Kontroluj\u00ed zn\u00e1mky, p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00ed povinnosti, ptaj\u00ed se, co bude po \u0161kole, sna\u017e\u00ed se udr\u017eet \u0159\u00e1d. Co bylo za test? U\u017e sis opravil tu matiku? A podle toho tak\u00e9 odpov\u00edd\u00e1.<\/p>\n<h2>Co v n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9m rozhovoru opravdu pom\u00e1h\u00e1<\/h2>\n<p>Pom\u00e1h\u00e1 neza\u010d\u00ednat tam, kde u\u017e je vysok\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed. Pokud je d\u00edt\u011b pr\u00e1v\u011b p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00e9, zahanben\u00e9 nebo v obran\u011b, dal\u0161\u00ed ot\u00e1zky v\u011bt\u0161inou nep\u0159inesou v\u00edc pravdy. Funguje jen tehdy, kdy\u017e je pravdiv\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je i schopnost odd\u011blit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/en\/how-to-communicate-without-escalating-under-pressure\/\">facts or interpretations<\/a>. Fakt je, \u017ee d\u00edt\u011b nep\u0159i\u0161lo v domluven\u00fd \u010das. Interpretace je, \u017ee je nezodpov\u011bdn\u00e9, lhostejn\u00e9 nebo \u017ee v\u00e1s schv\u00e1ln\u011b nerespektuje. Fakt je, \u017ee neodpov\u00edd\u00e1 jednou v\u011btou. Interpretace je, \u017ee si ni\u010deho nev\u00e1\u017e\u00ed. \u010c\u00edm rychleji rodi\u010d p\u0159ech\u00e1z\u00ed od faktu k interpretaci, t\u00edm v\u00edc se rozhovor vzdaluje realit\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b tady b\u00fdv\u00e1 u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 zpomalit. Ne kv\u016fli technice, ale kv\u016fli p\u0159esnosti. Na co vlastn\u011b reaguji? Na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed situaci, nebo na strach, kter\u00fd se mi s n\u00ed spojuje? Mluv\u00edm o tom, co se stalo, nebo u\u017e d\u00edt\u011bti p\u0159isuzuji charakter?<\/p>\n<h2>Hranice ano, ale bez poni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>\u010cast\u00fd omyl je p\u0159edstava, \u017ee bu\u010f budeme ch\u00e1pav\u00ed, nebo d\u016fsledn\u00ed. Ve skute\u010dnosti teenager pot\u0159ebuje oboj\u00ed. To je \u00fatok na identitu.<\/p>\n<p>Dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed si podobn\u00e9 v\u011bty neukl\u00e1d\u00e1 jen jako epizodu. \u010casto se zapisuj\u00ed hloub\u011bji, ne\u017e rodi\u010d tu\u0161\u00ed. Pokud se doma dlouhodob\u011b dr\u017e\u00ed strach, v\u00fdbuchy, hlubok\u00e9 sta\u017een\u00ed, sebepo\u0161kozov\u00e1n\u00ed, siln\u00e1 \u00fazkost, \u00fapln\u00e1 ztr\u00e1ta kontaktu nebo pocit, \u017ee u\u017e ka\u017ed\u00e1 v\u011bta m\u016f\u017ee n\u011bco spustit, je na m\u00edst\u011b vn\u00edmat to v\u00e1\u017en\u011bji.<\/p>\n<p>Ne ka\u017ed\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed je vzdor. N\u011bkdy je to p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed, stud, nepojmenovan\u00e1 bolest nebo chaos, kter\u00fd d\u00edt\u011b neum\u00ed samo un\u00e9st. Je pot\u0159eba rozum\u011bt tomu, co je pod n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Komunikace s teenagerem se ve sv\u00e9 podstat\u011b net\u00fdk\u00e1 jen toho, jak mluvit. T\u00fdk\u00e1 se i toho, co rodi\u010d unese v sob\u011b. Jestli vydr\u017e\u00ed nejistotu, ani\u017e by ji okam\u017eit\u011b m\u011bnil v kontrolu. Jestli rozli\u0161\u00ed, kdy je pot\u0159eba zas\u00e1hnout a kdy sp\u00ed\u0161 p\u0159estat tla\u010dit. A jestli dok\u00e1\u017ee z\u016fstat dosp\u011bl\u00fd i ve chv\u00edli, kdy druh\u00e1 strana dosp\u011bl\u00e1 je\u0161t\u011b nen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b to b\u00fdv\u00e1 v rodin\u00e1ch nejt\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed.
