Pr\u00e1v\u011b tehdy za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 b\u00fdt ot\u00e1zka, jak komunikovat bez eskalace, mnohem m\u00e9n\u011b o spr\u00e1vn\u00fdch fr\u00e1z\u00edch a mnohem v\u00edce o schopnosti udr\u017eet orientaci v tom, co se skute\u010dn\u011b d\u011bje.<\/p>\n<p>To je podstatn\u00e9 hlavn\u011b pro lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed nesou odpov\u011bdnost. Mana\u017eer v napjat\u00e9m rozhovoru s pod\u0159\u00edzen\u00fdm, partner po opakovan\u00e9 h\u00e1dce, podnikatel v konfliktu s kolegou nebo klientem &#8211; ve v\u0161ech t\u011bchto situac\u00edch neb\u00fdv\u00e1 probl\u00e9m jen v tom, co kdo \u0159ekl. Probl\u00e9m b\u00fdv\u00e1 v dynamice, kter\u00e1 se spust\u00ed kolem toho. Jeden tla\u010d\u00ed na rychl\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, druh\u00fd se st\u00e1hne. Jeden chce p\u0159esnost, druh\u00fd sly\u0161\u00ed \u00fatok. Jeden pojmenov\u00e1v\u00e1 probl\u00e9m, druh\u00fd u\u017e reaguje na pocit ohro\u017een\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak komunikovat bez eskalace neza\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 v\u011btou, ale orientac\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Kdy\u017e lid\u00e9 hledaj\u00ed n\u00e1vod, jak komunikovat bez eskalace, \u010dasto o\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed techniku: co p\u0159esn\u011b \u0159\u00edct, jak\u00fd t\u00f3n pou\u017e\u00edt, kter\u00fdm slov\u016fm se vyhnout. Kdy\u017e se tyto t\u0159i roviny slij\u00ed do jedn\u00e9, reakce b\u00fdv\u00e1 tvrd\u0161\u00ed, rychlej\u0161\u00ed a m\u00e9n\u011b p\u0159esn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>To neznamen\u00e1 potla\u010dit emoce nebo p\u0159edst\u00edrat klid. Znamen\u00e1 to nenechat emoci, aby se vyd\u00e1vala za realitu. V praxi je to rozd\u00edl mezi v\u011btou \u201epot\u0159ebuji si ov\u011b\u0159it, co se stalo\u201c a v\u011btou \u201eje zjevn\u00e9, co t\u00edm sleduje\u0161\u201c. V prvn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 prostor. Lid\u00e9 pak nereaguj\u00ed jen na aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u011btu, ale na souhrn p\u0159edchoz\u00edch zku\u0161enost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Typick\u00e1 situace v pr\u00e1ci vypad\u00e1 nen\u00e1padn\u011b. Vedouc\u00ed \u0159ekne: \u201eTohle nen\u00ed v po\u0159\u00e1dku, pot\u0159ebujeme to zm\u011bnit.\u201c Pokud je vztah zat\u00ed\u017een\u00fd, druh\u00e1 strana nemus\u00ed sly\u0161et obsah. Sly\u0161\u00ed: \u201eselhal jsi\u201c, \u201ejsi pod kontrolou\u201c, \u201enem\u00e1\u0161 prostor nic vysv\u011btlit\u201c. A odpov\u00edd\u00e1 ne na sd\u011blen\u00ed, ale na ohro\u017een\u00ed. Podobn\u011b v osobn\u00edm vztahu m\u016f\u017ee v\u011bta \u201epot\u0159ebuji, abys mi \u0159ekl dop\u0159edu, kdy p\u0159ijde\u0161\u201c narazit ne na logistiku, ale na hlub\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdznam: \u201eomezuje\u0161 m\u011b\u201c, \u201enev\u011b\u0159\u00ed\u0161 mi\u201c, \u201ezase jsem ten \u0161patn\u00fd\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b proto nesta\u010d\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00fd, \u017ee jste m\u011bli pravdu. M\u016f\u017eete m\u00edt v\u011bcn\u011b pravdiv\u00e9 sd\u011blen\u00ed a p\u0159esto ho podat zp\u016fsobem, kter\u00fd dynamiku zhor\u0161\u00ed. A opa\u010dn\u011b &#8211; m\u016f\u017eete zvolit m\u011bk\u010d\u00ed formulaci, kter\u00e1 ale zast\u0159e skute\u010dn\u00fd probl\u00e9m. Komunikace bez eskalace nen\u00ed ani tvrdost, ani opatrnost za ka\u017edou cenu. Je to p\u0159esnost.<\/p>\n<h3>Kde lid\u00e9 nej\u010dast\u011bji ztr\u00e1c\u00ed p\u0159esnost<\/h3>\n<p>\u010casto ve chv\u00edli, kdy cht\u011bj\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u011b t\u0159i v\u011bci: pojmenovat probl\u00e9m, obh\u00e1jit se a vynutit zm\u011bnu. Pak se do jedn\u00e9 v\u011bty vejde p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho. \u201eKdy\u017e zase nedodr\u017e\u00ed\u0161 term\u00edn, vypad\u00e1 to, \u017ee ti na tom nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed, a j\u00e1 to za tebe nebudu po\u0159\u00e1d zachra\u0148ovat.\u201c Mo\u017en\u00e1 je za t\u00edm re\u00e1ln\u00e1 frustrace. Jen\u017ee druh\u00e1 strana v takov\u00e9 v\u011bt\u011b usly\u0161\u00ed sm\u011bs v\u00fdtky, interpretace motivu a hrozby.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je sd\u011blen\u00ed rozd\u011blit. Nejprve popsat situaci. Potom dopad. Nakonec o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. \u201eTerm\u00edn nebyl spln\u011bn. Pro t\u00fdm to znamenalo posun dal\u0161\u00edch krok\u016f. Pot\u0159ebuji te\u010f v\u011bd\u011bt, co je re\u00e1ln\u011b mo\u017en\u00e9 dodr\u017eet.\u201c Nejde o komunika\u010dn\u00ed trik. Jde o to nezahlcovat prostor v\u00fdznamy, kter\u00e9 druh\u00e9ho tla\u010d\u00ed rovnou do obrany.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak komunikovat bez eskalace v konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed situaci<\/h2>\n<p>Pokud chcete z\u016fstat v\u011bcn\u00ed i pod tlakem, pom\u00e1h\u00e1 dr\u017eet se jednoduch\u00e9ho sledu. Ne jako mechanick\u00e9ho postupu, ale jako opory v moment\u011b, kdy se rozhovor za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 l\u00e1mat.<\/p>\n<p>Nejprve zpomalte vlastn\u00ed interpretaci. To je \u010dasto nejt\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st, proto\u017ee mozek m\u00e1 tendenci dopl\u0148ovat motivy druh\u00e9ho velmi rychle. Kdy\u017e n\u011bkdo zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed hlas, snadno si \u0159eknete, \u017ee v\u00e1s nerespektuje. Kdy\u017e ml\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee manipuluje. N\u011bkdy to tak je. N\u011bkdy ne. Bez ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed ale reagujete na domn\u011bnku.<\/p>\n<p>Potom pojmenujte pouze to, co lze op\u0159\u00edt o realitu. M\u00edsto \u201ep\u0159ekrucuje\u0161 to\u201c je p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u201emluv\u00edme te\u010f ka\u017ed\u00fd o jin\u00e9 verzi t\u00e9 situace\u201c. M\u00edsto \u201ezase na m\u011b tla\u010d\u00ed\u0161\u201c lze \u0159\u00edct \u201epot\u0159ebuji zpomalit, abych mohl odpov\u011bd\u011bt p\u0159esn\u011b\u201c. Takov\u00e1 formulace nen\u00ed slab\u00e1. Naopak dr\u017e\u00ed hranici bez p\u0159isuzov\u00e1n\u00ed \u00famyslu.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed krok je ujasnit si, co je c\u00edlem rozhovoru. Chcete porozum\u011bt, nastavit hranici, rozhodnout, nebo jen ventilovat nap\u011bt\u00ed? Lid\u00e9 tyto c\u00edle \u010dasto m\u00edchaj\u00ed. Pak o\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed porozum\u011bn\u00ed ve chv\u00edli, kdy druh\u00fd \u0159e\u0161\u00ed operativn\u00ed probl\u00e9m. Nebo se sna\u017e\u00ed rozhodnout n\u011bco z\u00e1sadn\u00edho ve stavu, kdy jsou oba zahlcen\u00ed. Nen\u00ed slabost \u0159\u00edct: \u201eTe\u010f nejsme ve stavu, kdy to vy\u0159e\u0161\u00edme dob\u0159e. Pot\u0159ebuju se vr\u00e1tit k tomu za hodinu nebo z\u00edtra.\u201c Slabost b\u00fdv\u00e1 sp\u00ed\u0161 v tom pokra\u010dovat jen proto, aby nevzniklo ticho.<\/p>\n<h3>Kdy m\u00e1 smysl ustoupit a kdy ne<\/h3>\n<p>Ne ka\u017ed\u00e9 neeskalov\u00e1n\u00ed je zral\u00e1 komunikace. N\u011bkdy je to jen vyh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed. Pokud druh\u00e1 strana systematicky p\u0159ekra\u010duje hranice, znehodnocuje va\u0161i zku\u0161enost nebo p\u0159evrac\u00ed realitu, p\u0159\u00edli\u0161n\u00e1 snaha o klid m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k tomu, \u017ee ztrat\u00edte vlastn\u00ed oporu. Komunikovat bez eskalace tedy neznamen\u00e1 v\u0161e vydr\u017eet, v\u0161e vysv\u011btlovat a v\u0161ude hledat shodu.<\/p>\n<p>Jsou situace, kdy je p\u0159esn\u00e9 \u0159\u00edct: \u201eT\u00edmto t\u00f3nem v tom rozhovoru pokra\u010dovat nebudu.\u201c Nebo: \u201eNesouhlas\u00edm s t\u00edm, jak to interpretujete. M\u016f\u017eeme se dr\u017eet konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch fakt\u016f, jinak to te\u010f nem\u00e1 smysl.\u201c To u\u017e nen\u00ed zklid\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed druh\u00e9ho. To je dr\u017een\u00ed r\u00e1mce.<\/p>\n<p>Rozd\u00edl je v motivaci. Ustupuji proto, \u017ee chci vytvo\u0159it prostor pro v\u011bcn\u00fd rozhovor? Nebo proto, \u017ee se boj\u00edm konfliktu a nechci un\u00e9st nepohodl\u00ed? Na prvn\u00ed pohled to m\u016f\u017ee vypadat stejn\u011b. Dlouhodob\u011b jsou ale d\u016fsledky jin\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Vztahov\u00e9 vzorce se v komunikaci opakuj\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Mnoho lid\u00ed neza\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 eskalaci n\u00e1hodn\u011b. Dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed se do podobn\u00e9ho typu interakc\u00ed opakovan\u011b. N\u011bkdo b\u00fdv\u00e1 ten, kdo rychle p\u0159eb\u00edr\u00e1 odpov\u011bdnost a vysv\u011btluje. N\u011bkdo naopak \u010dek\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 dlouho a ozve se a\u017e ve chv\u00edli, kdy je pln\u00fd nahromad\u011bn\u00e9 frustrace. N\u011bkdo pot\u0159ebuje m\u00edt jistotu a v nejistot\u011b za\u010dne tla\u010dit. Jin\u00fd se p\u0159i tlaku odpoj\u00ed a p\u016fsob\u00ed chladn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Bez rozpozn\u00e1n\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/en\/proc-se-lide-vraceji-do-vztahu-ktery-jim-neprospiva\/\">t\u011bchto vzorc\u016f<\/a> se \u010dlov\u011bk snadno soust\u0159ed\u00ed jen na jednotliv\u00e9 situace. \u0158e\u0161\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed h\u00e1dku, konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed spor, konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed v\u011btu. Jen\u017ee pokud se stejn\u00e1 dynamika vrac\u00ed s r\u016fzn\u00fdmi lidmi, nejde u\u017e jen o okolnosti. Jde o zp\u016fsob, jak\u00fdm pod tlakem \u010dtete realitu a jak na ni automaticky reagujete.<\/p>\n<p>To je d\u016fvod, pro\u010d univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/en\/turning-theory-into-practice\/\">komunika\u010dn\u00ed rady<\/a> \u010dasto nesta\u010d\u00ed. Druh\u00e1 strana pak nev\u00ed, \u010deho se dr\u017eet, a za\u010dne v\u00edce reagovat na va\u0161i n\u00e1ladu ne\u017e na obsah.<\/p>\n<p>Vliv bez eskalace stoj\u00ed na tom, \u017ee jste \u010diteln\u00ed. Je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, co pova\u017eujete za probl\u00e9m, kde m\u00e1te hranici a jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem vedete n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd rozhovor. Nemus\u00edte b\u00fdt m\u011bkc\u00ed. Jsou ukotven\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Podobn\u011b v osobn\u00edch vztaz\u00edch b\u00fdv\u00e1 u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 mluvit m\u00e9n\u011b o charakteru druh\u00e9ho a v\u00edce o dopadu konkr\u00e9tn\u00edho jedn\u00e1n\u00ed. Ne \u201ejsi bezohledn\u00fd\u201c, ale \u201ekdy\u017e se neozve\u0161, po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1m s jin\u00fdm pl\u00e1nem a vznik\u00e1 mezi n\u00e1mi chaos\u201c. Ne \u201enikdy m\u011b neposlouch\u00e1\u0161\u201c, ale \u201ekdy\u017e sko\u010d\u00ed\u0161 do \u0159e\u010di ve chv\u00edli, kdy popisuji probl\u00e9m, p\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1m m\u00edt chu\u0165 pokra\u010dovat\u201c. T\u00edm nesni\u017eujete z\u00e1va\u017enost. Jen nesklouz\u00e1v\u00e1te do pau\u0161\u00e1ln\u00edch soud\u016f, ze kter\u00fdch se t\u011b\u017eko vrac\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkdy bude i p\u0159es ve\u0161kerou snahu eskalace pokra\u010dovat. To se st\u00e1v\u00e1.
