V\u011bta od kolegy zn\u00ed dvojsmysln\u011b, \u0161\u00e9f ml\u010d\u00ed o va\u0161em n\u00e1vrhu, v mailu je jedna tvrd\u0161\u00ed formulace &#8211; a v hlav\u011b se okam\u017eit\u011b rozjede zn\u00e1m\u00fd program. Za\u010dnete se hl\u00eddat, vysv\u011btlovat, p\u0159edb\u00edhat kritiku. Zvenku p\u016fsob\u00edte funk\u010dn\u011b. Uvnit\u0159 ztr\u00e1c\u00edte oporu.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e se lid\u00e9 ptaj\u00ed \u201ejak z\u00edskat sebed\u016fv\u011bru v pr\u00e1ci\u201c, \u010dasto nemluv\u00ed o odvaze \u201eb\u00fdt v\u00edc vid\u011bt\u201c. Mluv\u00ed o tom, \u017ee v tlaku ztr\u00e1c\u00ed p\u0159esnost. \u017de se jim rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed rozpad\u00e1 na dohady. \u017de u\u017e nev\u011b\u0159\u00ed vlastn\u00edmu \u010dten\u00ed situace &#8211; a pak bu\u010f ustupuj\u00ed, nebo tla\u010d\u00ed na pilu. Sebed\u016fv\u011bra v tomto smyslu nen\u00ed vlastnost. Je to vztah k realit\u011b: schopnost udr\u017eet kontakt s t\u00edm, co se skute\u010dn\u011b d\u011bje, i kdy\u017e n\u011bkdo nesouhlas\u00ed, ml\u010d\u00ed nebo \u00fato\u010d\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdy\u017e sebed\u016fv\u011bra v pr\u00e1ci miz\u00ed, je to v\u011bt\u0161inou o kontextu<\/h2>\n<p>V prost\u0159ed\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti se sebed\u016fv\u011bra \u010dasto nevytr\u00e1c\u00ed proto, \u017ee byste \u201ebyli slab\u00ed\u201c. Vytr\u00e1c\u00ed se proto, \u017ee se opakovan\u011b ocit\u00e1te v situaci, kter\u00e1 aktivuje konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00ed vzorec. A ten vzorec m\u00e1 svou logiku: m\u011bl v\u00e1s kdysi chr\u00e1nit.<\/p>\n<p>Typick\u00e1 dynamika: jste kompetentn\u00ed, m\u00e1te v\u00fdsledky, ale v ur\u010dit\u00e9m typu interakce &#8211; s autoritou, s dominantn\u00edm kolegou, v konfliktu, v nejasn\u00e9m zad\u00e1n\u00ed &#8211; se v\u00e1m st\u00e1hne t\u011blo, zrychl\u00ed my\u0161lenky a za\u010dnete reagovat automaticky. Sebed\u016fv\u011bra se pak nehrout\u00ed \u201ecel\u00e1\u201c, ale <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/en\/why-work-roles-define-who-some-people-are\/\">selektivn\u011b. V jedn\u00e9<\/a> oblasti jedete jist\u011b, v jin\u00e9 najednou pochybujete o ka\u017ed\u00e9 v\u011bt\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd detail: sebed\u016fv\u011bra v pr\u00e1ci se \u010dasto l\u00e1me v komunikaci, ne ve v\u00fdkonu. Nejde o to, zda um\u00edte. Jde o to, zda si v p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9m kontaktu s druh\u00fdmi udr\u017e\u00edte vlastn\u00ed osu.<\/p>\n<h2>Realita vs. interpretace: z\u00e1kladn\u00ed rozcestn\u00edk<\/h2>\n<p>V tlaku mozek rychle dopl\u0148uje v\u00fdznamy. Z jedn\u00e9 pozn\u00e1mky ud\u011bl\u00e1 diagn\u00f3zu. Z ml\u010den\u00ed ud\u011bl\u00e1 odm\u00edtnut\u00ed. Z ot\u00e1zky ud\u011bl\u00e1 \u00fatok.<\/p>\n<p>Zkuste si v\u0161imnout rozd\u00edlu mezi v\u011btami:<\/p>\n<p>\u201eNa meetingu se t\u0159ikr\u00e1t zeptal na \u010d\u00edsla a nep\u0159ik\u00fdvl.\u201c (pozorovateln\u00e1 realita)<\/p>\n<p>\u201eNev\u011b\u0159\u00ed mi a chce m\u011b nachytat.\u201c (interpretace)<\/p>\n<p>Interpretace m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pravdiv\u00e1, ale dokud ji nem\u00e1te ov\u011b\u0159enou, je to hypot\u00e9za. A probl\u00e9m se sebed\u016fv\u011brou \u010dasto nevznik\u00e1 z reality samotn\u00e9, ale z toho, \u017ee hypot\u00e9zy za\u010dnete br\u00e1t jako fakta. Pak se za\u010dnete br\u00e1nit n\u011b\u010demu, co se mo\u017en\u00e1 ani ned\u011bje &#8211; a t\u00edm se dostanete do slab\u0161\u00ed pozice.<\/p>\n<p>Prakticky: kdy\u017e se v\u00e1m \u201epropadne\u201c sebed\u016fv\u011bra, prvn\u00ed krok nen\u00ed dodat si odvahu. Prvn\u00ed krok je zpomalit a odd\u011blit, co v\u00edte, od toho, co si dom\u00fd\u0161l\u00edte.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak z\u00edskat sebed\u016fv\u011bru v pr\u00e1ci: opora v \u00fasudku, ne v n\u00e1lad\u011b<\/h2>\n<p>Sebed\u016fv\u011bra zalo\u017een\u00e1 na n\u00e1lad\u011b je k\u0159ehk\u00e1. Kdy\u017e se da\u0159\u00ed, c\u00edt\u00edte se siln\u00ed. Kdy\u017e p\u0159ijde tlak, v\u0161e se zpochybn\u00ed. U lid\u00ed s odpov\u011bdnost\u00ed je u\u017eite\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed stav\u011bt sebed\u016fv\u011bru na n\u011b\u010dem stabiln\u011bj\u0161\u00edm: na procesu uva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Zeptejte se sami sebe ve chv\u00edli nejistoty:<\/p>\n<p>Co p\u0159esn\u011b se stalo &#8211; jednou v\u011btou, bez hodnocen\u00ed?<\/p>\n<p>Jak\u00e9 jsou 2-3 mo\u017en\u00e9 v\u00fdklady a kter\u00fd z nich m\u00e1m ov\u011b\u0159en\u00fd?<\/p>\n<p>Co je v t\u00e9to situaci m\u016fj c\u00edl a jak\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed k n\u011bmu vede?<\/p>\n<p>Tahle trojice ot\u00e1zek ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed emoce t\u00edm, \u017ee by je \u201ezru\u0161ila\u201c. D\u00e1v\u00e1 jim r\u00e1mec. Emoce pak nejsou volant, ale sign\u00e1l.<\/p>\n<h2>Vzorce, kter\u00e9 se v pr\u00e1ci nej\u010dast\u011bji tv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed jako \u201en\u00edzk\u00e1 sebed\u016fv\u011bra\u201c<\/h2>\n<p>Sebed\u016fv\u011bra se ztr\u00e1c\u00ed v opakuj\u00edc\u00edch se sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159\u00edch. \u010casto jsou p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b konzistentn\u00ed. Kdy\u017e je uvid\u00edte, p\u0159estanou p\u016fsobit jako osobn\u00ed selh\u00e1n\u00ed a za\u010dnou se d\u00e1t \u0159\u00eddit.<\/p>\n<h3>1) Nadm\u011brn\u00e9 vysv\u011btlov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p>M\u00e1te pocit, \u017ee mus\u00edte \u201epokryt\u201c ka\u017edou n\u00e1mitku, jinak v\u00e1s smetou. V\u00fdsledkem b\u00fdv\u00e1 lavina argument\u016f, kter\u00e1 oslab\u00ed pointu. Druh\u00e1 strana si z toho vezme jedin\u00e9: nejste si jist\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Zm\u011bna v praxi: m\u00edsto vysv\u011btlov\u00e1n\u00ed dr\u017ete strukturu. Nejprve z\u00e1v\u011br, pak dva d\u016fvody, pak ot\u00e1zka. Vysv\u011btlov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dasto slou\u017e\u00ed k uklidn\u011bn\u00ed druh\u00fdch &#8211; ale vy pot\u0159ebujete udr\u017eet jasno.<\/p>\n<h3>2) Perfekcionismus jako obrana<\/h3>\n<p>Kdy\u017e m\u00e1te pocit, \u017ee nesm\u00edte ud\u011blat chybu, posouv\u00e1te start, vymaz\u00e1v\u00e1te vlastn\u00ed n\u00e1vrhy, \u010dek\u00e1te na \u201eje\u0161t\u011b jednu informaci\u201c. Navenek to vypad\u00e1 jako vysok\u00fd standard. Uvnit\u0159 je to strach z hodnocen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Trade-off: perfekcionismus n\u011bkdy zvy\u0161uje kvalitu. V prost\u0159ed\u00ed rychl\u00fdch rozhodnut\u00ed ale bere vliv &#8211; proto\u017ee kdo rozhoduje pozd\u011b, rozhoduje m\u00e9n\u011b.<\/p>\n<h3>3) Automatick\u00e9 ustupov\u00e1n\u00ed v konfliktu<\/h3>\n<p>N\u011bkter\u00e9 typy lid\u00ed um\u00ed zabrat prostor. A vy m\u00e1te nau\u010den\u00e9, \u017ee klid = ustoupit. Kr\u00e1tkodob\u011b se vyhnete t\u0159en\u00ed. Dlouhodob\u011b ztr\u00e1c\u00edte hranice a respekt.<\/p>\n<p>Zm\u011bna v praxi: konflikt nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt eskalace. M\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt p\u0159esn\u00e9 pojmenov\u00e1n\u00ed. \u201eTady se rozch\u00e1z\u00edme. Pot\u0159ebuju, abychom si ujasnili krit\u00e9ria.\u201c Sebed\u016fv\u011bra roste, kdy\u017e vid\u00edte, \u017ee konflikt lze un\u00e9st bez \u00fat\u011bku.<\/p>\n<h3>4) P\u0159ep\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed do \u201ev\u00fdkonu\u201c m\u00edsto kontaktu<\/h3>\n<p>Kdy\u017e je v\u00e1m nejist\u011b, za\u010dnete hr\u00e1t roli: b\u00fdt extra mil\u00ed, extra tvrd\u00ed, extra odborn\u00ed. Jen\u017ee role stoj\u00ed energii a druh\u00e1 strana c\u00edt\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Zm\u011bna v praxi: vra\u0165te se do kontaktu s realitou rozhovoru. Co te\u010f pot\u0159ebujete z\u00edskat? Co je t\u00e9ma, co je vedlej\u0161\u00ed \u0161um? Jak\u00fd je dal\u0161\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed krok?<\/p>\n<h2>Mikro-situace, kde se sebed\u016fv\u011bra buduje nejrychleji<\/h2>\n<p>Sebed\u016fv\u011bra se nebuduje v hlav\u011b, ale v opakovan\u00fdch, mal\u00fdch rozhodnut\u00edch. Nejde o to jednou \u201ezaz\u00e1\u0159it\u201c. Jde o to znovu a znovu ud\u011blat o trochu p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed reakci.<\/p>\n<p>Zkuste si v\u0161imnout t\u0159\u00ed m\u00edst:<\/p>\n<p>Prvn\u00ed minuta sch\u016fzky. Pokud za\u010dnete omluvou nebo dlouh\u00fdm kontextem, nastavujete sebe do slab\u0161\u00ed pozice. Kdy\u017e za\u010dnete jasn\u00fdm c\u00edlem, d\u00e1v\u00e1te r\u00e1mec.<\/p>\n<p>Prvn\u00ed nesouhlas. Tady se uk\u00e1\u017ee vzorec. Bu\u010f hned ustoup\u00edte, nebo hned bojujete. T\u0159et\u00ed mo\u017enost je zv\u011bdavost: \u201e\u0158ekn\u011bte mi, co p\u0159esn\u011b v\u00e1m na tom nesed\u00ed.\u201c To je sebed\u016fv\u011bra jako schopnost z\u016fstat v dialogu.<\/p>\n<p>Posledn\u00edch 10 procent. Spousta lid\u00ed ud\u011bl\u00e1 90 procent pr\u00e1ce a pak ji \u201eodevzd\u00e1\u201c bez n\u00e1roku na jasn\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed. Zkuste v\u00edc zav\u00edrat. \u201eNavrhuju A. Pokud nen\u00ed z\u00e1sadn\u00ed n\u00e1mitka, beru to jako dohodu a pos\u00edl\u00e1m kroky.\u201c<\/p>\n<h2>Co d\u011blat, kdy\u017e v\u00e1s rozhod\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bk<\/h2>\n<p>Sebed\u016fv\u011bra se \u010dasto nel\u00e1me na t\u00e9matu, ale na osob\u011b. Jeden kolega v\u00e1s shod\u00ed pohledem. Jin\u00fd pracuje s dvojsmysly. Dal\u0161\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/en\/how-to-manage-toxic-colleagues-without-losing-influence\/\">\u201ejen se pt\u00e1m\u201c<\/a> jako tlak.<\/p>\n<p>Tady pom\u00e1h\u00e1 pracovat se dv\u011bma vrstvami sou\u010dasn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Prvn\u00ed vrstva je obsah: co \u0159e\u0161\u00edte, jak\u00e1 jsou data, jak\u00e9 jsou mo\u017enosti.<\/p>\n<p>Druh\u00e1 vrstva je proces: jak se spolu bav\u00edte, kdo m\u00e1 prostor, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/en\/hranice-v-praci-jak-je-nastavit-bez-konfliktu\/\">co se d\u011bje s hranicemi<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e v\u00e1s n\u011bkdo destabilizuje, zkuste si v duchu pojmenovat proces jednou v\u011btou: \u201eTe\u010f se m\u011b sna\u017e\u00ed dostat do obhajoby.\u201c nebo \u201eTe\u010f se hraje o dominanci, ne o \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed.\u201c U\u017e tohle pojmenov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dasto vrac\u00ed volbu.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkdy pom\u016f\u017ee i jednoduch\u00e9 zviditeln\u011bn\u00ed procesu nahlas, klidn\u011b a bez obvin\u011bn\u00ed: \u201eZastav\u00edm to na chv\u00edli. Abychom se posunuli, pot\u0159ebuju v\u011bd\u011bt, jestli \u0159e\u0161\u00edme \u010d\u00edsla, nebo d\u016fv\u011bru v p\u0159\u00edstup.\u201c Ne v\u017edy to druh\u00e1 strana p\u0159ijme. Ale vy t\u00edm dr\u017e\u00edte r\u00e1mec.<\/p>\n<h2>Sebed\u016fv\u011bra a chyba: rozd\u00edl mezi odpov\u011bdnost\u00ed a sebeobvi\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00edm<\/h2>\n<p>Lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed nesou odpov\u011bdnost, maj\u00ed tendenci br\u00e1t na sebe v\u00edc, ne\u017e je jejich \u010d\u00e1st. Na pap\u00ed\u0159e to vypad\u00e1 jako vysok\u00e1 integrita. V praxi to \u010dasto se\u017eere sebed\u016fv\u011bru, proto\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e1 komplikace se p\u0159ep\u00ed\u0161e na \u201eje to mnou\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Odpov\u011bdnost je: \u201eTady jsem n\u011bco podcenil. P\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b nastav\u00edm kontroln\u00ed bod.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Sebeobvi\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed je: \u201eZase jsem to pokazil. Nem\u011bl bych tu b\u00fdt.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Rozd\u00edl je v tom, zda z chyby ud\u011bl\u00e1te informaci, nebo identitu. Sebed\u016fv\u011bra nevznik\u00e1 t\u00edm, \u017ee nechybujete. Vznik\u00e1 t\u00edm, \u017ee se um\u00edte zorientovat, kdy\u017e chyba nastane, a nezhrout\u00ed se v\u00e1m t\u00edm vlastn\u00ed hodnota.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdy v\u00e1m \u201ev\u00edc sebed\u016fv\u011bry\u201c paradoxn\u011b u\u0161kod\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Je f\u00e9r \u0159\u00edct i druhou stranu. Sebed\u016fv\u011bra bez kontaktu s realitou m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt jen tvrdohlavost. V n\u011bkter\u00fdch firm\u00e1ch se dokonce odm\u011b\u0148uje p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010divost, i kdy\u017e je pr\u00e1zdn\u00e1. Pak vznik\u00e1 tlak \u201eb\u00fdt si jist\u00fd\u201c za ka\u017edou cenu.<\/p>\n<p>Zdrav\u00e1 sebed\u016fv\u011bra snese v\u011btu: \u201eNev\u00edm, ale zjist\u00edm.\u201c nebo \u201eTady pot\u0159ebuji doplnit informace.\u201c U lid\u00ed na vedouc\u00edch pozic\u00edch to \u010dasto zvy\u0161uje d\u016fv\u011bryhodnost, proto\u017ee t\u00edm ukazujete, \u017ee nerozhodujete z ega, ale z krit\u00e9ri\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak pozn\u00e1te, \u017ee se sebed\u016fv\u011bra vrac\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Nebude to euforie. Sp\u00ed\u0161 si v\u0161imnete, \u017ee v situaci, kter\u00e1 v\u00e1s d\u0159\u00edv rozhodila, z\u016fstanete o dv\u011b vte\u0159iny d\u00e9le v klidu. \u017de odpov\u00edte krat\u0161\u00ed v\u011btou. \u017de si dovol\u00edte polo\u017eit ot\u00e1zku m\u00edsto obhajoby. \u017de po konfliktu nep\u016fjdete dom\u016f s pocitem, \u017ee mus\u00edte cel\u00fd ve\u010der p\u0159ehr\u00e1vat dialog.<\/p>\n<p>Sebed\u016fv\u011bra v pr\u00e1ci se nakonec \u010dasto zjednodu\u0161\u00ed na jednu v\u011bc: jestli si dok\u00e1\u017eete udr\u017eet jasn\u00fd kontakt s t\u00edm, co se d\u011bje, i kdy\u017e to nen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9. Ne abyste byli tvrd\u00ed.
