Vznik\u00e1 v okam\u017eiku, kdy je pod tlakem a za\u010dne jednat o p\u00e1r vte\u0159in d\u0159\u00edv, ne\u017e si stihne ov\u011b\u0159it, co se v situaci skute\u010dn\u011b d\u011bje. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tam se l\u00e1me mana\u017eersk\u00e9 rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed pod tlakem &#8211; ne na nedostatku inteligence nebo zku\u0161enost\u00ed, ale na ztr\u00e1t\u011b opory ve vlastn\u00edm \u00fasudku.<\/p>\n<p>Typick\u00fd obraz je a\u017e nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b zn\u00e1m\u00fd. Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk v t\u00fdmu p\u0159ijde s probl\u00e9mem na posledn\u00ed chv\u00edli, klient tla\u010d\u00ed na term\u00edn, mezi dv\u011bma kolegy roste konflikt a do toho p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed zpr\u00e1va od nad\u0159\u00edzen\u00e9ho, kter\u00e1 se d\u00e1 \u010d\u00edst n\u011bkolika zp\u016fsoby. Navenek jde o provozn\u00ed situaci. Ve skute\u010dnosti se ale \u010dasto aktivuj\u00ed star\u00e9 vzorce: pot\u0159eba m\u00edt v\u011bci okam\u017eit\u011b pod kontrolou, tendence uklid\u0148ovat druh\u00e9 na \u00fakor p\u0159esnosti, strach z chyby, p\u0159ehnan\u00e1 odpov\u011bdnost nebo naopak \u00fanik do tvrdosti.<\/p>\n<p>Pod tlakem se nezmen\u0161uje jen kapacita p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let. M\u011bn\u00ed se i to, co pova\u017eujeme za realitu. \u010clov\u011bk si za\u010dne pl\u00e9st fakta s interpretac\u00ed, t\u00f3n druh\u00e9ho s jeho z\u00e1m\u011brem a vlastn\u00ed nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd pocit s d\u016fkazem, \u017ee je nutn\u00e9 jednat hned. To je jeden z d\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d jinak schopn\u00ed lid\u00e9 d\u011blaj\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed, kter\u00e1 pozd\u011bji sami nech\u00e1pou.<\/p>\n<h2>Kde se mana\u017eersk\u00e9 rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed pod tlakem l\u00e1me<\/h2>\n<p>Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m neb\u00fdv\u00e1 v samotn\u00e9m tlaku. Ten je ve veden\u00ed lid\u00ed norm\u00e1ln\u00ed. Rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed je, co tlak spust\u00ed uvnit\u0159 \u010dlov\u011bka. Jeden mana\u017eer v nap\u011bt\u00ed zrychl\u00ed a za\u010dne mikromanagovat. Jin\u00fd znejist\u00ed, odlo\u017e\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed a douf\u00e1, \u017ee se situace sama vyjasn\u00ed. Dal\u0161\u00ed si sice udr\u017e\u00ed form\u00e1ln\u00ed klid, ale ve skute\u010dnosti se odpoj\u00ed od toho, co se v t\u00fdmu d\u011bje, a rozhodne \u010dist\u011b procesn\u011b, bez kontaktu s dopadem.<\/p>\n<p>V\u0161echny tyto reakce mohou na prvn\u00ed pohled vypadat jako styl \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. \u010casto jsou to ale <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/cs\/obranne-mechanismy-odmitani-reality\/\">obrann\u00e9 mechanismy<\/a>. A obrann\u00fd mechanismus je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fd jen do chv\u00edle, ne\u017e za\u010dne \u0159\u00eddit rozhodnut\u00ed m\u00edsto v\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>V praxi se opakuj\u00ed t\u0159i posuny. Prvn\u00edm je z\u00e1m\u011bna rychlosti za jasnost. Mana\u017eer c\u00edt\u00ed, \u017ee mus\u00ed reagovat okam\u017eit\u011b, proto\u017ee jinak ztrat\u00ed autoritu. Ve skute\u010dnosti ji \u010dasto ztr\u00e1c\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b t\u00edm, \u017ee rozhodne p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u011b a pak mus\u00ed couvat. Druh\u00fdm posunem je z\u00e1m\u011bna odpov\u011bdnosti za v\u0161emoc. \u010clov\u011bk s vysokou m\u00edrou odpov\u011bdnosti snadno p\u0159evezme i to, co pat\u0159\u00ed druh\u00fdm, a za\u010dne rozhodovat za t\u00fdm m\u00edsto s t\u00fdmem. T\u0159et\u00edm je z\u00e1m\u011bna nepohodl\u00ed za hrozbu. Nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd rozhovor, nesouhlas nebo nejistota nejsou samy o sob\u011b kriz\u00ed. Jen\u017ee pod tlakem je nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m \u010dte jako nebezpe\u010d\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdsledkem b\u00fdv\u00e1 rozhodnut\u00ed, kter\u00e9 kr\u00e1tkodob\u011b sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed, ale dlouhodob\u011b situaci zhor\u0161\u00ed. Uklidn\u00ed konflikt, kter\u00fd se m\u011bl otev\u0159\u00edt. Potvrd\u00ed nefunk\u010dn\u00edho \u010dlov\u011bka v roli, kterou nezvl\u00e1d\u00e1. Nebo vyhov\u00ed manipulativn\u00edmu tlaku, jen aby bylo rychleji po probl\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n<h2>Nejd\u0159\u00edv realita, potom reakce<\/h2>\n<p>P\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed neza\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 lep\u0161\u00ed radou. Za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 schopnost\u00ed odd\u011blit, co je fakt, co je interpretace a co je va\u0161e vnit\u0159n\u00ed reakce. Tohle rozli\u0161en\u00ed p\u016fsob\u00ed jednodu\u0161e, ale v napjat\u00fdch situac\u00edch se rozpad\u00e1 jako prvn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Fakt je nap\u0159\u00edklad to, \u017ee term\u00edn nebude spln\u011bn, \u017ee dva lid\u00e9 podali odli\u0161nou verzi ud\u00e1losti nebo \u017ee klient odm\u00edtl navr\u017een\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Interpretace je v\u011bta \u201eztr\u00e1c\u00edm autoritu\u201c, \u201eschv\u00e1ln\u011b m\u011b tla\u010d\u00ed do kouta\u201c nebo \u201ejestli te\u010f nep\u0159itvrd\u00edm, t\u00fdm se rozpadne\u201c. Vnit\u0159n\u00ed reakce je sev\u0159en\u00ed, zrychlen\u00ed, vztek, stud, nutk\u00e1n\u00ed situaci utnout.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e se tyto vrstvy slij\u00ed dohromady, rozhodnut\u00ed u\u017e nen\u00ed strategick\u00e9. Je reaktivn\u00ed. Nen\u00ed veden\u00e9 realitou, ale snahou zbavit se vnit\u0159n\u00edho tlaku.<\/p>\n<p>To neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee se m\u00e1te zastavit na p\u016fl dne a analyzovat ka\u017edou poradu. V\u011bt\u0161inou sta\u010d\u00ed kr\u00e1tk\u00e1 ment\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u00e1ce. Co p\u0159esn\u011b v\u00edm. Co si dom\u00fd\u0161l\u00edm. Co m\u011b na tom emo\u010dn\u011b aktivuje. A co z toho te\u010f skute\u010dn\u011b vy\u017eaduje rozhodnut\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Tato \u010dty\u0159i rozli\u0161en\u00ed b\u00fdvaj\u00ed rozd\u00edlem mezi zbyte\u010dnou eskalac\u00ed a p\u0159esn\u00fdm tahem. Nevedou k pomalosti. Vedou k men\u0161\u00edmu po\u010dtu chybn\u00fdch intervenc\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3>Kdy\u017e tlak ve skute\u010dnosti nevytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed situace, ale \u010dlov\u011bk proti v\u00e1m<\/h3>\n<p>Zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed kategorii tvo\u0159\u00ed situace, kdy tlak nen\u00ed jen okolnost, ale n\u00e1stroj druh\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/cs\/jak-mluvit-s-manipulatorem-bez-ztraty-pudy\/\">vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed nal\u00e9havost<\/a> systematicky. P\u0159in\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed v\u011bci na posledn\u00ed chv\u00edli, vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed pocit viny, tla\u010d\u00ed na okam\u017eitou odpov\u011b\u010f nebo pracuj\u00ed s nejasnost\u00ed tak dlouho, a\u017e druh\u00e1 strana ustoup\u00ed jen proto, aby m\u011bla klid.<\/p>\n<p>Tady nesta\u010d\u00ed b\u00fdt odoln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Je pot\u0159eba p\u0159esn\u011bji \u010d\u00edst dynamiku. Pokud m\u00e1te po ka\u017ed\u00e9m rozhovoru pocit, \u017ee jste souhlasili s n\u011b\u010d\u00edm, co jste p\u016fvodn\u011b necht\u011bli, nen\u00ed probl\u00e9m jen v asertivit\u011b. Mo\u017en\u00e1 vstupujete do zn\u00e1m\u00e9ho vzorce, ve kter\u00e9m pod tlakem opou\u0161t\u00edte vlastn\u00ed \u00fasudek.<\/p>\n<p>Mana\u017eer pak \u010dasto \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee nem\u011bl na v\u00fdb\u011br. N\u011bkdy je to pravda. \u010casto ale m\u011bl, jen by volba nesla kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed: \u0159\u00edct \u201ete\u010f nerozhodnu\u201c, vr\u00e1tit ne\u00fapln\u00e9 podklady, nechat odpov\u011bdnost tam, kam pat\u0159\u00ed, nebo un\u00e9st nespokojenost druh\u00e9ho bez okam\u017eit\u00e9 n\u00e1pravy.<\/p>\n<h2>Co pom\u00e1h\u00e1, kdy\u017e pot\u0159ebujete rozhodnout rychle a p\u0159esn\u011b<\/h2>\n<p>U\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 b\u00fdv\u00e1 pracovat ve t\u0159ech kroc\u00edch. Ne jako technika pro ka\u017edou situaci, ale jako r\u00e1mec, kter\u00fd vrac\u00ed oporu.<\/p>\n<p>Prvn\u00ed krok je mapov\u00e1n\u00ed. Co se stalo, kdo co \u0159ekl, co je dolo\u017eiteln\u00e9, jak\u00e9 jsou varianty a \u010dasov\u00fd r\u00e1mec. Bez toho \u010dlov\u011bk rozhoduje z dojmu. Druh\u00fd krok je pojmenov\u00e1n\u00ed dynamiky. Kdo na koho tla\u010d\u00ed, kde se rozost\u0159uj\u00ed hranice, kdo p\u0159eb\u00edr\u00e1 ciz\u00ed odpov\u011bdnost, kde se opakuje zn\u00e1m\u00fd sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159. T\u0159et\u00ed krok je volba reakce, kter\u00e1 nen\u00ed jen mo\u017en\u00e1, ale tak\u00e9 udr\u017eiteln\u00e1. To je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. Spr\u00e1vn\u011b nezn\u00ed to, co vypad\u00e1 dob\u0159e v dan\u00e9 minut\u011b, ale to, co nebude z\u00edtra vy\u017eadovat opravnou akci.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkdy je p\u0159esnou reakc\u00ed rychl\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed. Jindy odklad o dv\u011b hodiny. N\u011bkdy p\u0159\u00edm\u00e1 konfrontace. Jindy naopak ot\u00e1zka, kter\u00e1 vr\u00e1t\u00ed odpov\u011bdnost druh\u00e9mu. Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na situaci. Kdo hled\u00e1 univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed recept, obvykle skon\u010d\u00ed u mechanick\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 sel\u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b v okam\u017eiku, kdy jde o hodn\u011b.<\/p>\n<h3>Pro\u010d zku\u0161enost sama nesta\u010d\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p>Mnoho l\u00eddr\u016f spol\u00e9h\u00e1 na to, \u017ee s p\u0159ib\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed prax\u00ed budou pod tlakem automaticky rozhodovat l\u00e9pe. \u010c\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b ano. Naopak je m\u016f\u017ee zabetonovat.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud jste si b\u011bhem let vybudovali funk\u010dn\u00ed obraz siln\u00e9ho mana\u017eera jako \u010dlov\u011bka, kter\u00fd nikdy nezav\u00e1h\u00e1, bude pro v\u00e1s t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 p\u0159iznat si, \u017ee \u010d\u00e1st rychl\u00fdch rozhodnut\u00ed je ve skute\u010dnosti obrana p\u0159ed nejistotou. Pokud jste byli oce\u0148ov\u00e1ni za to, \u017ee v\u0161echno unesete, m\u016f\u017eete dlouho nevid\u011bt, \u017ee rozhodujete z p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed a ne z jasnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b proto je <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/cs\/co-je-hloubkovy-individualni-koucink\/\">psychologick\u00e1 hloubka<\/a> v pr\u00e1ci s rozhodov\u00e1n\u00edm pod tlakem praktick\u00e1, ne akademick\u00e1. Nejde o sebepozn\u00e1n\u00ed pro sebepozn\u00e1n\u00ed. Jde o to rozpoznat, kdy situaci \u0159\u00edd\u00edte vy a kdy situace \u0159\u00edd\u00ed v\u00e1\u0161 star\u00fd automatismus.<\/p>\n<h2>Sign\u00e1ly, \u017ee nerozhodujete z \u00fasudku<\/h2>\n<p>N\u011bkter\u00e9 ukazatele jsou pom\u011brn\u011b spolehliv\u00e9. Po rozhodnut\u00ed nep\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed \u00faleva, ale vnit\u0159n\u00ed pachu\u0165. Mus\u00edte si sv\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed opakovan\u011b obhajovat. Vrac\u00edte se k n\u011bmu v hlav\u011b a vedete dodate\u010dn\u00e9 spory. Nebo pozorujete, \u017ee v r\u016fzn\u00fdch kontextech d\u011bl\u00e1te pod tlakem n\u00e1padn\u011b podobn\u00e9 chyby, i kdy\u017e jsou okolnosti odli\u0161n\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm sign\u00e1lem je rozpad autority. Oslabuje ji i to, kdy\u017e je z va\u0161eho jedn\u00e1n\u00ed patrn\u00e9, \u017ee pot\u0159ebujete hlavn\u011b rychle sn\u00ed\u017eit vlastn\u00ed tlak.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed mana\u017eersk\u00e9 rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed pod tlakem proto nen\u00ed o v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed tvrdosti ani o v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pohod\u011b. Je o vnit\u0159n\u00ed diferenciaci. O schopnosti z\u016fstat v kontaktu s realitou, i kdy\u017e se ve v\u00e1s zved\u00e1 star\u00e1 reakce. To je n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e nau\u010dit se p\u00e1r komunika\u010dn\u00edch v\u011bt. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je to jedin\u00e1 cesta, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 trval\u00fd efekt.<\/p>\n<p>Dobr\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed pod tlakem \u010dasto nevypad\u00e1 heroicky. N\u011bkdy je to prost\u00e9 \u201eje\u0161t\u011b ne\u201c, jindy p\u0159esn\u00e9 \u201etahle \u010d\u00e1st je va\u0161e odpov\u011bdnost\u201c nebo nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 \u201etomuhle vysv\u011btlen\u00ed nesed\u00ed fakta\u201c. Nen\u00ed na n\u011bm nic efektn\u00edho.
