Za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 d\u0159\u00edv &#8211; v nap\u011bt\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se hromad\u00ed, v nevy\u0159\u010den\u00fdch o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edch, v interpretac\u00edch, kter\u00e9 se tv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed jako fakta. Pr\u00e1v\u011b proto d\u00e1v\u00e1 pr\u016fvodce n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdmi rozhovory v t\u00fdmu smysl hlavn\u011b lidem, kte\u0159\u00ed nesou odpov\u011bdnost. Nesta\u010d\u00ed jim \u201eum\u011bt komunikovat\u201c. Pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed poznat, co se v konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed situaci skute\u010dn\u011b d\u011bje a jak nejednat ze zkratu.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdy je rozhovor opravdu n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd<\/h2>\n<p>Ne ka\u017ed\u00fd nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd rozhovor je n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd. N\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd je ten, ve kter\u00e9m nejde jen o obsah, ale tak\u00e9 o vztah, autoritu, bezpe\u010d\u00ed a \u010dasto i o opakuj\u00edc\u00ed se dynamiku. Typicky kdy\u017e \u010dlen t\u00fdmu dlouhodob\u011b nedodr\u017euje domluvy, kdy\u017e mezi dv\u011bma lidmi roste skryt\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed, kdy\u017e mana\u017eer odkl\u00e1d\u00e1 zp\u011btnou vazbu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/cs\/mentalni-koucink-pro-manazery\/\">ze strachu z konfliktu<\/a> nebo kdy\u017e n\u011bkdo p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdkon, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 rozkl\u00e1d\u00e1 spolupr\u00e1ci.<\/p>\n<p>V takov\u00fdch situac\u00edch lid\u00e9 \u010dasto d\u011blaj\u00ed jednu ze dvou chyb. Bu\u010f jdou do rozhovoru p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 tvrd\u011b a sna\u017e\u00ed se v\u011bc \u201evy\u0159e\u0161it\u201c silou, nebo p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 opatrn\u011b a z rozhovoru se stane opatrn\u00e9 krou\u017een\u00ed kolem t\u00e9matu. V obou p\u0159\u00edpadech z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 podstata nedot\u010den\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1ro\u010dnost nevznik\u00e1 jen z t\u00e9matu samotn\u00e9ho. Vznik\u00e1 i z toho, co v \u010dlov\u011bku situace spou\u0161t\u00ed. M\u016f\u017eete mluvit o term\u00ednech, ale ve skute\u010dnosti reagujete na pocit nerespektu. M\u016f\u017eete cht\u00edt otev\u0159\u00edt probl\u00e9m v t\u00fdmu, ale ve skute\u010dnosti se br\u00e1n\u00edte vlastn\u00ed obav\u011b ze ztr\u00e1ty autority. Pokud tohle nerozli\u0161\u00edte, rozhovor povede sp\u00ed\u0161 va\u0161e obrana ne\u017e v\u00e1\u0161 \u00fasudek.<\/p>\n<h2>Pr\u016fvodce n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdmi rozhovory v t\u00fdmu za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 p\u0159ed samotn\u00fdm setk\u00e1n\u00edm<\/h2>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edprava nen\u00ed o tom napsat si spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 v\u011bty. P\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed do rozhovoru s v\u011btami typu \u201enejsi t\u00fdmov\u00fd hr\u00e1\u010d\u201c, \u201ejsi pasivn\u011b agresivn\u00ed\u201c nebo \u201enem\u016f\u017eu se na tebe spolehnout\u201c. To jsou soudy, ne popis. Druh\u00e1 strana se pak br\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00f3nu a n\u00e1lepce, m\u00edsto aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 mluvit o chov\u00e1n\u00ed a jeho d\u016fsledc\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p>U\u017eite\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je j\u00edt po sekvenci. Co ten \u010dlov\u011bk ud\u011blal nebo neud\u011blal. V jak\u00fdch situac\u00edch se to stalo. Jak\u00fd to m\u011blo dopad na pr\u00e1ci, rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo ostatn\u00ed. Co pot\u0159ebujete zm\u011bnit. Teprve pak p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed prostor pro ot\u00e1zku, co za t\u00edm je.<\/p>\n<p>Stejn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je v\u0161imnout si vlastn\u00edho c\u00edle. Chcete si ulevit, nebo chcete vytvo\u0159it podm\u00ednky pro zm\u011bnu? Tyto c\u00edle se n\u011bkdy p\u0159ekr\u00fdvaj\u00ed, ale \u010dasto ne. Pokud jdete do rozhovoru hlavn\u011b s nahromad\u011bn\u00fdm nap\u011bt\u00edm, druh\u00e1 strana to pozn\u00e1. Rozhovor pak snadno sklouzne do obrany, vysv\u011btlov\u00e1n\u00ed a boje o to, kdo m\u00e1 pravdu.<\/p>\n<h2>Co odd\u011blit, ne\u017e za\u010dnete mluvit<\/h2>\n<p>V praxi pom\u00e1h\u00e1 rozli\u0161it \u010dty\u0159i roviny. Fakta, interpretace, dopad a po\u017eadavek. Zn\u00ed to jednodu\u0161e, ale pr\u00e1v\u011b jejich m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed d\u011bl\u00e1 z rozhovor\u016f nep\u0159ehledn\u00e9 st\u0159ety.<\/p>\n<p>Fakta jsou pozorovateln\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti. Interpretace je v\u00fdznam, kter\u00fd jim p\u0159isuzujete. Dopad je to, co se kv\u016fli nim d\u011bje v t\u00fdmu, ve v\u00fdkonu nebo v d\u016fv\u011b\u0159e. Po\u017eadavek je konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed zm\u011bna, kterou pot\u0159ebujete.<\/p>\n<p>Nap\u0159\u00edklad: kolega t\u0159ikr\u00e1t za posledn\u00ed m\u011bs\u00edc p\u0159i\u0161el na poradu bez p\u0159ipraven\u00fdch podklad\u016f. To je fakt. \u201eJe mu to jedno\u201c je interpretace. Zdr\u017een\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed a p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed pr\u00e1ce na ostatn\u00ed je dopad. Po\u017eadavek m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt, \u017ee podklady budou sd\u00edlen\u00e9 den p\u0159edem, nebo \u017ee pokud nejsou, porada se p\u0159esouv\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Jakmile tohle neud\u011bl\u00e1te, hroz\u00ed typick\u00fd posun. Z rozhovoru o konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm chov\u00e1n\u00ed se stane debata o charakteru \u010dlov\u011bka. A tam se zm\u011bna d\u011bje v\u00fdrazn\u011b h\u016f\u0159.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak v\u00e9st rozhovor, aby neztratil sm\u011br<\/h2>\n<p>Rozhovor nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt m\u011bkk\u00fd, aby byl respektuj\u00edc\u00ed. A nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt tvrd\u00fd, aby byl jasn\u00fd. Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed opora b\u00fdv\u00e1 v p\u0159esnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Za\u010dn\u011bte r\u00e1mcem. \u0158ekn\u011bte, pro\u010d rozhovor vedete a \u010deho se t\u00fdk\u00e1. Ne minul\u00fd charakter \u010dlov\u011bka, ale sou\u010dasn\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed a jeho d\u016fsledky. Z\u016fsta\u0148te u v\u011bci i ve chv\u00edli, kdy druh\u00e1 strana za\u010dne odbo\u010dovat. To neznamen\u00e1 b\u00fdt necitliv\u00fd. Znamen\u00e1 to udr\u017eet osu rozhovoru.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1sledn\u011b dejte prostor reakci. Tohle b\u00fdv\u00e1 citliv\u00fd moment. Poslouchat neznamen\u00e1 vzd\u00e1t se veden\u00ed rozhovoru. Znamen\u00e1 to b\u00fdt ochoten korigovat vlastn\u00ed obraz tam, kde v\u00e1m chyb\u011bl kontext. N\u011bkdy skute\u010dn\u011b nevid\u00edte cel\u00fd syst\u00e9m. Jindy ale usly\u0161\u00edte jen sofistikovanou obranu. Rozd\u00edl mezi vysv\u011btlen\u00edm a vyh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00edm se odpov\u011bdnosti je pot\u0159eba rozpoznat.<\/p>\n<p>Teprve potom m\u00e1 smysl formulovat, co se m\u00e1 zm\u011bnit. Bez t\u00e9to \u010d\u00e1sti z\u016fstane rozhovor jen ventilac\u00ed. Lid\u00e9 si n\u011bco \u0159eknou, mo\u017en\u00e1 i pochop\u00ed, ale dynamika se nezm\u011bn\u00ed. Zm\u011bna pot\u0159ebuje b\u00fdt dost konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed, aby byla pozorovateln\u00e1.<\/p>\n<h2>Kde se rozhovory nej\u010dast\u011bji l\u00e1mou<\/h2>\n<p>Prvn\u00ed zlom p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed ve chv\u00edli, kdy druh\u00e1 strana nesouhlas\u00ed. Mnoho lid\u00ed to bere jako d\u016fkaz, \u017ee rozhovor selh\u00e1v\u00e1. Ve skute\u010dnosti je nesouhlas b\u011b\u017en\u00fd. Emoce nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba potla\u010dovat, ale nen\u00ed u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 nechat ji p\u0159evz\u00edt \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. M\u016f\u017eete ji pojmenovat a vr\u00e1tit se ke struktu\u0159e: co se stalo, co to zp\u016fsobuje, co s t\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>T\u0159et\u00ed zlom je vlastn\u00ed nejistota vedouc\u00edho. \u010casto se objev\u00ed my\u0161lenka, \u017ee jste mo\u017en\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 tvrd\u00ed, nespravedliv\u00ed nebo konfliktn\u00ed. N\u011bkdy je to zdrav\u00e1 sebereflexe. Jindy star\u00fd vzorec, kv\u016fli kter\u00e9mu ustupujete pr\u00e1v\u011b ve chv\u00edli, kdy by bylo pot\u0159eba z\u016fstat p\u0159esn\u00fd. Rozd\u00edl pozn\u00e1te podle toho, zda korigujete fakta, nebo jen ztr\u00e1c\u00edte oporu pod tlakem reakce druh\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdy\u017e probl\u00e9m nen\u00ed jednor\u00e1zov\u00fd, ale syst\u00e9mov\u00fd<\/h2>\n<p>N\u011bkter\u00e9 rozhovory nejsou t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 kv\u016fli jedn\u00e9 situaci. Jsou t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 proto, \u017ee odhaluj\u00ed \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed t\u00fdmovou dynamiku. T\u0159eba kdy\u017e jeden \u010dlov\u011bk opakovan\u011b p\u0159ekra\u010duje hranice a ostatn\u00ed se p\u0159izp\u016fsobuj\u00ed.
