Je to opakuj\u00edc\u00ed se zp\u016fsob, jak \u010dtete situaci, co v n\u00ed o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1te, co ve v\u00e1s aktivuje nap\u011bt\u00ed a jak potom jedn\u00e1te. \u010casto velmi rychle, automaticky a s pocitem, \u017ee jin\u00e1 mo\u017enost stejn\u011b nen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Co je opakuj\u00edc\u00ed vztahov\u00fd vzorec doopravdy<\/h2>\n<p>Opakuj\u00edc\u00ed vztahov\u00fd vzorec nevznik\u00e1 n\u00e1hodou. Vzorec se t\u00edm potvrzuje: \u201eKdy\u017e n\u011bco \u0159eknu, dopadne to \u0161patn\u011b.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Podobn\u011b funguje i opa\u010dn\u00fd p\u00f3l. N\u011bkdo vstupuje do vztah\u016f s vysokou kontrolou, proto\u017ee nechce b\u00fdt zasko\u010den\u00fd nebo oslaben\u00fd. Je p\u0159esn\u00fd, n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd, rychle pojmenov\u00e1v\u00e1 chyby. Jen\u017ee t\u00edm m\u016f\u017ee vytv\u00e1\u0159et odstup, obranu a skrytou loajalitu jen z povinnosti. Pak z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed d\u016fkaz, \u017ee lid\u00e9 nejsou dost otev\u0159en\u00ed nebo spolehliv\u00ed, pokud se v\u011bci nedr\u017e\u00ed pevn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Vzorec tedy nen\u00ed jen to, co d\u011bl\u00e1te. Je to cel\u00fd \u0159et\u011bzec: co zachyt\u00edte, jak si to vylo\u017e\u00edte, co ve v\u00e1s to vyvol\u00e1 a jak zareagujete.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak poznat, \u017ee nejde o n\u00e1hodu, ale o vzorec<\/h2>\n<p>Jednor\u00e1zov\u00fd konflikt je\u0161t\u011b nic neznamen\u00e1. O vzorci m\u00e1 smysl mluvit ve chv\u00edli, kdy se opakuje stejn\u00e1 dynamika nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d r\u016fzn\u00fdmi vztahy nebo situacemi. Ne nutn\u011b stejn\u00e9 v\u011bty, ale stejn\u00fd princip.<\/p>\n<p>M\u016f\u017eete si v\u0161imnout, \u017ee se opakovan\u011b dost\u00e1v\u00e1te do vztah\u016f, kde nesete v\u00edc odpov\u011bdnosti ne\u017e druh\u00e1 strana. Nebo \u017ee v\u00e1s p\u0159itahuj\u00ed lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou zpo\u010d\u00e1tku siln\u00ed a rozhodn\u00ed, ale pozd\u011bji dus\u00ed prostor pro v\u00e1\u0161 \u00fasudek. Co jste si v tu chv\u00edli domysleli? Jak\u00fd v\u00fdznam to pro v\u00e1s z\u00edskalo? Co se stalo v t\u011ble &#8211; tlak, sev\u0159en\u00ed, zrychlen\u00ed, sta\u017een\u00ed? A co n\u00e1sledovalo v jedn\u00e1n\u00ed?<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b odd\u011blen\u00ed reality od interpretace b\u00fdv\u00e1 kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9. Realita m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt: kolega odpov\u011bd\u011bl stru\u010dn\u011b a bez vysv\u011btlen\u00ed. Interpretace m\u016f\u017ee zn\u00edt: nerespektuje m\u011b, n\u011bco proti mn\u011b m\u00e1, mus\u00edm si pozici okam\u017eit\u011b obh\u00e1jit. Pokud tyto dv\u011b vrstvy splynou, reagujete na sv\u016fj v\u00fdklad, ne na situaci samotnou.<\/p>\n<p>To neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee va\u0161e interpretace je v\u017edy chybn\u00e1. N\u011bkdy je velmi p\u0159esn\u00e1. Rozd\u00edl je v tom, \u017ee ji pot\u0159ebujete um\u011bt poznat jako interpretaci, ne jako hotov\u00fd fakt. Teprve potom m\u00e1te prostor volit reakci v\u011bdom\u011bji.<\/p>\n<h2>Pro\u010d nesta\u010d\u00ed porozum\u011bt minulosti<\/h2>\n<p>P\u016fvod vzorce je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd, ale s\u00e1m o sob\u011b zm\u011bnu nezaru\u010duje. M\u016f\u017eete velmi dob\u0159e ch\u00e1pat, pro\u010d m\u00e1te tendenci uklid\u0148ovat druh\u00e9, vyh\u00fdbat se konfliktu nebo dr\u017eet v\u0161e pod kontrolou. A p\u0159esto v ostr\u00e9m okam\u017eiku ud\u011bl\u00e1te tot\u00e9\u017e znovu.<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fvod je jednoduch\u00fd. Vztahov\u00e9 vzorce nejsou jen n\u00e1zory na sebe a druh\u00e9. Jsou ulo\u017een\u00e9 i jako nau\u010den\u00e9 reakce pod tlakem. Kdy\u017e se aktivuje star\u00e9 ohro\u017een\u00ed, organismus vol\u00ed zn\u00e1mou cestu d\u0159\u00edv, ne\u017e nastoup\u00ed racion\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00favaha.<\/p>\n<p>Proto je pot\u0159eba pracovat ve dvou rovin\u00e1ch sou\u010dasn\u011b. Jedna rovina je porozum\u011bn\u00ed &#8211; co se ve mn\u011b opakuje, \u010demu t\u00edm slou\u017e\u00edm, p\u0159ed \u010d\u00edm se chr\u00e1n\u00edm. Druh\u00e1 rovina je n\u00e1cvik jin\u00e9ho jedn\u00e1n\u00ed v re\u00e1ln\u00e9 situaci. Bez n\u00ed z\u016fstane vhled jen ment\u00e1ln\u00edm souhlasem.<\/p>\n<h2>Kde se vzorec l\u00e1me v praxi<\/h2>\n<p>Zm\u011bna v\u011bt\u0161inou nep\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed ve velk\u00e9m gestu. P\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed v mal\u00e9m bod\u011b, kde d\u0159\u00edv automatika p\u0159eb\u00edrala \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. U n\u011bkoho je to schopnost neodpov\u011bd\u011bt hned. Pokud jste byli dlouho zvykl\u00ed vztah dr\u017eet t\u00edm, \u017ee se p\u0159izp\u016fsob\u00edte, bude v\u00e1m jasn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed hranice p\u0159ipadat tvrd\u00e1. Pokud jste zvykl\u00ed dr\u017eet kontrolu, m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e1m otev\u0159en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed komunikace p\u0159ipadat riskantn\u00ed nebo slab\u00e1. To je norm\u00e1ln\u00ed. Psychika si nov\u00e9 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed nejd\u0159\u00edv nevyhodnocuje podle kvality, ale podle m\u00edry zn\u00e1m\u00e9ho bezpe\u010d\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Je tak\u00e9 pot\u0159eba po\u010d\u00edtat s t\u00edm, \u017ee zm\u011bna jednoho \u010dlov\u011bka naru\u0161\u00ed dosavadn\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hu vztahu. Ne ka\u017ed\u00fd ji uv\u00edt\u00e1. N\u011bkdy se vztah zp\u0159esn\u00ed a zlep\u0161\u00ed. Jindy se uk\u00e1\u017ee, \u017ee byl funk\u010dn\u00ed jen za cenu va\u0161eho star\u00e9ho p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed. I to je cenn\u00e1 informace, i kdy\u017e neb\u00fdv\u00e1 pohodln\u00e1.<\/p>\n<h2>Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed omyl: hledat jistotu m\u00edsto orientace<\/h2>\n<p>Lid\u00e9 pod tlakem \u010dasto cht\u011bj\u00ed hlavn\u011b v\u011bd\u011bt, kdo m\u00e1 pravdu. Jestli je druh\u00fd manipulativn\u00ed, necitliv\u00fd, nespolehliv\u00fd. Nebo jestli probl\u00e9m vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed oni sami. Ve skute\u010dnosti je u\u017eite\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jin\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka: co se mezi n\u00e1mi pr\u00e1v\u011b d\u011bje a jak se na tom pod\u00edl\u00edm j\u00e1?<\/p>\n<p>Tato ot\u00e1zka nen\u00ed o sebeobvi\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed. Je o n\u00e1vratu vlivu. Dokud \u010dek\u00e1te na definitivn\u00ed potvrzen\u00ed, \u017ee probl\u00e9m je na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b, z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1te v pasivn\u00ed pozici. Jakmile za\u010dnete rozli\u0161ovat dynamiku, vrac\u00ed se v\u00e1m mo\u017enost volby.<\/p>\n<p>V n\u011bkter\u00fdch vztaz\u00edch bude p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vystoupit z nejasnosti a pojmenovat v\u011bc nap\u0159\u00edmo. Pozn\u00e1 se podle toho, \u017ee v situaci, kter\u00e1 v\u00e1s d\u0159\u00edv automaticky st\u00e1hla do zn\u00e1m\u00e9 role, z\u00edsk\u00e1te o n\u011bco v\u00edc prostoru. V\u0161imnete si, co se ve v\u00e1s d\u011bje. Nep\u0159ijmete hned prvn\u00ed interpretaci jako fakt. A zvol\u00edte reakci, kter\u00e1 je v\u00edce v souladu s realitou i s t\u00edm, co chcete dlouhodob\u011b vytv\u00e1\u0159et.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkdy je posun n\u00e1padn\u00fd. Konflikt se nerozjede. Rozhovor z\u016fstane v\u011bcn\u00fd. Hranici nastav\u00edte bez omlouv\u00e1n\u00ed. Jindy je zm\u011bna m\u00e9n\u011b viditeln\u00e1, ale stejn\u011b podstatn\u00e1. Po n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 interakci se nepropadnete do zn\u00e1m\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/cs\/kdyz-po-konfliktu-pada-sebeduvera\/\">spir\u00e1ly sebepochybnost\u00ed<\/a>. Jin\u00e9 jsou hlub\u0161\u00ed a zasahuj\u00ed pr\u00e1ci, partnerstv\u00ed i vztah k sob\u011b. Tam je pot\u0159eba v\u00edc \u010dasu, p\u0159esnosti a ochoty vid\u011bt i nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 souvislosti. Ne proto, abyste se opravovali, ale abyste p\u0159estali opakovat n\u011bco, co u\u017e d\u00e1vno nechr\u00e1n\u00ed, jen stoj\u00ed energii.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e vztahov\u00fd vzorec ztrat\u00ed automatickou moc, nevznikne dokonal\u00fd \u017eivot bez konflikt\u016f.
