Pak nevznik\u00e1 probl\u00e9m jen v tom, co se rozhodne, ale odkud se rozhodnut\u00ed bere.<\/p>\n<h2>Co je pr\u016fvodce v\u011bdom\u00fdm rozhodov\u00e1n\u00edm doopravdy<\/h2>\n<p>V\u011bdom\u00e9 rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed nen\u00ed pomalej\u0161\u00ed verze intuice ani racion\u00e1ln\u00ed hra na odstup. Nesta\u010d\u00ed si polo\u017eit ot\u00e1zku Co m\u00e1m ud\u011blat. \u010casto je pot\u0159eba se pt\u00e1t tak\u00e9 Co m\u011b pr\u00e1v\u011b \u017eene k tomu ud\u011blat tohle a ne n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n<h2>Kde se rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed nej\u010dast\u011bji l\u00e1me<\/h2>\n<p>Pod tlakem se lid\u00e9 zpravidla neselh\u00e1vaj\u00ed v hodnot\u00e1ch, ale v orientaci. V\u011bd\u00ed, \u017ee cht\u011bj\u00ed jednat f\u00e9rov\u011b, jasn\u011b nebo pevn\u011b, ale ztrat\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup k tomu, co je te\u010f relevantn\u00ed. M\u00edsto reality za\u010dnou reagovat na interpretaci.<\/p>\n<p>Typick\u00e1 situace vypad\u00e1 takto: kolega nebo nad\u0159\u00edzen\u00fd pronese v\u011btu, kter\u00e1 je form\u00e1ln\u011b neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed, ale nese skryt\u00e9 zpochybn\u011bn\u00ed. Vy to c\u00edt\u00edte, jen to neum\u00edte hned p\u0159esn\u011b pojmenovat. Proto za\u010dnete pochybovat o sob\u011b m\u00edsto o dynamice situace. Dal\u0161\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed u\u017e se pak odv\u00edj\u00ed od t\u00e9to nejistoty. Zm\u011bk\u010d\u00edte formulaci. Ustoup\u00edte d\u0159\u00edv, ne\u017e bylo nutn\u00e9. Nebo naopak reagujete ost\u0159eji, ne\u017e odpov\u00edd\u00e1 realit\u011b, proto\u017ee jste vnit\u0159n\u011b zahlceni.<\/p>\n<p>Podobn\u011b to funguje i doma. Nejde jen o pr\u00e1ci. V partnersk\u00e9m vztahu, v komunikaci s dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edm nebo v \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed rodin\u011b \u010dasto nerozhodujete jen o konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed v\u011bci, ale o tom, jakou pozici v syst\u00e9mu zaujmete. Budete znovu n\u00e9st v\u00edc, ne\u017e je va\u0161e? Budete vysv\u011btlovat n\u011bco, co u\u017e bylo \u0159e\u010deno jasn\u011b? Budete ustupovat tlaku jen proto, \u017ee druh\u00fd neum\u00ed un\u00e9st hranici?<\/p>\n<h2>Step one: separate facts from interpretations<\/h2>\n<p>Pokud m\u00e1 b\u00fdt rozhodnut\u00ed v\u011bdom\u00e9, mus\u00ed st\u00e1t na n\u011b\u010dem pevn\u00e9m. T\u00edm nejsou pocity, ani n\u00e1zory druh\u00fdch, ale fakta. Co p\u0159esn\u011b bylo \u0159e\u010deno. Co se skute\u010dn\u011b stalo. Co je domn\u011bnka. Co je va\u0161e dopln\u011bn\u00ed. Co je opakuj\u00edc\u00ed se vzorec, kter\u00fd do situace vn\u00e1\u0161\u00edte vy.<\/p>\n<p>Tento krok b\u00fdv\u00e1 p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd. Ne proto, \u017ee by lid\u00e9 neum\u011bli myslet analyticky, ale proto\u017ee pod emo\u010dn\u00edm tlakem se interpretace tv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed jako fakta. V\u011bta \u201eon m\u011b schv\u00e1ln\u011b shazuje\u201c m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pravdiv\u00e1, ale je\u0161t\u011b to nen\u00ed fakt. Faktem je, \u017ee p\u0159i porad\u011b t\u0159ikr\u00e1t p\u0159eru\u0161il va\u0161i v\u011btu, ignoroval argument a n\u00e1sledn\u011b ho podal jako vlastn\u00ed. Teprve z t\u00e9to \u00farovn\u011b lze uva\u017eovat p\u0159esn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Jakmile pojmenujete realitu bez n\u00e1nosu, m\u011bn\u00ed se kvalita rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed. Ne\u0159e\u0161\u00edte, zda jste \u201ep\u0159ecitliv\u011bl\u00ed\u201c, ale zda konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed chov\u00e1n\u00ed druh\u00e9ho odpov\u00edd\u00e1 spolupr\u00e1ci, nebo posouv\u00e1n\u00ed pozice. To je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed rozd\u00edl.<\/p>\n<h3>Co si ov\u011b\u0159it, ne\u017e se rozhodnete<\/h3>\n<p>P\u0159ed d\u016fle\u017eitou reakc\u00ed pom\u00e1h\u00e1 kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 vnit\u0159n\u00ed ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed. Co v\u00edm jist\u011b. Co si dom\u00fd\u0161l\u00edm. Co m\u011b na tom aktivuje. A co je c\u00edlem m\u00e9 reakce.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b posledn\u00ed ot\u00e1zka b\u00fdv\u00e1 kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1. Mnoho rozhodnut\u00ed toti\u017e nevych\u00e1z\u00ed z c\u00edle, ale z \u00falevy. \u010clov\u011bk ne\u0159ekne ano, proto\u017ee je to spr\u00e1vn\u00e9, ale proto\u017ee u\u017e nechce n\u00e9st nap\u011bt\u00ed. Neodm\u00edtne nab\u00eddku proto, \u017ee nen\u00ed vhodn\u00e1, ale proto\u017ee se boj\u00ed selh\u00e1n\u00ed. Nepojmenuje probl\u00e9m ne proto, \u017ee by nebyl d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd, ale proto\u017ee nechce riskovat ztr\u00e1tu vztahu. Takov\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee kr\u00e1tkodob\u011b ulevit, ale dlouhodob\u011b oslabuje pozici i sebe\u00factu.<\/p>\n<h2>Pr\u016fvodce v\u011bdom\u00fdm rozhodov\u00e1n\u00edm v konfliktn\u00edch situac\u00edch<\/h2>\n<p>Nejt\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed nejsou ta slo\u017eit\u00e1, ale ta vztahov\u011b zat\u00ed\u017een\u00e1. Kdy\u017e v\u00edte, \u017ee druh\u00e1 strana bude reagovat tlakem, ura\u017een\u00edm, proti\u00fatokem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/en\/risky-relationships\/\">nebo manipulac\u00ed<\/a>, p\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1 j\u00edt jen o obsah. Mus\u00edte un\u00e9st i d\u016fsledky sv\u00e9 jasnosti.<\/p>\n<p>To je d\u016fvod, pro\u010d mnoho schopn\u00fdch lid\u00ed nep\u016fsob\u00ed ve vypjat\u00fdch situac\u00edch p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010div\u011b. Ne proto, \u017ee by nem\u011bli pravdu, ale proto\u017ee jejich rozhodnut\u00ed nen\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u011b usazen\u00e9. Je v n\u011bm p\u0159\u00edm\u011bs pot\u0159eby b\u00fdt pochopen, potvrzen nebo nezra\u0148ovat. Druh\u00e1 strana to \u010dasto vyc\u00edt\u00ed a za\u010dne tla\u010dit pr\u00e1v\u011b tam.<\/p>\n<p>V\u011bdom\u00e9 rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed zde neznamen\u00e1 tvrdost. Znamen\u00e1 p\u0159esnost. Nap\u0159\u00edklad m\u00edsto dlouh\u00e9ho vysv\u011btlov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017eete \u0159\u00edct, co je pro v\u00e1s relevantn\u00ed, co nen\u00ed a jak budete postupovat d\u00e1l. Bez obrany, bez p\u0159eb\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed ciz\u00ed interpretace. Znamen\u00e1 to um\u011bt rozeznat, kdy jste je\u0161t\u011b v reaktivit\u011b. Pokud c\u00edt\u00edte pot\u0159ebu se obh\u00e1jit, okam\u017eit\u011b se vysv\u011btlit nebo naopak utnout kontakt, je vysok\u00e1 pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b nerozhodujete svobodn\u011b. Neberete to jako charakterovou vadu, ale jako informaci o vzorci, se kter\u00fdm je pot\u0159eba pracovat.<\/p>\n<p>To je podstatn\u00e9.
