Vedouc\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee upravit zp\u016fsob rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed, v\u011bdom\u011b odd\u011blit sb\u011br n\u00e1mitek od obhajoby n\u00e1vrhu, vracet se k p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00fdm hlas\u016fm nebo transparentn\u011b uk\u00e1zat, jak nalo\u017eil s nep\u0159\u00edjemnou zp\u011btnou vazbou. T\u00fdm bez bezpe\u010d\u00ed sice m\u016f\u017ee kr\u00e1tkodob\u011b p\u016fsobit disciplinovan\u011b, ale d\u011bl\u00e1 dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed chyby. Pozd\u011bji eskaluje probl\u00e9my. A p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed o p\u0159esnost \u00fasudku, proto\u017ee informace te\u010dou filtrovan\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Naopak vysok\u00e9 bezpe\u010d\u00ed bez odpov\u011bdnosti tak\u00e9 nefunguje.
