M\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt pot\u0159eba vysv\u011btlovat se p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 podrobn\u011b, tendence rychle ustupovat, automatick\u00e1 obrana, snaha zachr\u00e1nit atmosf\u00e9ru za ka\u017edou cenu nebo naopak tvrdost, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 zabr\u00e1nit ztr\u00e1t\u011b kontroly. Probl\u00e9m je, \u017ee takov\u00e9 reakce b\u00fdvaj\u00ed pro \u010dlov\u011bka zevnit\u0159 logick\u00e9, ale zven\u010d\u00ed vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed jin\u00fd efekt, ne\u017e zam\u00fd\u0161lel.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak poznat slep\u00e1 m\u00edsta komunikace podle opakuj\u00edc\u00edho se v\u00fdsledku<\/h2>\n<p>Nejspolehliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sign\u00e1l nen\u00ed to, co jste cht\u011bli \u0159\u00edct, ale to, co se d\u011bje opakovan\u011b po rozhovoru. Pokud se v\u00e1m v r\u016fzn\u00fdch vztaz\u00edch vrac\u00ed podobn\u00fd v\u00fdsledek, stoj\u00ed za to zbyst\u0159it. Kdy\u017e se m\u011bn\u00ed lid\u00e9, ale v\u00fdsledek z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 n\u00e1padn\u011b podobn\u00fd, je pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9, \u017ee \u010d\u00e1st probl\u00e9mu nele\u017e\u00ed jen v okol\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Kde slep\u00e1 m\u00edsta vznikaj\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Slep\u00e9 m\u00edsto se v\u011bt\u0161inou rod\u00ed na hranici mezi realitou a interpretac\u00ed. N\u011bco se stane, vy to rychle vyhodnot\u00edte a podle tohoto v\u00fdkladu jedn\u00e1te. Proto\u017ee cel\u00fd proces prob\u011bhne b\u011bhem n\u011bkolika vte\u0159in, reakce p\u016fsob\u00ed jako p\u0159\u00edm\u00e1 odpov\u011b\u010f na realitu. Ve skute\u010dnosti ale \u010dasto reagujete na vlastn\u00ed v\u00fdznam, kter\u00fd jste situaci p\u0159isoudili.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edklad z praxe: kolega na porad\u011b zpochybn\u00ed v\u00e1\u0161 n\u00e1vrh. Fakt je, \u017ee polo\u017eil kritickou ot\u00e1zku. Interpretace m\u016f\u017ee zn\u00edt: podkop\u00e1v\u00e1 moji autoritu. Ne proto, \u017ee tam st\u0159et musel b\u00fdt od za\u010d\u00e1tku, ale proto\u017ee jste do n\u011bj komunikaci posunuli.<\/p>\n<p>Druh\u00fd \u010dast\u00fd zdroj je tlak. Pod tlakem se neprojevuje to, co o komunikaci v\u00edte, ale to, co m\u00e1te zafixovan\u00e9. \u010clov\u011bk m\u016f\u017ee dob\u0159e rozum\u011bt princip\u016fm respektuj\u00edc\u00edho rozhovoru a p\u0159esto v n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 chv\u00edli sklouznout k vysv\u011btlov\u00e1n\u00ed, obhajob\u011b, pasivn\u00ed agresi nebo sta\u017een\u00ed. Tlak odhaluje vzorec p\u0159esn\u011bji ne\u017e klid.<\/p>\n<p>T\u0159et\u00edm zdrojem je identita. Kdy\u017e jste zvykl\u00ed b\u00fdt ti kompetentn\u00ed, klidn\u00ed, vst\u0159\u00edcn\u00ed nebo siln\u00ed, n\u011bkter\u00e9 reakce si o sob\u011b nep\u0159ipust\u00edte. A pr\u00e1v\u011b proto je neuvid\u00edte. Mana\u017eer, kter\u00fd se vn\u00edm\u00e1 jako otev\u0159en\u00fd, m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ehl\u00ed\u017eet, \u017ee ve skute\u010dnosti nepou\u0161t\u00ed n\u00e1mitky. Rodi\u010d, kter\u00fd se vid\u00ed jako podporuj\u00edc\u00ed, nemus\u00ed rozpoznat, \u017ee d\u00edt\u011bti bere prostor vlastn\u00ed \u00fazkost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Sign\u00e1ly, \u017ee nevid\u00edte vlastn\u00ed pod\u00edl<\/h2>\n<p>Prvn\u00ed sign\u00e1l je vnit\u0159n\u00ed v\u011bta: \u201eJ\u00e1 p\u0159ece jen reagoval na to, co ud\u011blal on.\u201c To m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pravda, ale \u010dasto jen \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b. Reagovali jste nejen na jeho chov\u00e1n\u00ed, ale i na sv\u016fj v\u00fdklad, historii a spou\u0161t\u011b\u010de.<\/p>\n<p>Druh\u00fd sign\u00e1l je opakovan\u00e9 p\u0159ekvapen\u00ed z reakce druh\u00fdch. Kdy\u017e v\u00e1s \u010dasto zasko\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee si lid\u00e9 n\u011bco \u201ezase \u0161patn\u011b vylo\u017eili\u201c, neb\u00fdv\u00e1 probl\u00e9m jen v jejich citlivosti. N\u011bkdy komunikujete dvoj\u00ed zpr\u00e1vu &#8211; jednu obsahovou a druhou vztahovou. Obsahov\u011b \u0159\u00edk\u00e1te \u201ejen se pt\u00e1m\u201c, vztahov\u011b ale zn\u00edte jako kontrola. Obsahov\u011b \u0159\u00edk\u00e1te \u201erespektuji tvoje rozhodnut\u00ed\u201c, ale t\u00f3n, tempo nebo na\u010dasov\u00e1n\u00ed sd\u011bluj\u00ed nesouhlas.<\/p>\n<p>T\u0159et\u00ed sign\u00e1l je \u00fanava z t\u00fdch\u017e rozhovor\u016f. Pokud mus\u00edte st\u00e1le znovu napravovat nedorozum\u011bn\u00ed, vysv\u011btlovat sv\u00e9 \u00famysly nebo hasit nap\u011bt\u00ed, nejsp\u00ed\u0161 nen\u00ed probl\u00e9m jen v tom, \u017ee v\u00e1s druz\u00ed nech\u00e1pou. Je mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee va\u0161e komunikace vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed nejasnost, tlak nebo obranu d\u0159\u00edv, ne\u017e se dostanete k samotn\u00e9mu obsahu.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak poznat slep\u00e1 m\u00edsta komunikace v konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed situaci<\/h2>\n<p>Prvn\u00ed krok nen\u00ed analyzovat osobnost druh\u00e9ho, ale rozd\u011blit situaci na t\u0159i vrstvy: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/cs\/jasnost-vznika-v-rozhovoru\/\">co se skute\u010dn\u011b stalo<\/a>, co jste si o tom \u0159ekli a jak jste kv\u016fli tomu jednali.<\/p>\n<p>Co se skute\u010dn\u011b stalo, jsou pozorovateln\u00e1 data. Kdo co \u0159ekl, kdy, p\u0159ed k\u00fdm, v jak\u00e9m t\u00f3nu, co n\u00e1sledovalo. Bez domn\u011bnek. \u010c\u00edm p\u0159esn\u011bji tuto vrstvu pop\u00ed\u0161ete, t\u00edm men\u0161\u00ed prostor d\u00e1te automatick\u00fdm interpretac\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>Druh\u00e1 vrstva je v\u00e1\u0161 vnit\u0159n\u00ed p\u0159eklad. Co pro v\u00e1s jeho v\u011bta znamenala? \u010ceho jste se v tu chv\u00edli lekli? Co jste si pot\u0159ebovali ubr\u00e1nit? Tady se \u010dasto objev\u00ed j\u00e1dro slep\u00e9ho m\u00edsta. Ne v tom, \u017ee m\u00e1te emoci, ale v tom, \u017ee ji pova\u017eujete za d\u016fkaz.<\/p>\n<p>T\u0159et\u00ed vrstva je va\u0161e reakce. Jak jste zm\u011bnili t\u00f3n? Za\u010dali jste vysv\u011btlovat v\u00edc, ne\u017e bylo pot\u0159eba? Zrychlili jste? Ustoupili jste, i kdy\u017e jste necht\u011bli? Polo\u017eili jste ot\u00e1zku, kter\u00e1 byla form\u00e1ln\u011b korektn\u00ed, ale ve skute\u010dnosti trestaj\u00edc\u00ed? Pr\u00e1v\u011b tady se vzorec m\u011bn\u00ed v konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed dopad.<\/p>\n<p>Tento postup b\u00fdv\u00e1 nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd, proto\u017ee bere \u010dlov\u011bku jednoduchou jistotu, \u017ee probl\u00e9m je cel\u00fd venku. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je ale velmi osvobozuj\u00edc\u00ed. Jakmile uvid\u00edte vlastn\u00ed d\u00edl dynamiky, z\u00edsk\u00e1te prostor reagovat jinak.<\/p>\n<h2>Typick\u00e1 slep\u00e1 m\u00edsta u lid\u00ed pod tlakem<\/h2>\n<p>U v\u00fdkonn\u00fdch a odpov\u011bdn\u00fdch lid\u00ed b\u00fdv\u00e1 \u010dast\u00e9 zam\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159esnosti za kontrolu. Mysl\u00ed si, \u017ee jen zp\u0159es\u0148uj\u00ed, ale okol\u00ed u\u017e c\u00edt\u00ed tlak a ned\u016fv\u011bru. Jindy si \u010dlov\u011bk plete klid s odstupem. Ve skute\u010dnosti se br\u00e1n\u00ed zran\u011bn\u00ed, nejistot\u011b nebo ohro\u017een\u00ed autority. To se d\u011bje hlavn\u011b tam, kde je vysok\u00e1 zodpov\u011bdnost a siln\u00e1 pot\u0159eba zabr\u00e1nit chyb\u011b. Dobr\u00e1 intence pak zakr\u00fdv\u00e1 fakt, \u017ee druh\u00fd u\u017e komunikaci ne\u017eije jako podporu, ale jako tlak, veden\u00ed nebo nen\u00e1padn\u00e9 zpochybn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Pro\u010d zp\u011btn\u00e1 vazba \u010dasto nesta\u010d\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Lid\u00e9 n\u011bkdy \u0159eknou: kdy\u017e m\u00e1m slep\u00e9 m\u00edsto, a\u0165 mi to n\u011bkdo prost\u011b \u0159ekne. Pokud nevid\u00edte mechanismus sv\u00e9ho vzorce, vr\u00e1t\u00edte se pod tlakem k p\u016fvodn\u00ed reakci. Zm\u011bna neza\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 p\u0159edsevzet\u00edm, ale rozpozn\u00e1n\u00edm sekvence: spou\u0161t\u011b\u010d, interpretace, t\u011blesn\u00e1 reakce, komunika\u010dn\u00ed tah, dopad.<\/p>\n<h2>Co d\u011blat, kdy\u017e slep\u00e9 m\u00edsto rozpozn\u00e1te<\/h2>\n<p>Nejd\u0159\u00edv nezkou\u0161ejte b\u00fdt dokonal\u00ed. To b\u00fdv\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed forma kontroly. Mnohem u\u017eite\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je zvolit jeden konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed moment, ve kter\u00e9m chcete jednat jinak.
