A pak p\u0159ijde jedna v\u011bta, pohled, ml\u010den\u00ed nebo pozn\u00e1mka \u201eto zase p\u0159eh\u00e1n\u00ed\u0161\u201c &#8211; a jste b\u011bhem n\u011bkolika minut p\u0159esn\u011b tam, kde u\u017e jste byli mockr\u00e1t. Kdy\u017e lid\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161\u00ed, pro\u010d se h\u00e1dky st\u00e1le opakuj\u00ed, \u010dasto nehledaj\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed radu pro lep\u0161\u00ed komunikaci. Sp\u00ed\u0161 cht\u011bj\u00ed pochopit, pro\u010d se i p\u0159es dobrou v\u016fli vrac\u00ed stejn\u00fd sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159.<\/p>\n<p>Opakuj\u00edc\u00ed se h\u00e1dky obvykle nevznikaj\u00ed proto, \u017ee by byl probl\u00e9m poka\u017ed\u00e9 nov\u00fd. Naopak. B\u00fdv\u00e1 velmi podobn\u00fd, jen se m\u011bn\u00ed kulisy. Jednou jde o pozdn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edchod, podruh\u00e9 o pen\u00edze, pot\u0159et\u00ed o to, kdo co neud\u011blal. Ale pod povrchem se \u010dasto opakuje tat\u00e1\u017e dynamika: jeden tla\u010d\u00ed, druh\u00fd se stahuje. Jeden pot\u0159ebuje uzn\u00e1n\u00ed, druh\u00fd <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/en\/jak-se-nenechat-rozhodit-kritikou\/\">sly\u0161\u00ed kritiku<\/a>. Jeden chce v\u011bci \u0159e\u0161it hned, druh\u00fd pot\u0159ebuje odstup. H\u00e1dka se tedy nevrac\u00ed kv\u016fli t\u00e9matu samotn\u00e9mu, ale kv\u016fli vzorci, kter\u00fd se spust\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Pro\u010d se h\u00e1dky st\u00e1le opakuj\u00ed i po omluv\u011b<\/h2>\n<p>Omluva m\u016f\u017ee situaci uklidnit, ale sama o sob\u011b je\u0161t\u011b nem\u011bn\u00ed mechanismus, kter\u00fd konflikt vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed. Mnoho p\u00e1r\u016f, koleg\u016f i rodinn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edk\u016f um\u00ed po h\u00e1dce \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee to p\u0159ehnali. Dok\u00e1\u017eou uznat t\u00f3n, slova i nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd dopad. Jen\u017ee kdy\u017e nedojde k rozpozn\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159esn\u00e9 sekvence, kter\u00e1 k v\u00fdbuchu vedla, vr\u00e1t\u00ed se tot\u00e9\u017e znovu.<\/p>\n<p>To je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 rozli\u0161it. Nesta\u010d\u00ed v\u011bd\u011bt, \u017ee \u201em\u00e1me probl\u00e9m v komunikaci\u201c. Pot\u0159ebujete vid\u011bt konkr\u00e9tn\u011bji, co se d\u011bje t\u011bsn\u011b p\u0159edt\u00edm, ne\u017e se rozhovor zlom\u00ed. Kdo co sly\u0161\u00ed. Jakou interpretaci si k tomu okam\u017eit\u011b p\u0159id\u00e1. Kde nastupuje obrana, zrychlen\u00ed, ironie, sta\u017een\u00ed nebo proti\u00fatok.<\/p>\n<p>Typick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edklad vypad\u00e1 nen\u00e1padn\u011b. Jeden \u010dlov\u011bk \u0159ekne: \u201ePot\u0159eboval bych, abys mi to \u0159\u00edkal d\u0159\u00edv.\u201c Druh\u00fd nesly\u0161\u00ed prosbu, ale v\u00fd\u010ditku. Odpov\u00ed podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u011b. Prvn\u00ed zareaguje tvrd\u0161\u00edm t\u00f3nem, proto\u017ee m\u00e1 pocit, \u017ee zase nen\u00ed br\u00e1n v\u00e1\u017en\u011b. Druh\u00fd se uzav\u0159e nebo za\u00fato\u010d\u00ed zp\u011bt. V tu chv\u00edli u\u017e se nevede rozhovor o konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed situaci. Aktivoval se zn\u00e1m\u00fd vztahov\u00fd vzorec.<\/p>\n<h2>H\u00e1dka neza\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 slovy, ale aktivac\u00ed star\u00e9 mapy<\/h2>\n<p>Lid\u00e9 si \u010dasto mysl\u00ed, \u017ee h\u00e1dku zp\u016fsobilo to, co bylo \u0159e\u010deno. Ve skute\u010dnosti b\u00fdv\u00e1 podstatn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed to, jak to bylo vyhodnoceno. V\u011bt\u0161ina opakuj\u00edc\u00edch se konflikt\u016f je rychl\u00e1 pr\u00e1v\u011b proto, \u017ee se neodehr\u00e1v\u00e1 jen v p\u0159\u00edtomnosti. Sou\u010dasn\u00e1 situace aktivuje starou mapu zku\u0161enost\u00ed: \u201ezase nejsem dost dobr\u00fd\u201c, \u201ezase m\u011b n\u011bkdo tla\u010d\u00ed\u201c, \u201ezase se mus\u00edm br\u00e1nit\u201c, \u201ezase v\u0161echno z\u016fstane na mn\u011b\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Tato mapa se nehl\u00e1s\u00ed jako vzpom\u00ednka. P\u0159ijde jako jistota. \u010clov\u011bk nem\u00e1 pocit, \u017ee n\u011bco interpretuje. M\u00e1 pocit, \u017ee p\u0159esn\u011b v\u00ed, co se d\u011bje. A podle toho jedn\u00e1. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tady b\u00fdv\u00e1 rozd\u00edl mezi realitou a interpretac\u00ed rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Realita m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt v\u011bta: \u201eNev\u011bd\u011bl jsem, \u017ee p\u0159ijde\u0161 pozd\u011bji.\u201c Interpretace m\u016f\u017ee zn\u00edt: \u201eKontroluje\u0161 m\u011b.\u201c Nebo naopak: \u201eJe ti jedno, \u017ee na tebe \u010dek\u00e1m.\u201c Kdy\u017e se v konfliktu pracuje jen s t\u00edm, co kdo \u0159ekl, \u010dasto se mine podstata. Pot\u0159ebujete vid\u011bt i to, co si kdo do situace dosadil.<\/p>\n<p>Neznamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee je probl\u00e9m jen ve va\u0161\u00ed hlav\u011b nebo \u017ee si n\u011bco vym\u00fd\u0161l\u00edte. Znamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee lidsk\u00e1 reakce nen\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/en\/detstvi-filtruje-realite-v-dospelosti\/\">\u010dist\u00fd z\u00e1znam reality<\/a>. Je to reakce na realitu plus v\u00fdznam, kter\u00fd j\u00ed p\u0159isoud\u00edte. A ten b\u00fdv\u00e1 u opakovan\u00fdch h\u00e1dek velmi stabiln\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdy\u017e se st\u0159etnou dva legitimn\u00ed zp\u016fsoby ochrany<\/h2>\n<p>Mnoh\u00e9 opakuj\u00edc\u00ed se konflikty nejsou st\u0159etem dobra a zla. Jsou st\u0159etem dvou zp\u016fsob\u016f ochrany. Jeden \u010dlov\u011bk se chr\u00e1n\u00ed tlakem, p\u0159esnost\u00ed, kontrolou a okam\u017eit\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm. Druh\u00fd se chr\u00e1n\u00ed odstupem, zdr\u017een\u00edm, ml\u010den\u00edm nebo odlo\u017een\u00edm rozhovoru. Oba si p\u0159ipadaj\u00ed opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u011b. A oba maj\u00ed z\u00e1rove\u0148 pocit, \u017ee ten druh\u00fd situaci zhor\u0161uje.<\/p>\n<p>V partnersk\u00e9m vztahu to m\u016f\u017ee vypadat jako v\u011b\u010dn\u00fd spor mezi \u201epoj\u010fme to vy\u0159e\u0161it hned\u201c a \u201ete\u010f to \u0159e\u0161it nechci\u201c. V t\u00fdmu zase jako st\u0159et mezi mana\u017eerem, kter\u00fd tla\u010d\u00ed na jasnost, a kolegou, kter\u00fd pot\u0159ebuje nejd\u0159\u00edv promyslet odpov\u011b\u010f. Ka\u017ed\u00fd z nich obvykle jedn\u00e1 logicky ze sv\u00e9ho pohledu. Probl\u00e9m je, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd sv\u00fdm stylem aktivuje obranu toho druh\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n<p>Tohle je jeden z d\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d se h\u00e1dky st\u00e1le opakuj\u00ed i mezi inteligentn\u00edmi, schopn\u00fdmi a jinak reflektovan\u00fdmi lidmi. Samotn\u00e1 inteligence toti\u017e nezabr\u00e1n\u00ed automatick\u00e9 reakci ve chv\u00edli, kdy je \u010dlov\u011bk pod tlakem. Pod tlakem se obvykle neprojevuje to, co si mysl\u00edte, \u017ee um\u00edte. Projev\u00ed se to, co m\u00e1te zafixovan\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Nesta\u010d\u00ed mluvit l\u00e9pe. Je pot\u0159eba rozpoznat bod zlomu<\/h2>\n<p>Rady typu \u201ev\u00edc si naslouchejte\u201c nebo \u201emluvte o sv\u00fdch pocitech\u201c nejsou samy o sob\u011b \u0161patn\u011b. Jen b\u00fdvaj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 obecn\u00e9. Pokud nev\u00edte, v jak\u00e9m okam\u017eiku se v\u00e1\u0161 rozhovor pravideln\u011b l\u00e1me, t\u011b\u017eko do n\u011bj vstoup\u00edte jinak.<\/p>\n<p>Bod zlomu je velmi konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed. N\u011bkdy je to prvn\u00ed obrann\u00e1 v\u011bta. Jindy t\u00f3n hlasu. N\u011bkdy okam\u017eik, kdy p\u0159estanete b\u00fdt zv\u011bdav\u00ed a za\u010dnete si intern\u011b dokazovat, \u017ee m\u00e1te pravdu. U n\u011bkoho je to moment, kdy zazn\u00ed zobecn\u011bn\u00ed jako \u201ety v\u017edycky\u201c nebo \u201es tebou se ned\u00e1 mluvit\u201c. U jin\u00e9ho nast\u00e1v\u00e1 zlomen\u00ed mnohem d\u0159\u00edv &#8211; u\u017e ve chv\u00edli, kdy druh\u00fd nevypad\u00e1 dost empaticky.<\/p>\n<p>Praktick\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce s konfliktem proto neza\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 u ide\u00e1ln\u00ed verze komunikace, ale u mapov\u00e1n\u00ed reality. Co p\u0159esn\u011b se stalo. V jak\u00e9m po\u0159ad\u00ed. Co bylo \u0159e\u010deno. Co bylo pouze domy\u0161leno. Kdy nastoupila obrana. Jakou funkci m\u011bla. Bez t\u00e9to p\u0159esnosti lid\u00e9 \u010dasto mluv\u00ed o h\u00e1dce velmi dlouho, ale st\u00e1le jen kolem n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Opakuj\u00edc\u00ed se h\u00e1dky \u010dasto dr\u017e\u00ed i skryt\u00fd zisk<\/h2>\n<p>To m\u016f\u017ee zn\u00edt nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b, ale n\u011bkdy konflikt p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed i n\u011bco, co udr\u017euje jeho opakov\u00e1n\u00ed. Ne proto, \u017ee by ho n\u011bkdo cht\u011bl. Sp\u00ed\u0161 proto, \u017ee i nefunk\u010dn\u00ed vzorec m\u00e1 n\u011bkdy zn\u00e1mou logiku a p\u0159edv\u00eddatelnost.<\/p>\n<p>Nap\u0159\u00edklad tlak m\u016f\u017ee \u010dlov\u011bku d\u00e1vat pocit, \u017ee aspo\u0148 n\u011bco d\u011bl\u00e1 a nenech\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u011bci b\u00fdt. Sta\u017een\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee zase poskytovat \u00falevu od p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed. Ironie m\u016f\u017ee chr\u00e1nit p\u0159ed zranitelnost\u00ed. V\u00fdbuch m\u016f\u017ee na chv\u00edli nahradit jasn\u00e9 vymezen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jindy chyb\u00ed. Konflikt tak nen\u00ed jen probl\u00e9m. N\u011bkdy je i n\u00e1hradn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed n\u011b\u010deho, co lid\u00e9 neum\u011bj\u00ed ud\u011blat p\u0159\u00edmo.<\/p>\n<p>Proto b\u00fdv\u00e1 zm\u011bna t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e se zd\u00e1. Nesta\u010d\u00ed si \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee se u\u017e nebudu roz\u010dilovat. Pokud hn\u011bv dosud plnil funkci s\u00edly, obrany nebo hranice, je pot\u0159eba naj\u00edt jin\u00fd zp\u016fsob, jak tuto funkci n\u00e9st. Jinak se star\u00fd mechanismus vr\u00e1t\u00ed p\u0159i prvn\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ei.<\/p>\n<h2>Co pom\u00e1h\u00e1, kdy\u017e chcete cyklus p\u0159eru\u0161it<\/h2>\n<p>Prvn\u00ed krok neb\u00fdv\u00e1 lep\u0161\u00ed sebeovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed, ale p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed orientace. Ne \u201eona zase d\u011blala sc\u00e9nu\u201c, ale \u201eve chv\u00edli, kdy jsem se odml\u010del, z\u016fstala bez opory a p\u0159itla\u010dila\u201c. Tato formulace nen\u00ed m\u011bk\u010d\u00ed. Je p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. A p\u0159esnost d\u00e1v\u00e1 \u0161anci n\u011bco zm\u011bnit.<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd je tak\u00e9 v\u00fdb\u011br okam\u017eiku. Ne v\u0161echno se d\u00e1 vy\u0159e\u0161it uprost\u0159ed aktivace. Pokud je nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m u\u017e v obran\u011b, \u010dlov\u011bk obvykle nehled\u00e1 porozum\u011bn\u00ed, ale <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/en\/short-term-intensive-support\/\">bezpe\u010d\u00ed, kontrolu nebo \u00fanik<\/a>. Jsou zvykl\u00ed zvl\u00e1dat slo\u017eit\u00e9 situace rychle, kompetentn\u011b a racion\u00e1ln\u011b. O to v\u00edc je m\u016f\u017ee roz\u010dilovat, kdy\u017e v bl\u00edzk\u00e9m vztahu nebo pod tlakem opakovan\u011b selh\u00e1vaj\u00ed ve stejn\u00e9 reakci. Jen\u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b tato sebekritika \u010dasto p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed vrstvu nap\u011bt\u00ed. M\u00edsto p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho vhledu nastupuje tvrdost v\u016f\u010di sob\u011b i druh\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n<p>Smyslupln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je br\u00e1t opakuj\u00edc\u00ed se h\u00e1dku jako datov\u00fd vzorek, ne jako d\u016fkaz vlastn\u00ed neschopnosti. Neptat se jen \u201ekdo za to m\u016f\u017ee\u201c, ale \u201ejak\u00fd mechanismus se tady znovu skl\u00e1d\u00e1\u201c. Tato zm\u011bna perspektivy neumen\u0161uje odpov\u011bdnost. Naopak ji vrac\u00ed tam, kde m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkter\u00e9 konflikty se p\u0159estanou opakovat a\u017e ve chv\u00edli, kdy si oba lid\u00e9 p\u0159estanou dokazovat svou verzi reality a za\u010dnou b\u00fdt schopni un\u00e9st, \u017ee v jedn\u00e9 situaci existuj\u00ed dv\u011b odli\u0161n\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti. To nen\u00ed relativizace. Je to podm\u00ednka pro p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed kontakt s t\u00edm, co se skute\u010dn\u011b d\u011bje.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e rozpozn\u00e1te sv\u016fj bod zlomu, sv\u016fj automatick\u00fd v\u00fdznam a sv\u016fj zp\u016fsob obrany, h\u00e1dka t\u00edm je\u0161t\u011b nezmiz\u00ed. Ale p\u0159estane v\u00e1s poka\u017ed\u00e9 \u0159\u00eddit stejn\u011b.
