Realita je: d\u00edt\u011b zabouchlo dve\u0159e a ode\u0161lo do pokoje. Interpretace je: ztr\u00e1c\u00edm vliv, p\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1 m\u011b respektovat, nezvl\u00e1d\u00e1m to jako rodi\u010d. Realita je: partner b\u011bhem rozhovoru ztichl. Interpretace je: u\u017e se mnou nechce b\u00fdt v kontaktu.<\/p>\n<p>Interpretace nen\u00ed probl\u00e9m sama o sob\u011b. Probl\u00e9m je, kdy\u017e ji zam\u011bn\u00edte za fakt a za\u010dnete podle n\u00ed jednat. V tu chv\u00edli nereagujete na situaci, ale na vlastn\u00ed konstrukci situace. A druh\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk pak \u010dasto reaguje na va\u0161i obranu, tlak nebo sta\u017een\u00ed, ne na p\u016fvodn\u00ed t\u00e9ma.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak vzorec rozpoznat bez zbyte\u010dn\u00e9 psychologizace<\/h2>\n<p>Rozpozn\u00e1n\u00ed neza\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 ot\u00e1zkou \u201ejak\u00fd jsem typ\u201c, ale mnohem p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi ot\u00e1zkami. Co se ve mn\u011b spou\u0161t\u00ed opakovan\u011b? Ve kter\u00fdch situac\u00edch ztr\u00e1c\u00edm oporu ve vlastn\u00edm \u00fasudku? Kde pravideln\u011b \u0159\u00edk\u00e1m nebo d\u011bl\u00e1m n\u011bco, co mi zp\u011btn\u011b ned\u00e1v\u00e1 smysl?<\/p>\n<p>U\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 je sledovat t\u0159i vrstvy najednou. Prvn\u00ed je situace &#8211; co se skute\u010dn\u011b stalo, kdo co \u0159ekl, v jak\u00e9m kontextu. Druh\u00e1 je vnit\u0159n\u00ed \u010dten\u00ed situace &#8211; co jste si z toho okam\u017eit\u011b odvodili. T\u0159et\u00ed je reakce &#8211; co jste ud\u011blali navenek, co jste ne\u0159ekli, kde jste p\u0159itla\u010dili nebo ustoupili.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b tato trojice \u010dasto odhal\u00ed v\u00edc ne\u017e dlouh\u00e9 p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed o minulosti. Pokud se nap\u0159\u00edklad opakovan\u011b dost\u00e1v\u00e1te do role toho, kdo uklid\u0148uje, zachra\u0148uje nebo vysv\u011btluje za druh\u00e9, nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt hlavn\u00ed probl\u00e9m v tom, \u017ee kolem sebe m\u00e1te sam\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 lidi. Mo\u017en\u00e1 je aktivn\u00ed vzorec, kter\u00fd v\u00e1m vel\u00ed udr\u017eet vztah funk\u010dn\u00ed za ka\u017edou cenu. A pr\u00e1v\u011b ten m\u011bn\u00ed va\u0161e rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3>Kdy nesta\u010d\u00ed \u201eprost\u011b reagovat jinak\u201c<\/h3>\n<p>B\u011b\u017en\u00e1 rada zn\u00ed: nastavte si hranice, komunikujte jasn\u011b, nenechte se vt\u00e1hnout. To nen\u00ed \u0161patn\u011b. Technika bez porozum\u011bn\u00ed vzorci pak funguje jen do prvn\u00ed emo\u010dn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 situace.<\/p>\n<p>Zm\u011bna proto neb\u00fdv\u00e1 o tom nau\u010dit se nov\u00fd skript. Sp\u00ed\u0161 jde o to, un\u00e9st p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pohled na realitu, ani\u017e byste se okam\u017eit\u011b vr\u00e1tili do star\u00e9ho obrann\u00e9ho re\u017eimu.<\/p>\n<h2>Co pom\u00e1h\u00e1 m\u011bnit vnit\u0159n\u00ed vzorce chov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Nejprve pojmenov\u00e1n\u00ed. Pokud nev\u00edte, co je fakt a co va\u0161e rychl\u00e1 interpretace, jedn\u00e1te naslepo, i kdy\u017e p\u016fsob\u00edte sebejist\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed krok je sledovat cenu vzorce. Ka\u017ed\u00fd automatismus n\u011bco p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed a n\u011bco bere. P\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee kr\u00e1tkodob\u011b sni\u017eovat nap\u011bt\u00ed, ale dlouhodob\u011b oslabuje d\u016fv\u011bru v sebe. Kontrola m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161et po\u0159\u00e1dek, ale tak\u00e9 izolaci a p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed.
