Jen se opakuje stejn\u00fd typ porady, stejn\u00fd spor doma, stejn\u00fd pocit, \u017ee \u0159\u00edk\u00e1te n\u011bco rozumn\u011b &#8211; a druh\u00e1 strana sly\u0161\u00ed \u00fatok. Pr\u00e1v\u011b v takov\u00e9 chv\u00edli lid\u00e9 \u010dasto \u0159e\u0161\u00ed ot\u00e1zku kou\u010dink nebo terapie. Ne proto, \u017ee hledaj\u00ed n\u00e1lepku, ale proto\u017ee pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed p\u0159esn\u011bji rozum\u011bt tomu, co se s nimi d\u011bje a co jim skute\u010dn\u011b m\u016f\u017ee pomoct.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1m\u011bna t\u011bchto dvou p\u0159\u00edstup\u016f je b\u011b\u017en\u00e1. Zvenku mohou vypadat podobn\u011b &#8211; mluv\u00edte s odborn\u00edkem, pojmenov\u00e1v\u00e1te obt\u00ed\u017enou situaci, hled\u00e1te zm\u011bnu. Jen\u017ee c\u00edl pr\u00e1ce, typ zak\u00e1zky i zp\u016fsob veden\u00ed rozhovoru se li\u0161\u00ed. A pr\u00e1v\u011b na tom z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed. Kdy\u017e zvol\u00edte \u0161patn\u00fd r\u00e1mec, m\u016f\u017eete m\u00edt pocit, \u017ee se sice hodn\u011b mluv\u00ed, ale v\u011bci se neposouvaj\u00ed tam, kde je opravdu pot\u0159eba.<\/p>\n<h2>Kou\u010dink nebo terapie: nejde o lep\u0161\u00ed a hor\u0161\u00ed variantu<\/h2>\n<p>Prvn\u00ed u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 rozli\u0161en\u00ed je jednoduch\u00e9: nejde o sout\u011b\u017e dvou metod. Terapie nen\u00ed &#8220;v\u00edc do hloubky&#8221; automaticky a kou\u010dink nen\u00ed &#8220;leh\u010d\u00ed verze&#8221; pro lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed necht\u011bj\u00ed \u0159e\u0161it skute\u010dn\u00fd probl\u00e9m. Oba p\u0159\u00edstupy mohou b\u00fdt velmi hlubok\u00e9, ale pracuj\u00ed s jin\u00fdm zad\u00e1n\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>Terapie se obvykle zam\u011b\u0159uje na psychick\u00e9 pot\u00ed\u017ee, zran\u011bn\u00ed, symptomy, dlouhodob\u00e9 str\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed nebo t\u00e9mata, kter\u00e1 zasahuj\u00ed stabilitu \u010dlov\u011bka. M\u016f\u017ee se vracet k minulosti proto, \u017ee minulost st\u00e1le aktivn\u011b formuje p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9 pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed. Pokud se \u010dlov\u011bk pot\u00fdk\u00e1 s \u00fazkostmi, depresivn\u00edm lad\u011bn\u00edm, traumatem, z\u00e1vislost\u00ed, sebepo\u0161kozov\u00e1n\u00edm nebo v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm rozpadem fungov\u00e1n\u00ed, terapie je nam\u00edst\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Kou\u010dink naproti tomu pracuje prim\u00e1rn\u011b s \u010dlov\u011bkem, kter\u00fd je schopen n\u00e9st odpov\u011bdnost za sv\u00e9 rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed a pot\u0159ebuje si ujasnit realitu, vzorce a mo\u017enosti jedn\u00e1n\u00ed v konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch situac\u00edch. Typicky nejde o ot\u00e1zku &#8220;co je se mnou \u0161patn\u011b&#8221;, ale sp\u00ed\u0161 &#8220;pro\u010d se mi tohle opakuje, co v tom nevid\u00edm a jak m\u00e1m jednat jinak&#8221;. T\u011b\u017ei\u0161t\u011bm nen\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dba psychick\u00e9 poruchy, ale orientace, p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u00fasudek a zm\u011bna chov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdy d\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed smysl kou\u010dink<\/h2>\n<p>Kou\u010dink b\u00fdv\u00e1 vhodn\u00fd ve chv\u00edli, kdy \u010dlov\u011bk funguje, ale jeho fungov\u00e1n\u00ed je pod tlakem deformovan\u00e9. Navenek zvl\u00e1d\u00e1 hodn\u011b, uvnit\u0159 v\u0161ak ztr\u00e1c\u00ed oporu. T\u00fdk\u00e1 se to \u010dasto lid\u00ed s vysokou m\u00edrou odpov\u011bdnosti &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/en\/corporate-coaching-and-leadership\/\">l\u00eddr\u016f, mana\u017eer\u016f, podnikatel\u016f<\/a>, expert\u016f nebo rodi\u010d\u016f v n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 situaci.<\/p>\n<p>Typick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edklad je vedouc\u00ed pracovn\u00edk, kter\u00fd se opakovan\u011b dost\u00e1v\u00e1 do konfliktu s t\u00fdmem. Nem\u00e1 pocit, \u017ee by byl nekompetentn\u00ed. Sp\u00ed\u0161 nar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed na to, \u017ee jeho dob\u0159e m\u00edn\u011bn\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edmost je \u010dtena jako tlak, nebo naopak p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 dlouho ustupuje a pak reaguje skokov\u011b. V takov\u00e9 chv\u00edli je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 mapovat konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed interakce: co se skute\u010dn\u011b stalo, co byla fakta, co interpretace, jak\u00e9 vzorce se aktivovaly a jak\u00e1 jin\u00e1 reakce by byla p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Podobn\u011b to plat\u00ed v osobn\u00edch vztaz\u00edch. N\u011bkdo se st\u00e1le znovu ocit\u00e1 v dynamice, kde p\u0159eb\u00edr\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 odpov\u011bdnosti, uml\u010duje vlastn\u00ed pot\u0159eby nebo se nech\u00e1 zatla\u010dit do obrany. Nejde nutn\u011b o klinick\u00fd probl\u00e9m. Jde o opakuj\u00edc\u00ed se nastaven\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 sv\u00e9 spou\u0161t\u011b\u010de a d\u016fsledky. Kou\u010dink v takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pom\u00e1h\u00e1 rozpoznat mechanismus a p\u0159ev\u00e9st vhled do praxe.<\/p>\n<p>Dobr\u00e9 vod\u00edtko zn\u00ed: pokud hled\u00e1te v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed jasnost v rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed reakce pod tlakem, lep\u0161\u00ed orientaci ve vztahov\u00e9 dynamice a konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed zm\u011bnu jedn\u00e1n\u00ed, kou\u010dink m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt velmi \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdy je na m\u00edst\u011b terapie<\/h2>\n<p>Terapie d\u00e1v\u00e1 smysl tam, kde nejde jen o rozhodnut\u00ed nebo komunika\u010dn\u00ed dovednost, ale o psychickou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e, kter\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bka oslabuje v samotn\u00e9m z\u00e1kladu. Nespavost, panick\u00e9 stavy, dlouhodob\u00e1 beznad\u011bj, siln\u00e1 \u00fazkost, nezvladateln\u00e9 v\u00fdkyvy, traumata nebo zahlcen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 znemo\u017e\u0148uje b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 fungov\u00e1n\u00ed, nepat\u0159\u00ed do r\u00e1mce kou\u010dinku.<\/p>\n<p>Stejn\u011b tak pokud se \u010dlov\u011bk opakovan\u011b dost\u00e1v\u00e1 do stavu, kdy ztr\u00e1c\u00ed kontakt s realitou situace, nedok\u00e1\u017ee regulovat emoce ani v z\u00e1kladn\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e nebo pot\u0159ebuje bezpe\u010dn\u00fd prostor pro zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch zku\u0161enost\u00ed, terapie je p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed volba. Ne proto, \u017ee by byl slab\u00fd. Ale proto, \u017ee zak\u00e1zka nen\u00ed v\u00fdkonov\u00e1 ani strategick\u00e1. Je l\u00e9\u010div\u00e1 a stabiliza\u010dn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkdy je rozd\u00edl m\u00e9n\u011b n\u00e1padn\u00fd. \u010clov\u011bk m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ij\u00edt s t\u00edm, \u017ee chce l\u00e9pe komunikovat, ale v pr\u016fb\u011bhu se uk\u00e1\u017ee, \u017ee je za t\u00edm dlouhodob\u00e9 znehodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed, trauma nebo hlubok\u00e1 vnit\u0159n\u00ed nejistota, kter\u00e1 se v kontaktu s druh\u00fdmi aktivuje natolik siln\u011b, \u017ee bez terapeutick\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 j\u00edt d\u00e1l. To nen\u00ed selh\u00e1n\u00ed procesu. To je up\u0159esn\u011bn\u00ed reality.<\/p>\n<h2>Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed omyl: kou\u010dink jen na c\u00edle, terapie jen na minulost<\/h2>\n<p>Tohle d\u011blen\u00ed je p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 hrub\u00e9. Ano, kou\u010dink \u010dasto pracuje s c\u00edlem a terapie \u010dasto otev\u00edr\u00e1 minulost. Ale v praxi to nen\u00ed tak \u010dist\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Kvalitn\u00ed kou\u010dink nejde jen po c\u00edli typu &#8220;chci b\u00fdt lep\u0161\u00ed mana\u017eer&#8221;. Zkoum\u00e1, co \u010dlov\u011bku br\u00e1n\u00ed jednat jinak pr\u00e1v\u011b ve chv\u00edli, kdy je pod tlakem. To znamen\u00e1 pracovat s p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00edmi, obrann\u00fdmi reakcemi, vztahem k autorit\u011b, konfliktem nebo vlastn\u00ed hodnot\u011b. Jinak \u0159e\u010deno, i kou\u010dink m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt psychologicky hlubok\u00fd &#8211; jen nepracuje v l\u00e9\u010debn\u00e9m r\u00e1mci.<\/p>\n<p>A terapie se naopak nemus\u00ed donekone\u010dna vracet do minulosti. M\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt velmi praktick\u00e1 a zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 na to, jak \u010dlov\u011bk funguje te\u010f. Rozd\u00edl je v tom, \u017ee praktick\u00fd dopad je zasazen\u00fd do terapeutick\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce s pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm, symptomy a psychickou stabilitou.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ot\u00e1zka tedy nen\u00ed, jestli chcete \u0159e\u0161it minulost nebo budoucnost. P\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ot\u00e1zka zn\u00ed: pot\u0159ebujete se l\u00e9\u010dit, stabilizovat a zpracovat psychickou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e, nebo pot\u0159ebujete l\u00e9pe rozum\u011bt sv\u00e9 sou\u010dasn\u00e9 realit\u011b a jednat jinak v konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch situac\u00edch?<\/p>\n<h2>Jak poznat, co pr\u00e1v\u011b te\u010f pot\u0159ebujete<\/h2>\n<p>Pom\u00e1h\u00e1 pod\u00edvat se ne na to, co v\u00e1s tr\u00e1p\u00ed, ale jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem v\u00e1s to tr\u00e1p\u00ed. Dva lid\u00e9 mohou popisovat stejn\u00fd probl\u00e9m &#8211; nap\u0159\u00edklad opakuj\u00edc\u00ed se konflikty s partnerem nebo t\u00fdmem &#8211; a p\u0159itom pot\u0159ebovat odli\u0161n\u00fd typ pr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n<p>Jestli\u017ee jste v konfliktu schopni alespo\u0148 zp\u011btn\u011b rozli\u0161it, co se stalo, co jste c\u00edtili, co jste ud\u011blali a co byste p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b cht\u011bli zm\u011bnit, b\u00fdv\u00e1 kou\u010dink dobr\u00fd r\u00e1mec. M\u00e1te kapacitu reflektovat a p\u0159ev\u00e1d\u011bt vhled do jedn\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Jestli\u017ee v\u00e1s stejn\u00e1 situace pravideln\u011b zcela zaplav\u00ed, vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 siln\u00e9 stavy bezmoci, paniky, studu nebo odpojen\u00ed a nejde se o ni op\u0159\u00edt ani zp\u011btn\u011b, pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b je pot\u0159eba nejd\u0159\u00edv terapeutick\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce. Nejd\u0159\u00edv stabilita, potom strategie.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm rozli\u0161ovac\u00edm bodem je o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed od odborn\u00edka. Od kou\u010de lid\u00e9 obvykle pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed strukturu, zrcadlen\u00ed, p\u0159esn\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky, pr\u00e1ci s realitou a tlak na p\u0159evod do praxe. Od terapeuta sp\u00ed\u0161 prostor pro zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed, l\u00e9\u010dbu a bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 unesen\u00ed t\u00e9mat, kter\u00e1 jsou p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 zat\u011b\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed na to, aby se \u0159e\u0161ila jen jako zm\u011bna chov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Co kdy\u017e pot\u0159ebujete oboj\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>I to se st\u00e1v\u00e1. N\u011bkdo je v terapii kv\u016fli dlouhodob\u00e9 \u00fazkosti a sou\u010dasn\u011b pot\u0159ebuje v kou\u010dinku \u0159e\u0161it konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed mana\u017eersk\u00e9 situace, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/en\/best-assertive-communication-techniques\/\">hranice v komunikaci<\/a> nebo rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed pod tlakem. Pokud jsou role jasn\u011b odd\u011blen\u00e9, m\u016f\u017ee to fungovat dob\u0159e.<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 ale je, aby se tyto p\u0159\u00edstupy nem\u00edchaly bez rozli\u0161en\u00ed. Kdy\u017e kou\u010d za\u010dne l\u00e9\u010dit trauma, p\u0159ekra\u010duje r\u00e1mec sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce. Kdy\u017e se naopak v terapii dlouhodob\u011b obch\u00e1z\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed a opakuj\u00edc\u00ed se komunika\u010dn\u00ed vzorce, m\u016f\u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk rozum\u011bt sv\u00e9mu p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhu, ale st\u00e1le jednat stejn\u011b. V obou p\u0159\u00edpadech pak chyb\u00ed p\u0159esnost.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b p\u0159esnost b\u00fdv\u00e1 rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed. Ne ka\u017ed\u00e9 hlubok\u00e9 t\u00e9ma pat\u0159\u00ed do terapie a ne ka\u017ed\u00e9 funk\u010dn\u00ed vystupov\u00e1n\u00ed znamen\u00e1, \u017ee sta\u010d\u00ed kou\u010dink. Pot\u0159eba se pozn\u00e1 podle toho, co m\u00e1 b\u00fdt v\u00fdsledkem pr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n<h2>Kou\u010dink nebo terapie v pr\u00e1ci a ve vztaz\u00edch<\/h2>\n<p>V pracovn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed lid\u00e9 \u010dasto podce\u0148uj\u00ed, jak moc jejich v\u00fdsledky ovliv\u0148uje neviditeln\u00e1 vztahov\u00e1 dynamika. Konflikt v t\u00fdmu nemus\u00ed vznikat proto, \u017ee n\u011bkdo neum\u00ed komunikovat, ale proto\u017ee opakovan\u011b vstupuje do zn\u00e1m\u00e9 role &#8211; zachr\u00e1nce, vyh\u00fdbav\u00e9ho pozorovatele, p\u0159ehnan\u011b tvrd\u00e9ho korektora nebo \u010dlov\u011bka, kter\u00fd ustoup\u00ed, dokud u\u017e nevybuchne. To jsou situace, kde m\u00e1 kou\u010dink vysokou hodnotu. Ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed abstraktn\u00ed rozvoj, ale konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed mechanismus v konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed realit\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Ve vztaz\u00edch je to podobn\u00e9. Pokud \u010dlov\u011bk pot\u0159ebuje rozum\u011bt tomu, pro\u010d st\u00e1le p\u0159itahuje <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/en\/how-to-recognise-your-behavioural-patterns\/\">stejn\u00fd typ dynamiky<\/a>, pro\u010d ztr\u00e1c\u00ed hlas nebo pro\u010d automaticky p\u0159eb\u00edr\u00e1 vinu, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt kou\u010dink velmi p\u0159esn\u00fd. Pokud je ale vztahov\u00e9 t\u00e9ma spojeno s hlubok\u00fdm traumatem, chronick\u00fdm strachem nebo z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdm naru\u0161en\u00edm pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed sebe sama, je bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed terapeutick\u00fd r\u00e1mec.<\/p>\n<p>Nejde tedy jen o oblast \u017eivota, ale o povahu zak\u00e1zky. Pr\u00e1ce i partnerstv\u00ed mohou b\u00fdt m\u00edstem pro kou\u010dink i terapii. Rozhoduje, zda je hlavn\u00edm \u00fakolem l\u00e9\u010dba, nebo zm\u011bna jedn\u00e1n\u00ed op\u0159en\u00e1 o lep\u0161\u00ed rozli\u0161en\u00ed reality.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkdy sta\u010d\u00ed jedin\u00e1 poctiv\u011b polo\u017een\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka: pot\u0159ebuji se te\u010f v\u00edc uzdravit, nebo se pot\u0159ebuji za\u010d\u00edt orientovat a jednat p\u0159esn\u011bji? Odpov\u011b\u010f neb\u00fdv\u00e1 v\u017edy p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1, ale \u010dasto je p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b jasn\u00e1.
