Pak \u010dlov\u011bk nev\u00ed, jestli zachytil n\u011bco podstatn\u00e9ho, nebo jestli u\u017e jen reaguje na vlastn\u00ed p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Co je kou\u010dink pro citliv\u00e9 lidi doopravdy<\/h2>\n<p>Kou\u010dink pro citliv\u00e9 lidi nen\u00ed tr\u00e9nink v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed odolnosti ve smyslu \u201eneberte si to tak\u201c. Jen se po ur\u010dit\u00fdch setk\u00e1n\u00edch c\u00edt\u00edte h\u016f\u0159, ne\u017e by odpov\u00eddalo tomu, co se \u201eobjektivn\u011b\u201c stalo. Ale b\u011bhem n\u011bkolika hodin u\u017e m\u00e1te p\u0159ipraven\u00fdch p\u011bt vysv\u011btlen\u00ed, pro\u010d to mo\u017en\u00e1 nebylo tak zl\u00e9. A nakonec je\u0161t\u011b pocit viny, \u017ee jste si v\u016fbec dovolili b\u00fdt zasa\u017eeni.<\/p>\n<h2>V \u010dem se pr\u00e1ce s citliv\u00fdm \u010dlov\u011bkem li\u0161\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Citliv\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk v\u011bt\u0161inou nepot\u0159ebuje, aby mu n\u011bkdo vysv\u011btloval, \u017ee m\u00e1 hranice. \u010casto to v\u00ed velmi dob\u0159e. Pot\u00ed\u017e b\u00fdv\u00e1 jinde &#8211; v konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm okam\u017eiku nedok\u00e1\u017ee rozli\u0161it, co je je\u0161t\u011b otev\u0159enost a co u\u017e je opu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed sebe.<\/p>\n<p>Proto dobr\u00fd kou\u010dink neza\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 u zm\u011bny osobnosti, ale u mapov\u00e1n\u00ed reality. Co p\u0159esn\u011b bylo \u0159e\u010deno. Co jste v tu chv\u00edli c\u00edtili v t\u011ble. Kde p\u0159i\u0161el zlom. Co jste ud\u011blali potom. Co z toho byly ov\u011b\u0159iteln\u00e9 skute\u010dnosti a co u\u017e byly va\u0161e interpretace. Tato pr\u00e1ce m\u016f\u017ee p\u016fsobit nen\u00e1padn\u011b, ale b\u00fdv\u00e1 z\u00e1sadn\u00ed. Vrac\u00ed toti\u017e \u010dlov\u011bku p\u016fdu pod nohama.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e je n\u011bkdo citliv\u00fd a z\u00e1rove\u0148 dlouho funguje v tlakov\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed, m\u00e1 \u010dasto pocit, \u017ee mus\u00ed sv\u00e9 pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed nejd\u0159\u00edv obh\u00e1jit. Teprve pak si dovol\u00ed n\u011bco zm\u011bnit. Jen\u017ee ne ka\u017ed\u00e1 situace se d\u00e1 obh\u00e1jit tak, aby s t\u00edm okol\u00ed souhlasilo. N\u011bkdy sta\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee na v\u00e1s ur\u010dit\u00fd zp\u016fsob komunikace p\u016fsob\u00ed dlouhodob\u011b dezorienta\u010dn\u011b, oslabuje v\u00e1\u0161 \u00fasudek nebo v\u00e1s tla\u010d\u00ed do role, ve kter\u00e9 sami sebe nepozn\u00e1v\u00e1te.<\/p>\n<p>To neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd pocit je d\u016fkaz manipulace. Tady je pot\u0159eba p\u0159esnost. N\u011bkdy je probl\u00e9m skute\u010dn\u011b ve vztahov\u00e9 dynamice. Jindy se aktivuje star\u00fd vzorec, nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159ehnan\u00e1 odpov\u011bdnost, strach ze zklam\u00e1n\u00ed nebo pot\u0159eba udr\u017eet harmonii za ka\u017edou cenu. A n\u011bkdy plat\u00ed oboj\u00ed z\u00e1rove\u0148. Pr\u00e1v\u011b proto nesta\u010d\u00ed rychl\u00e1 interpretace.<\/p>\n<h2>Kou\u010dink pro citliv\u00e9 lidi ve vztaz\u00edch a komunikaci<\/h2>\n<p>Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u00falevu \u010dasto nep\u0159inese odpov\u011b\u010f na ot\u00e1zku \u201eCo je se mnou \u0161patn\u011b?\u201c, ale p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed formulace jin\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky. Co se v tom vztahu opakuje? Kde se za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1m ztr\u00e1cet? Kdy p\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1m v\u011b\u0159it tomu, co jsem p\u016fvodn\u011b jasn\u011b c\u00edtil?<\/p>\n<p>V praxi se \u010dasto ukazuje n\u011bkolik podobn\u00fdch moment\u016f. \u010clov\u011bk vstupuje do rozhovoru s pom\u011brn\u011b jasn\u00fdm t\u00e9matem, ale odch\u00e1z\u00ed s pocitem, \u017ee probl\u00e9m vytvo\u0159il on s\u00e1m. Nebo se dlouho sna\u017e\u00ed n\u011bco vysv\u011btlit klidn\u011b a s respektem, jen\u017ee druh\u00e1 strana reaguje tak, \u017ee se pozornost st\u00e1le vrac\u00ed k jeho t\u00f3nu, citlivosti nebo \u00fadajn\u00e9mu p\u0159eh\u00e1n\u011bn\u00ed. Jindy citliv\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk rychle vyc\u00edt\u00ed, \u017ee druh\u00fd nen\u00ed up\u0159\u00edmn\u00fd, ale proto\u017ee to neum\u00ed hned dolo\u017eit, za\u010dne si p\u0159ipadat nef\u00e9r.<\/p>\n<p>Kou\u010dink v takov\u00fdch situac\u00edch neslou\u017e\u00ed k tomu, aby potvrdil ka\u017ed\u00e9 podez\u0159en\u00ed. Uvnit\u0159 se ale m\u016f\u017ee pomalu rozpadat jistota, \u017ee je\u0161t\u011b spr\u00e1vn\u011b \u010dtou realitu.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdy citliv\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk nepot\u0159ebuje uklidnit, ale zp\u0159esnit<\/h2>\n<p>B\u011b\u017en\u00e1 reakce okol\u00ed b\u00fdv\u00e1 p\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u00e1. Odpo\u010di\u0148 si. Ne\u0159e\u0161 to tolik. Jsi jen unaven\u00fd. Nenech se t\u00edm rozhodit. N\u011bkdy je v tom kus pravdy. P\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed opravdu zesiluje reakce. Nap\u0159\u00edklad \u017ee druh\u00fd systematicky m\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fdznam toho, co p\u0159ed chv\u00edl\u00ed \u0159ekl. \u017de v\u00e1s tla\u010d\u00ed k rychl\u00e9 odpov\u011bdi ve chv\u00edli, kdy pot\u0159ebujete \u010das. \u017de pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 bl\u00edzkost nebo zranitelnost jako zp\u016fsob, jak obej\u00edt va\u0161e hranice. Pr\u00e1v\u011b na nich stoj\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00ed orientace. Jakmile je \u010dlov\u011bk za\u010dne p\u0159esn\u011bji pojmenov\u00e1vat, p\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1 b\u00fdt vydan\u00fd jen n\u00e1lad\u011b, dojmu nebo s\u00edle druh\u00e9 osobnosti.<\/p>\n<h2>Co m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt skute\u010dnou zm\u011bnou<\/h2>\n<p>Skute\u010dn\u00e1 zm\u011bna u citliv\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka \u010dasto nevypad\u00e1 navenek dramaticky. N\u011bkdo poprv\u00e9 rozpozn\u00e1, \u017ee jeho nejistota neza\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 uvnit\u0159 n\u011bj, ale aktivuje se v ur\u010dit\u00e9 dynamice. A n\u011bkdo jin\u00fd uvid\u00ed, \u017ee citlivost nebyla slabina, jen dlouho fungovala bez opory.<\/p>\n<p>To je podstatn\u00e9 i z jednoho m\u00e9n\u011b viditeln\u00e9ho d\u016fvodu. Kdy\u017e citliv\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk za\u010dne znovu v\u011b\u0159it vlastn\u00edmu zachycen\u00ed reality, nevede to jen k \u00falev\u011b. Vede to i k v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti. U\u017e nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 donekone\u010dna \u010dekat, a\u017e se situace sama vysv\u011btl\u00ed. N\u011bkter\u00e9 vztahy pak vy\u017eaduj\u00ed jin\u00fd zp\u016fsob komunikace. Jin\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed odstup. A n\u011bkdy i p\u0159izn\u00e1n\u00ed, \u017ee jste byli dlouho loaj\u00e1ln\u00ed k n\u011b\u010demu, co v\u00e1s systematicky oslabovalo.<\/p>\n<p>Kou\u010dink pro citliv\u00e9 lidi m\u00e1 smysl tehdy, kdy\u017e neslibuje rychlou \u00falevu, ale pom\u00e1h\u00e1 vracet rozli\u0161en\u00ed. Ne mezi siln\u00fdmi a slab\u00fdmi. Ale mezi t\u00edm, co je va\u0161e, co pat\u0159\u00ed situaci a co u\u017e jste na sebe p\u0159evzali nav\u00edc.
