Kdy\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk nevid\u00ed mechanismus, m\u00e1 tendenci probl\u00e9m moralizovat. \u0158\u00edk\u00e1 si, \u017ee je slab\u00fd, neschopn\u00fd nebo \u017ee \u201eu\u017e by to m\u011bl zvl\u00e1dat l\u00edp\u201c. Ne abstraktn\u011b, ale p\u0159esn\u011b. Co se stalo. Kdo co \u0159ekl. Jak jste tomu porozum\u011bli. Co jste ud\u011blali. Co jste neud\u011blali. Jak\u00fd dopad to m\u011blo. Teprve tady za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 b\u00fdt vid\u011bt rozd\u00edl mezi faktem a interpretac\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b odd\u011blen\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/cs\/porozumeni-emocim\/\">reality od interpretace<\/a> b\u00fdv\u00e1 z\u00e1sadn\u00ed. Kdy\u017e v\u00e1m nap\u0159\u00edklad kolega opakovan\u011b vrac\u00ed pr\u00e1ci s neur\u010ditou kritikou, m\u016f\u017eete si vylo\u017eit, \u017ee nejste dost dob\u0159\u00ed.
