00ed v\u011bd\u011bt, co jste c\u00edtili nebo co jste si mysleli. Pot\u0159ebujete vid\u011bt, jak se to prom\u00edtlo do jedn\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Jak jsem v situaci mluvil? Byl jsem p\u0159esn\u00fd, nebo jsem mluvil v nar\u00e1\u017ek\u00e1ch? Ptal jsem se, nebo jsem p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dal? Ov\u011b\u0159oval jsem, nebo jsem rovnou uzav\u0159el v\u00fdklad? \u0158ekl jsem jasn\u011b, co pot\u0159ebuji, nebo jsem \u010dekal, \u017ee to druh\u00fd pochop\u00ed s\u00e1m?<\/p>\n<p>A pak je\u0161t\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ot\u00e1zka: Co moje reakce pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b spustila v druh\u00e9m? Obranu? Sta\u017een\u00ed? Proti\u00fatok? Zmatek? Pod\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed bez skute\u010dn\u00e9ho souhlasu? Pokud chcete rozum\u011bt vztahov\u00e9 dynamice, nesta\u010d\u00ed sledovat jen vlastn\u00ed z\u00e1m\u011br. Sebereflexe nen\u00ed nekone\u010dn\u00e9 opravov\u00e1n\u00ed sebe sama. Pokud po ka\u017ed\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 situaci analyzujete ka\u017ed\u00e9 slovo, m\u016f\u017eete skon\u010dit v p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed a ztr\u00e1t\u011b spontaneity. To se t\u00fdk\u00e1 hlavn\u011b lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed vysok\u00e9 n\u00e1roky na p\u0159esnost a odpov\u011bdnost.<\/p>\n<p>Rozd\u00edl je v c\u00edli. Sebekontrola chce m\u00edt jistotu, \u017ee u\u017e nikdy neud\u011bl\u00e1te chybu.
