P\u0159esto po n\u011bm z\u016fstane t\u00edha: pocit, \u017ee jste n\u011bco ud\u011blali \u0161patn\u011b, \u017ee byste m\u011bli ustoupit, omluvit se nebo sv\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed p\u0159ehodnotit. Ot\u00e1zka, <strong>jak pojmenovat neviditeln\u00fd tlak<\/strong>, neza\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 u toho, zda je druh\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk \u201e\u0161patn\u00fd\u201c. Reaguje na atmosf\u00e9ru, na p\u0159edstavu n\u00e1sledk\u016f a na nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se sna\u017e\u00ed co nejrychleji ukon\u010dit.<\/p>\n<p>To je d\u016fvod, pro\u010d se tak t\u011b\u017eko rozpozn\u00e1v\u00e1. Zvenku m\u016f\u017ee situace vypadat jako b\u011b\u017en\u00e1 neshoda. Uvnit\u0159 ale jeden z lid\u00ed postupn\u011b ztr\u00e1c\u00ed prostor rozhodovat se podle sebe.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak pojmenovat neviditeln\u00fd tlak bez zkratky<\/h2>\n<p>Pojmenovat tlak neznamen\u00e1 okam\u017eit\u011b \u0159\u00edct: \u201eTohle je manipulace.\u201c N\u011bkdy o manipulaci skute\u010dn\u011b jde. Jindy druh\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk jedn\u00e1 ze strachu, nezralosti, bezmoci nebo z nau\u010den\u00e9ho zp\u016fsobu komunikace, kter\u00fd s\u00e1m neum\u00ed rozpoznat. Pro \u010dlov\u011bka, kter\u00fd tlak za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1, ale nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed, zda druh\u00fd jedn\u00e1 v\u011bdom\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ot\u00e1zka zn\u00ed: Co se d\u011bje se mnou, kdy\u017e se tento vzorec opakuje?<\/p>\n<p>Mo\u017en\u00e1 si v\u0161\u00edm\u00e1te, \u017ee p\u0159ed ur\u010dit\u00fdm \u010dlov\u011bkem st\u00e1le v\u00edce vysv\u011btlujete sv\u00e9 b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 volby. \u017de si p\u0159edem p\u0159ipravujete argumenty, i kdy\u017e se rozhodujete o n\u011b\u010dem, co by obhajobu nepot\u0159ebovalo. Mo\u017en\u00e1 po hovoru kontrolujete zpr\u00e1vy a hled\u00e1te, kde jste mohli vyzn\u00edt necitliv\u011b. Nebo souhlas\u00edte ne proto, \u017ee chcete, ale proto, \u017ee odm\u00edtnut\u00ed ve v\u00e1s vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159enou \u00fazkost \u010di vinu.<\/p>\n<p>Tlak lze \u010dasto popsat prost\u011bji a p\u0159esn\u011bji ne\u017e velk\u00fdm psychologick\u00fdm pojmem:<\/p>\n<p>\u201eKdy\u017e \u0159eknu ne, rozhovor neskon\u010d\u00ed. Jen se zm\u011bn\u00ed v dokazov\u00e1n\u00ed, \u017ee moje ne n\u011bkomu ubli\u017euje.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>\u201eKdy\u017e vyj\u00e1d\u0159\u00edm jin\u00fd n\u00e1zor, druh\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk se st\u00e1hne nebo ochladne. Pak m\u00e1m pocit, \u017ee mus\u00edm vztah napravit.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>\u201eM\u016fj souhlas nep\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed z rozhodnut\u00ed. P\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed z \u00falevy, \u017ee u\u017e nemus\u00edm sn\u00e1\u0161et nap\u011bt\u00ed.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>V t\u011bchto v\u011bt\u00e1ch nen\u00ed obvin\u011bn\u00ed. Je v nich pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed vztahov\u00e9 dynamiky. A pr\u00e1v\u011b to b\u00fdv\u00e1 prvn\u00ed pevn\u00fd bod, kdy\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk p\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u011b\u0159it vlastn\u00edmu vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Tlak, kter\u00fd se tv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed jako ohleduplnost<\/h2>\n<p>Neviditeln\u00fd tlak b\u00fdv\u00e1 obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 matouc\u00ed tam, kde se op\u00edr\u00e1 o hodnoty, na kter\u00fdch v\u00e1m z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed. O loajalitu, laskavost, p\u00e9\u010di o rodinu, t\u00fdmovou spolupr\u00e1ci nebo odpov\u011bdnost. Druh\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk nemus\u00ed nic na\u0159\u00eddit. Sta\u010d\u00ed, kdy\u017e nazna\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee va\u0161e hranice sv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed o sobectv\u00ed, nevd\u011bku nebo nedostatku l\u00e1sky.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eSamoz\u0159ejm\u011b nemus\u00ed\u0161, jen jsem myslel, \u017ee po tom v\u0161em, co jsem pro tebe ud\u011blal\u2026\u201c<\/p>\n<p>\u201eJe to tvoje rozhodnut\u00ed. Jen nev\u00edm, co si z toho m\u00e1m vz\u00edt.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>\u201eKdyby ti na tom opravdu z\u00e1le\u017eelo, asi bys to ud\u011blal jinak.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Jednotliv\u00e1 v\u011bta je\u0161t\u011b nemus\u00ed \u0159\u00edkat v\u0161e. Ka\u017ed\u00fd n\u011bkdy mluv\u00ed neobratn\u011b, zran\u011bn\u011b nebo pod vlivem vlastn\u00ed frustrace. Rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed je opakov\u00e1n\u00ed a d\u016fsledek. Existuje po takov\u00e9 v\u011bt\u011b prostor pro va\u0161e stanovisko? M\u016f\u017eete odpov\u011bd\u011bt bez toho, aby n\u00e1sledovalo ochlazen\u00ed, ura\u017eenost, trestaj\u00edc\u00ed ticho nebo dal\u0161\u00ed kolo vysv\u011btlov\u00e1n\u00ed?<\/p>\n<p>Zdrav\u00e9 zklam\u00e1n\u00ed druh\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka nen\u00ed tlak samo o sob\u011b. N\u011bkdo m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt smutn\u00fd, \u017ee jste odm\u00edtli jeho prosbu, a p\u0159itom respektovat, \u017ee m\u00e1te pr\u00e1vo odm\u00edtnout. Rozd\u00edl je v tom, zda jeho emoce z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed jeho odpov\u011bdnost\u00ed, nebo zda se z nich nen\u00e1padn\u011b stane \u00fakol pro v\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Tlak za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 ve chv\u00edli, kdy se va\u0161e svobodn\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed st\u00e1v\u00e1 zdrojem trestu, dluhu nebo dlouhodob\u00e9ho nap\u011bt\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1te vy\u0159e\u0161it vlastn\u00edm ustoupen\u00edm.<\/p>\n<h2>Kde se ztr\u00e1c\u00ed jistota ve vlastn\u00edm \u00fasudku<\/h2>\n<p>\u010casto nejde o jednu v\u00fdraznou situaci. Jde o stovky drobn\u00fdch moment\u016f. \u010clov\u011bk n\u011bco c\u00edt\u00ed, ale druh\u00fd to zleh\u010d\u00ed. N\u011bco mu nesed\u00ed, ale dozv\u00ed se, \u017ee je p\u0159ecitliv\u011bl\u00fd. Chce si vz\u00edt \u010das na rozmy\u0161lenou, ale je ozna\u010den za komplikovan\u00e9ho. Postupn\u011b se nau\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee jeho prvn\u00ed reakce nen\u00ed dost spolehliv\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Pak se m\u016f\u017ee objevit zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00ed rozd\u011blen\u00ed. Jedna \u010d\u00e1st v\u00e1s v\u00ed, \u017ee n\u011bco nen\u00ed v po\u0159\u00e1dku. Druh\u00e1 okam\u017eit\u011b vysv\u011btluje, pro\u010d to p\u0159eh\u00e1n\u00edte. \u201eOn to tak nemyslel.\u201c \u201eOna m\u00e1 te\u010f t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 obdob\u00ed.\u201c \u201eMo\u017en\u00e1 jsem to \u0159ekl ne\u0161ikovn\u011b.\u201c Tyto v\u011bty mohou b\u00fdt pravdiv\u00e9. Probl\u00e9m nast\u00e1v\u00e1, kdy\u017e v\u017edy slou\u017e\u00ed jen k tomu, aby zneplatnily va\u0161i zku\u0161enost.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159esnost neznamen\u00e1 v\u011b\u0159it ka\u017ed\u00e9mu prvn\u00edmu dojmu jako neomyln\u00e9mu d\u016fkazu. Znamen\u00e1 neodm\u00edtat ho d\u0159\u00edv, ne\u017e se pod\u00edv\u00e1te na fakta. Co p\u0159esn\u011b zazn\u011blo? Co n\u00e1sledovalo pot\u00e9, co jste vyj\u00e1d\u0159ili nesouhlas? Jak \u010dasto se podobn\u00fd sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159 opakuje? Zm\u011bn\u00ed se n\u011bco, kdy\u017e o tom mluv\u00edte otev\u0159en\u011b, nebo se rozhovor rychle sto\u010d\u00ed k tomu, \u017ee probl\u00e9m jste vy?<\/p>\n<p>T\u00edm se odd\u011bluje realita od interpretace. Realita m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt: \u201eT\u0159ikr\u00e1t jsem odm\u00edtl a t\u0159ikr\u00e1t n\u00e1sledovalo n\u011bkolik dn\u00ed chladu.\u201c Interpretace m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt: \u201eAsi jsem bezcitn\u00fd.\u201c Prvn\u00ed v\u011bta popisuje d\u011bn\u00ed. Druh\u00e1 u\u017e o v\u00e1s vyn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed rozsudek. A pr\u00e1v\u011b mezi nimi b\u00fdv\u00e1 prostor, ve kter\u00e9m lze znovu z\u00edskat orientaci.<\/p>\n<h2>Pro\u010d nesta\u010d\u00ed jen nastavit hranici<\/h2>\n<p>Rada \u201enastavte si hranice\u201c zn\u00ed jednodu\u0161e, dokud \u010dlov\u011bk ne\u017eije v dynamice, kde ka\u017ed\u00e1 hranice okam\u017eit\u011b vyvol\u00e1 konflikt, v\u00fd\u010ditku nebo pochybnost. Hranice nen\u00ed kouzeln\u00e1 v\u011bta, kter\u00e1 druh\u00e9ho p\u0159im\u011bje respektovat v\u00e1s. Je to informace o tom, co ud\u011bl\u00e1te vy, pokud se ur\u010dit\u00fd zp\u016fsob jedn\u00e1n\u00ed bude opakovat.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkdy sta\u010d\u00ed klidn\u011b \u0159\u00edct: \u201eRozum\u00edm, \u017ee t\u011b to mrz\u00ed. P\u0159esto se takto rozhodnu.\u201c Jindy je pot\u0159eba rozhovor ukon\u010dit, proto\u017ee druh\u00e1 strana nevede dialog, ale hled\u00e1 zp\u016fsob, jak v\u00e1s unavit. A n\u011bkdy \u010dlov\u011bk zjist\u00ed, \u017ee nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed tlak nevytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed v\u011bta druh\u00e9ho, ale jeho vlastn\u00ed star\u00fd strach z odm\u00edtnut\u00ed, konfliktu nebo ztr\u00e1ty bl\u00edzkosti.<\/p>\n<p>To nen\u00ed d\u016fvod, pro\u010d tlak zleh\u010dit. Je to d\u016fvod, pro\u010d situaci vid\u011bt v cel\u00e9 jej\u00ed \u0161\u00ed\u0159i. Vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed dynamika a vnit\u0159n\u00ed citliv\u00e9 m\u00edsto se mohou vz\u00e1jemn\u011b posilovat. \u010c\u00edm v\u00edce se boj\u00edte, \u017ee zklamete, t\u00edm sn\u00e1ze na v\u00e1s p\u016fsob\u00ed n\u00e1znak zklam\u00e1n\u00ed. \u010c\u00edm v\u00edce druh\u00fd spol\u00e9h\u00e1 na to, \u017ee ustoup\u00edte, t\u00edm m\u00e9n\u011b se mus\u00ed u\u010dit sn\u00e1\u0161et nesouhlas.<\/p>\n<p>Zm\u011bna proto neb\u00fdv\u00e1 jen v tom \u0159\u00edct hlasit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne. N\u011bkdy spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v tom vydr\u017eet chv\u00edli nepohodl\u00ed, kter\u00e9 po n\u011bm p\u0159ijde, a nevykl\u00e1dat si ho automaticky jako d\u016fkaz, \u017ee jste ud\u011blali n\u011bco \u0161patn\u011b.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdy\u017e tlak p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed z v\u00edce stran<\/h2>\n<p>Neviditeln\u00fd tlak nemus\u00ed pat\u0159it jen do partnersk\u00e9ho vztahu. Objevuje se mezi rodi\u010dem a dosp\u011bl\u00fdm d\u00edt\u011btem, mezi sourozenci, v p\u0159\u00e1telstv\u00ed i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/cs\/koucink-konfliktu-v-praci\/\">v pr\u00e1ci<\/a>. U dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt podobu skupiny, kter\u00e1 netla\u010d\u00ed otev\u0159en\u011b, ale d\u00e1v\u00e1 najevo, kdo je\u0161t\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed dovnit\u0159 a kdo u\u017e ne. U lid\u00ed ve vedouc\u00edch rol\u00edch se \u010dasto schov\u00e1 za o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, \u017ee unesou v\u00edc ne\u017e ostatn\u00ed a nebudou zat\u011b\u017eovat okol\u00ed vlastn\u00edmi pot\u0159ebami.<\/p>\n<p>V ka\u017ed\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed m\u00e1 jin\u00e9 kulisy. J\u00e1dro ale z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 podobn\u00e9: \u010dlov\u011bk za\u010dne upravovat sv\u00e9 rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed tak, aby se vyhnul emo\u010dn\u00ed reakci druh\u00fdch. Ne proto, \u017ee by s jejich pot\u0159ebami souhlasil, ale proto, \u017ee u\u017e nechce n\u00e9st cenu za nesouhlas.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkdy je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 nevn\u00edmat tlak jen jako vlastnost ur\u010dit\u00e9 osoby, ale jako pravidlo vztahu. Co je zde dovoleno \u0159\u00edct? Jak se zach\u00e1z\u00ed s odli\u0161nost\u00ed? Kdo sm\u00ed b\u00fdt nespokojen\u00fd a kdo mus\u00ed situaci uklidnit? Kdo st\u00e1le vysv\u011btluje a kdo rozhoduje, kdy je vysv\u011btlen\u00ed dost?<\/p>\n<p>Takov\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky nemaj\u00ed za c\u00edl vytvo\u0159it ob\u017ealobu. Pom\u00e1haj\u00ed vid\u011bt, zda jste v kontaktu, kde je mo\u017en\u00e9 b\u00fdt samostatn\u00fdm \u010dlov\u011bkem, ani\u017e by se samostatnost automaticky platila vinou.<\/p>\n<p>Pojmenov\u00e1n\u00ed neviditeln\u00e9ho tlaku nemus\u00ed p\u0159in\u00e9st okam\u017eitou \u00falevu. N\u011bkdy nejd\u0159\u00edv zv\u00fdrazn\u00ed, kolik v\u011bc\u00ed jste dosud p\u0159ehl\u00ed\u017eeli, abyste mohli vztah udr\u017eet v klidu.
