To mohou b\u00fdt vedlej\u0161\u00ed efekty. J\u00e1dro je jinde. Procesy mohou b\u00fdt popsan\u00e9 dob\u0159e, role zadan\u00e9 jasn\u011b a p\u0159esto se n\u011bkter\u00e9 situace cyklicky rozpadaj\u00ed. T\u0159eba p\u0159i p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti, mezi veden\u00edm a st\u0159edn\u00edm managementem nebo mezi obchodem a delivery t\u00fdmem.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cast\u00fdm sign\u00e1lem je rozd\u00edl mezi t\u00edm, co si t\u00fdm mysl\u00ed, \u017ee komunikuje, a t\u00edm, co druh\u00e1 strana skute\u010dn\u011b p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1. T\u00fdmov\u00fd kou\u010dink nen\u00ed postaven\u00fd na hled\u00e1n\u00ed vin\u00edka. Nefunguje jako jemn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed verze intervence proti jednomu obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9mu \u010dlov\u011bku. Pokud m\u00e1 b\u00fdt \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd, mus\u00ed se d\u00edvat na syst\u00e9m interakc\u00ed. Ne obecn\u011b na to, \u017ee komunikace v\u00e1zne, ale nap\u0159\u00edklad na posledn\u00ed poradu, kde se nerozhodlo. Kdo mluvil prvn\u00ed. Kdo ustoupil. Kdo zm\u011bnil t\u00f3n. Jak\u00fd z\u00e1v\u011br zazn\u011bl nahlas a jak\u00fd si lid\u00e9 odnesli v hlav\u011b. Pr\u00e1v\u011b detail ukazuje mechanismus.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm krokem b\u00fdv\u00e1 pojmenov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00fdmov\u00fdch vzorc\u016f. Ale b\u00fdv\u00e1 to podstatn\u011b \u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. T\u00fdm se neu\u010d\u00ed \u201el\u00e9pe se c\u00edtit\u201c. U\u010d\u00ed se p\u0159esn\u011bji vn\u00edmat situaci a volit reakci, kter\u00e1 nen\u00ed automatick\u00e1.<\/p>\n<h2>Co t\u00fdmov\u00fd kou\u010dink firmy nen\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 vymezit i to, co od n\u011bj \u010dekat nelze. T\u00fdmov\u00fd kou\u010dink nenahrad\u00ed mana\u017eersk\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed. Pokud je probl\u00e9m v nejasn\u00e9 strategii, nefunk\u010dn\u00edm rozd\u011blen\u00ed rol\u00ed nebo dlouhodob\u011b tolerovan\u00e9m selh\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed bez d\u016fsledk\u016f, samotn\u00e1 reflexe nesta\u010d\u00ed. Tam, kde lid\u00e9 nev\u011bd\u00ed, jak budou jejich <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/cs\/kdyz-resite-ton-a-unikne-obsah-komunikace\/\">sd\u011blen\u00ed \u010dtena<\/a>, kde se v\u00fdznam posouv\u00e1 podle n\u00e1lady mocn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed osoby nebo kde se z odpov\u011bdnosti st\u00e1v\u00e1 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/cs\/jak-poznat-manipulaci-v-komunikaci\/\">n\u00e1stroj tlaku<\/a>, tam se zhor\u0161uje nejen klima, ale i kvalita \u00fasudku.<\/p>\n<h2>Podle \u010deho poznat, \u017ee se n\u011bco opravdu m\u011bn\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Nejspolehliv\u011bj\u0161\u00edm ukazatelem nen\u00ed to, \u017ee si t\u00fdm rozum\u00ed v\u00edce slovn\u011b. Zm\u011bna je vid\u011bt v tom, \u017ee se zkracuje \u010das mezi situac\u00ed a uv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00edm.
