Mana\u017eer nechce ztratit autoritu, zku\u0161en\u00fd specialista nechce ustoupit nekompetenci, podnikatel nechce tolerovat chaos. To je pochopiteln\u00e9. Jen\u017ee pot\u0159eba rychle situaci srovnat \u010dasto vede k jedn\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 konflikt ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed, ale upev\u0148uje. Navenek to m\u016f\u017ee vypadat jako r\u00e1zn\u00fd z\u00e1sah. Ve skute\u010dnosti se t\u00edm jen potvrzuje vzorec, kter\u00fd se objev\u00ed znovu p\u0159i dal\u0161\u00ed porad\u011b, v dal\u0161\u00edm projektu nebo s jin\u00fdm \u010dlov\u011bkem.<\/p>\n<h2>Chyby p\u0159i \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed pracovn\u00edch konflikt\u016f za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed d\u0159\u00edv, ne\u017e si mysl\u00edte<\/h2>\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed si p\u0159edstav\u00ed konflikt jako okam\u017eik st\u0159etu. Jedna mo\u017enost je, \u017ee upozor\u0148uje na slab\u00e1 m\u00edsta. Druh\u00e1, \u017ee si buduje pozici na v\u00e1\u0161 \u00fa\u010det. Rozd\u00edl je v tom, jestli to rozpozn\u00e1te z konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch dat a opakovan\u00e9ho vzorce, nebo z prvn\u00edho vnit\u0159n\u00edho poplachu.<\/p>\n<h2>Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed chyby p\u0159i \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed pracovn\u00edch konflikt\u016f<\/h2>\n<p>Prvn\u00ed \u010dast\u00e1 chyba je snaha vy\u0159e\u0161it nap\u011bt\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 rychle. Lid\u00e9 pod tlakem cht\u011bj\u00ed m\u00edt klid, a tak konflikt bu\u010f useknou, nebo naopak hned &#8220;vy\u010dist\u00ed vzduch&#8221;. Ani jedno samo o sob\u011b nen\u00ed \u0161patn\u011b. Probl\u00e9m je, kdy\u017e rychlost nahrad\u00ed p\u0159esnost. Useknete t\u00e9ma, ale nepojmenujete, co bylo za hranou. Otev\u0159ete rozhovor, ale jdete do n\u011bj je\u0161t\u011b ve stavu vnit\u0159n\u00ed obrany. V\u00fdsledkem je bu\u010f zd\u00e1nliv\u00fd klid, nebo rozhovor, po kter\u00e9m jsou ob\u011b strany je\u0161t\u011b jist\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, \u017ee probl\u00e9m je v t\u00e9 druh\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Druh\u00e1 chyba je m\u00edchat obsah a dynamiku. Obsah je to, o \u010dem se mluv\u00ed &#8211; term\u00edny, odpov\u011bdnosti, kvalita v\u00fdstupu. Je to \u010dasto sign\u00e1l, \u017ee druh\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee pokra\u010dovat. Jen prodlu\u017euje obdob\u00ed, kdy se realita rozpad\u00e1 a v\u00e1\u0161 \u00fasudek s n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3>Kdy\u017e si pletete klid s pasivitou<\/h3>\n<p>\u0158ada profesion\u00e1l\u016f chce p\u016fsobit v\u011bcn\u011b, a tak konflikt \u0159e\u0161\u00ed velmi opatrn\u011b. Vol\u00ed m\u011bkk\u00e9 formulace, zleh\u010duj\u00ed vlastn\u00ed v\u00fdhrady a doufaj\u00ed, \u017ee druh\u00e1 strana mezi \u0159\u00e1dky pochop\u00ed. Nepochop\u00ed. Nebo pochop\u00ed p\u0159esn\u011b to, \u017ee hranice nen\u00ed pevn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Klid neznamen\u00e1 b\u00fdt neur\u010dit\u00fd. Klid znamen\u00e1 vydr\u017eet u fakt\u016f i ve chv\u00edli, kdy druh\u00fd tla\u010d\u00ed na emoci, rychlost nebo zmatek. V\u011bta &#8220;Na porad\u011b jste mi t\u0159ikr\u00e1t vstoupil do \u0159e\u010di, a kdy\u017e jsem cht\u011bl dokon\u010dit argument, p\u0159e\u0161li jsme d\u00e1l. To pot\u0159ebuji zm\u011bnit&#8221; je klidn\u00e1 a pevn\u00e1 z\u00e1rove\u0148. Nen\u00ed \u00fato\u010dn\u00e1, ale nenech\u00e1v\u00e1 prostor pro ml\u017een\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3>Kdy\u017e si pletete hranici s \u00fatokem<\/h3>\n<p>Druh\u00fd extr\u00e9m je tvrdost, kter\u00e1 se tv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed jako s\u00edla. \u010clov\u011bk u\u017e m\u00e1 dost, a tak p\u0159itvrd\u00ed. Zvedne hlas, ironizuje, vr\u00e1t\u00ed druh\u00e9mu stejnou minci. Kr\u00e1tkodob\u011b to m\u016f\u017ee fungovat &#8211; protistrana couvne. Jen\u017ee cena b\u00fdv\u00e1 vysok\u00e1. T\u00fdm za\u010dne b\u00fdt opatrn\u00fd, komunikace se p\u0159esune do z\u00e1kulis\u00ed a autorita se za\u010dne op\u00edrat v\u00edc o obavu ne\u017e o respekt.<\/p>\n<p>Pevn\u00e1 hranice nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt hlasit\u00e1. N\u011bkdy sta\u010d\u00ed zastavit r\u00e1mec rozhovoru: &#8220;Jestli budeme pokra\u010dovat stylem p\u0159eru\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed a osobn\u00edch nar\u00e1\u017eek, tenhle rozhovor te\u010f nem\u00e1 smysl. Vr\u00e1t\u00edm se k n\u011bmu, a\u017e budeme mluvit k v\u011bci.&#8221; To nen\u00ed \u00fanik. To je odm\u00edtnut\u00ed podm\u00ednek, ve kter\u00fdch u\u017e se realita ned\u00e1 rozli\u0161it od tlaku.<\/p>\n<h2>Co d\u011blat m\u00edsto automatick\u00fdch reakc\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Nejprve je pot\u0159eba odd\u011blit, co se stalo, od toho, co si o tom mysl\u00edte. Ne v teorii, ale velmi konkr\u00e9tn\u011b. Co bylo \u0159e\u010deno? Kdo byl p\u0159\u00edtomen? Co se opakuje? Kde je domn\u011bnka a kde pozorovateln\u00fd vzorec? Tento krok b\u00fdv\u00e1 p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd, proto\u017ee pod tlakem m\u00e1me tendenci sv\u00e9 interpretace pova\u017eovat za fakta.<\/p>\n<p>Pak d\u00e1v\u00e1 smysl ujasnit si, co p\u0159esn\u011b chcete \u0159e\u0161it. Ne &#8220;aby to bylo lep\u0161\u00ed&#8221;, ale jak\u00e1 zm\u011bna m\u00e1 nastat. Chcete, aby se zp\u011btn\u00e1 vazba d\u00e1vala mimo poradu? Aby odpov\u011bdnosti byly potvrzen\u00e9 p\u00edsemn\u011b? Aby druh\u00fd p\u0159estal p\u0159eskakovat schv\u00e1len\u00fd proces? \u010c\u00edm p\u0159esn\u011bji to pojmenujete, t\u00edm men\u0161\u00ed je \u0161ance, \u017ee rozhovor ute\u010de do obecn\u00fdch dojm\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je i volba m\u00edsta a \u010dasu. N\u011bkter\u00e9 konflikty se nedaj\u00ed \u0159e\u0161it mezi dve\u0159mi ani p\u011bt minut po porad\u011b, kdy v obou stran\u00e1ch je\u0161t\u011b b\u011b\u017e\u00ed adrenalin. To nen\u00ed slabost. To je respekt k tomu, \u017ee pod vysok\u00fdm tlakem lid\u00e9 \u010dast\u011bji h\u00e1j\u00ed obraz sebe sama ne\u017e hledaj\u00ed p\u0159esnou reakci.<\/p>\n<p>A pak je tu m\u00e9n\u011b pohodln\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st: pod\u00edvat se na vlastn\u00ed pod\u00edl. Ne ve smyslu viny, ale vzorce. Ustupujete p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 dlouho a pak vybuchnete? Vysv\u011btlujete moc a hranice d\u00e1v\u00e1te pozd\u011b? Pot\u0159ebujete b\u00fdt vn\u00edm\u00e1ni jako rozumn\u00ed, a proto p\u0159ehl\u00ed\u017e\u00edte drobn\u00e9 posuny reality, dokud nejsou velk\u00e9? Bez t\u00e9to \u010d\u00e1sti se konflikt m\u016f\u017ee m\u011bnit vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi kulisami, ale z\u00e1kladn\u00ed sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159 z\u016fstane stejn\u00fd.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdy nejde jen o neshodu, ale o opakuj\u00edc\u00ed se vzorec<\/h2>\n<p>Jednor\u00e1zov\u00fd st\u0159et se d\u00e1 \u010dasto vy\u0159e\u0161it dobr\u00fdm rozhovorem. Opakuj\u00edc\u00ed se konflikt u\u017e vy\u017eaduje p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010dten\u00ed dynamiky. Pokud po ka\u017ed\u00e9m pokusu o vyjasn\u011bn\u00ed odch\u00e1z\u00edte zmaten\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, pokud se t\u00e9ma pravideln\u011b p\u0159evr\u00e1t\u00ed proti v\u00e1m, nebo pokud za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1te pochybovat o tom, co jste sami vid\u011bli a sly\u0161eli, nejde jen o komunika\u010dn\u00ed neobratnost.<\/p>\n<p>V takov\u00e9 chv\u00edli je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 sledovat, co se v interakci opakuje bez ohledu na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed t\u00e9ma. Je to znehodnocen\u00ed? Tlak na okam\u017eitou odpov\u011b\u010f? Ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 testov\u00e1n\u00ed autority? P\u0159esun odpov\u011bdnosti? Jakmile <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/en\/how-to-deal-with-passive-aggression\/\">uvid\u00edte vzorec<\/a>, m\u011bn\u00ed se i va\u0161e mo\u017enosti. P\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1te hasit jednotliv\u00e9 incidenty a za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1te jednat strategicky.<\/p>\n<p>To je rozd\u00edl mezi reakc\u00ed a veden\u00edm situace. Reakce je \u010dasto rychl\u00e1 a srozumiteln\u00e1 jen v\u00e1m. Veden\u00ed situace znamen\u00e1, \u017ee rozum\u00edte tomu, co se d\u011bje, nenech\u00e1te se vt\u00e1hnout do ciz\u00edho r\u00e1mce a vol\u00edte odpov\u011b\u010f podle c\u00edle, ne podle moment\u00e1ln\u00edho tlaku.<\/p>\n<p>Pracovn\u00ed konflikty samy o sob\u011b nejsou zn\u00e1mkou selh\u00e1n\u00ed. Selh\u00e1n\u00ed je sp\u00ed\u0161 to, kdy\u017e v nich opakovan\u011b ztr\u00e1c\u00edte orientaci, a p\u0159esto d\u00e1l pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te stejn\u00e9 postupy. \u010c\u00edm n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed role, t\u00edm m\u00e9n\u011b si m\u016f\u017eete dovolit reagovat jen z automatismu. P\u0159esnost v konfliktu nevypad\u00e1 efektn\u011b.
