Jde o jednu v\u011btu v e-mailu, o odpov\u011b\u010f v napjat\u00e9m rozhovoru, o okam\u017eik, kdy m\u00e1te \u0159\u00edct ano, ne, po\u010dkat, ozvat se, nebo odej\u00edt. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tam se nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed chyby p\u0159i rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed pod tlakem d\u011bj\u00ed. Ne proto, \u017ee by \u010dlov\u011bk byl slab\u00fd nebo neschopn\u00fd, ale proto\u017ee tlak m\u011bn\u00ed zp\u016fsob, jak\u00fdm \u010dte situaci, s\u00e1m sebe i druh\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pod tlakem se \u010dasto neztr\u00e1c\u00ed inteligence. Ztr\u00e1c\u00ed se p\u0159\u00edstup k n\u00ed. \u010clov\u011bk najednou nevid\u00ed celek, ale jen hrozbu, o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nebo d\u016fsledek, kter\u00e9mu se chce rychle vyhnout. To je d\u016fvod, pro\u010d i velmi schopn\u00ed lid\u00e9 d\u011blaj\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed, kter\u00e1 jim pozd\u011bji p\u0159ipadaj\u00ed ciz\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Pro\u010d se pod tlakem m\u011bn\u00ed \u00fasudek<\/h2>\n<p>Tlak nevypad\u00e1 v\u017edy dramaticky. N\u011bkdy m\u00e1 podobu nal\u00e9hav\u00e9ho term\u00ednu. Jindy ml\u010den\u00ed druh\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka, jeho nespokojen\u00e9ho t\u00f3nu nebo atmosf\u00e9ry, ve kter\u00e9 c\u00edt\u00edte, \u017ee mus\u00edte reagovat spr\u00e1vn\u011b a hned. Ve vztaz\u00edch b\u00fdv\u00e1 tlak je\u0161t\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b viditeln\u00fd. Nen\u00ed vysloven\u00fd, ale je c\u00edtit. A pr\u00e1v\u011b to b\u00fdv\u00e1 zr\u00e1dn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e je \u010dlov\u011bk v nap\u011bt\u00ed del\u0161\u00ed dobu, za\u010dne rozhodovat z jin\u00e9ho m\u00edsta, ne\u017e si mysl\u00ed. Nezva\u017euje jen fakta, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 se sna\u017e\u00ed ulevit t\u011blu, uklidnit vztah, zabr\u00e1nit konfliktu, neztratit tv\u00e1\u0159 nebo se vyhnout vin\u011b. Rozhodnut\u00ed pak nen\u00ed veden\u00e9 jen realitou situace, ale i nepojmenovanou pot\u0159ebou rychle sn\u00ed\u017eit vnit\u0159n\u00ed tlak.<\/p>\n<p>To je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd rozd\u00edl. Ne ka\u017ed\u00e9 rychl\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed je \u0161patn\u00e9. Probl\u00e9m vznik\u00e1 tehdy, kdy\u017e si \u010dlov\u011bk mysl\u00ed, \u017ee reaguje na realitu, ale ve skute\u010dnosti reaguje hlavn\u011b na vlastn\u00ed p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed chyby p\u0159i rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed pod tlakem<\/h2>\n<p>Jedna z nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edch chyb je zam\u011bnit \u00falevu za spr\u00e1vnost. N\u011bkter\u00e1 rozhodnut\u00ed p\u0159inesou okam\u017eit\u00e9 zklidn\u011bn\u00ed. Souhlas\u00edte, ustoup\u00edte, omluv\u00edte se, vezmete odpov\u011bdnost i za to, co nen\u00ed va\u0161e, a nap\u011bt\u00ed na chv\u00edli polev\u00ed. To ale je\u0161t\u011b neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee jste se rozhodli dob\u0159e. Znamen\u00e1 to jen, \u017ee se nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m sna\u017eil p\u0159e\u017e\u00edt situaci co nejrychleji.<\/p>\n<p>Typicky se to d\u011bje <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/en\/the-arguments-keep-repeating-themselves\/\">v konfliktech<\/a>. Druh\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk tla\u010d\u00ed na rychl\u00e9 vysv\u011btlen\u00ed, jasn\u00e9 stanovisko nebo okam\u017eit\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Vy c\u00edt\u00edte, \u017ee nem\u00e1te dost \u010dasu si v\u0161e srovnat, ale stejn\u011b odpov\u00edte. Ne proto, \u017ee u\u017e v\u00edte, co si mysl\u00edte, ale proto\u017ee je nesnesiteln\u00e9 v tom nap\u011bt\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b chv\u00edli z\u016fstat.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed \u010dast\u00e1 chyba je p\u0159ece\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed bezprost\u0159edn\u00edho rizika. Pod tlakem m\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bk tendenci v\u011b\u0159it, \u017ee kdy\u017e te\u010f neud\u011bl\u00e1 konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed krok, p\u0159ijde z\u00e1sadn\u00ed ztr\u00e1ta. \u017de pokud neodpov\u00ed hned, vztah se zhor\u0161\u00ed. To neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee si n\u011bco vym\u00fd\u0161lej\u00ed. Znamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee jejich \u010dten\u00ed reality je ovlivn\u011bn\u00e9 strachem, minulou zku\u0161enost\u00ed nebo nau\u010denou rol\u00ed. \u010clov\u011bk, kter\u00fd se dlouhodob\u011b boj\u00ed odm\u00edtnut\u00ed, bude i neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed nesouhlas vn\u00edmat jako ohro\u017een\u00ed vztahu. \u010clov\u011bk, kter\u00fd b\u00fdval trestan\u00fd za chybu, bude i b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed pro\u017e\u00edvat jako test, ve kter\u00e9m nesm\u00ed selhat.<\/p>\n<p>T\u0159et\u00ed chyba b\u00fdv\u00e1 m\u00e9n\u011b n\u00e1padn\u00e1 &#8211; \u010dlov\u011bk zam\u011bn\u00ed ciz\u00ed nal\u00e9havost za vlastn\u00ed prioritu. To je \u010dast\u00e9 u citliv\u00fdch a vn\u00edmav\u00fdch lid\u00ed. Druh\u00fd je nerv\u00f3zn\u00ed, rozlad\u011bn\u00fd nebo nespokojen\u00fd, a vy okam\u017eit\u011b za\u010dnete \u0159e\u0161it jeho stav, jako by \u0161lo o v\u00e1\u0161 \u00fakol. Rozhodnut\u00ed pak nevych\u00e1z\u00ed z toho, co je pravdiv\u00e9 nebo \u00fanosn\u00e9 pro v\u00e1s, ale z toho, co co nejrychleji stabilizuje druh\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n<p>Na povrchu to m\u016f\u017ee vypadat jako ohleduplnost. Ve skute\u010dnosti u\u017e ale \u010dasto doch\u00e1z\u00ed k opu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vlastn\u00edho vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdy\u017e tlak nevytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed situace, ale vztahov\u00e1 dynamika<\/h2>\n<p>Ne v\u0161echny chyby p\u0159i rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed pod tlakem vznikaj\u00ed kv\u016fli mno\u017estv\u00ed pr\u00e1ce nebo krizov\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti. Velk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st vznik\u00e1 ve vztaz\u00edch, kde je nejasno, vina, nevy\u0159\u010den\u00e1 o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nebo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/en\/subtle-relationship-manipulation\/\">jemn\u00e1 manipulace<\/a>. V takov\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bk neza\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 tlak jako jednor\u00e1zov\u00fd n\u00e1por, ale jako trval\u00e9 vnit\u0159n\u00ed sta\u017een\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Typick\u00fd moment vypad\u00e1 nen\u00e1padn\u011b. Po rozhovoru nev\u00edte, co p\u0159esn\u011b se stalo, ale odch\u00e1z\u00edte s pocitem, \u017ee jste n\u011bco pokazili. Nebo \u017ee byste m\u011bli ud\u011blat v\u00edc. Nebo \u017ee va\u0161e reakce byla p\u0159ehnan\u00e1. A pr\u00e1v\u011b v tomto stavu d\u011bl\u00e1te dal\u0161\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed &#8211; vysv\u011btlujete, napravujete, ustupujete, dokazujete dobrou v\u016fli.<\/p>\n<p>Probl\u00e9m nen\u00ed jen v obsahu rozhovoru. Probl\u00e9m je v tom, \u017ee tlak u\u017e p\u0159edem posunul va\u0161e vnit\u0159n\u00ed nastaven\u00ed. Nevyhodnocujete situaci z klidu, ale z oslaben\u00e9 pozice. A \u010d\u00edm \u010dast\u011bji v n\u00ed jste, t\u00edm v\u00edc se v\u00e1m vlastn\u00ed \u00fasudek zd\u00e1 nespolehliv\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Tady je pot\u0159eba velk\u00e1 p\u0159esnost. Ne ka\u017ed\u00fd konflikt je manipulace. Ne ka\u017ed\u00e1 nal\u00e9havost druh\u00e9ho je n\u00e1tlak. Ale pokud po interakc\u00edch opakovan\u011b ztr\u00e1c\u00edte jasnost, pochybujete o vlastn\u00edm vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed a rozhodujete se hlavn\u011b proto, abyste u\u017e nec\u00edtili tlak, stoj\u00ed za to p\u0159estat \u0159e\u0161it jen jednotliv\u00e1 rozhodnut\u00ed a pod\u00edvat se na dynamiku, ve kter\u00e9 vznikaj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Chyba, kter\u00e1 b\u00fdv\u00e1 pova\u017eovan\u00e1 za zodpov\u011bdnost<\/h2>\n<p>Mnoho lid\u00ed si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee pod tlakem selh\u00e1vaj\u00ed proto, \u017ee nejsou dost disciplinovan\u00ed nebo odoln\u00ed. Ve skute\u010dnosti \u010dasto selh\u00e1vaj\u00ed proto, \u017ee na sebe berou p\u0159\u00edli\u0161. Cht\u011bj\u00ed b\u00fdt rozumn\u00ed, f\u00e9rov\u00ed, klidn\u00ed, n\u00e1pomocn\u00ed. Cht\u011bj\u00ed situaci zvl\u00e1dnout bez zbyte\u010dn\u00fdch \u0161kod. To samo o sob\u011b nen\u00ed probl\u00e9m.<\/p>\n<p>Pot\u00ed\u017e nast\u00e1v\u00e1 ve chv\u00edli, kdy zodpov\u011bdnost p\u0159estane m\u00edt hranice. Pak \u010dlov\u011bk p\u0159eb\u00edr\u00e1 i to, co mu nepat\u0159\u00ed &#8211; ciz\u00ed emoce, ciz\u00ed chaos, ciz\u00ed neschopnost komunikovat jasn\u011b. Rozhoduje se pak ne podle reality, ale podle p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed, kter\u00e9 vzniklo z dlouhodob\u00e9ho vnit\u0159n\u00edho p\u0159esahu.<\/p>\n<p>Navenek to m\u016f\u017ee p\u016fsobit jako vysp\u011blost. Uvnit\u0159 je to ale \u010dasto sm\u011bs strachu, adaptace a snahy udr\u017eet v\u011bci pohromad\u011b za ka\u017edou cenu.<\/p>\n<h2>Co pom\u00e1h\u00e1, kdy\u017e je pot\u0159eba rozhodnout a tlak je re\u00e1ln\u00fd<\/h2>\n<p>V n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 situaci neb\u00fdv\u00e1 neju\u017eite\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed hledat spr\u00e1vnou odpov\u011b\u010f okam\u017eit\u011b. U\u017e samotn\u00e9 odd\u011blen\u00ed toho, co je fakt, co je domn\u011bnka a co je t\u011blesn\u00e1 reakce, m\u016f\u017ee z\u00e1sadn\u011b zm\u011bnit kvalitu rozhodnut\u00ed. N\u011bkdy je pravda velmi prost\u00e1: druh\u00fd je nespokojen\u00fd, ale zat\u00edm nev\u00edte pro\u010d. Term\u00edn se bl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed, ale je\u0161t\u011b nen\u00ed po v\u0161em. M\u00e1te strach, ale ten s\u00e1m o sob\u011b je\u0161t\u011b ne\u0159\u00edk\u00e1, jak\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed je spr\u00e1vn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pom\u00e1h\u00e1 tak\u00e9 v\u0161imnout si, co p\u0159esn\u011b v\u00e1s tla\u010d\u00ed k rychlosti. Je to skute\u010dn\u011b situace, nebo nesnesitelnost nejistoty? Je pot\u0159eba odpov\u011bd\u011bt hned, nebo jen c\u00edt\u00edte, \u017ee byste m\u011bli? Je rozhodnut\u00ed zral\u00e9, nebo m\u00e1 jen zastavit nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd stav?<\/p>\n<p>U n\u011bkter\u00fdch lid\u00ed je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 vr\u00e1tit se k velmi konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm ot\u00e1zk\u00e1m: Co te\u010f v\u00edm jist\u011b. Co si jen dom\u00fd\u0161l\u00edm. Co by se stalo, kdybych si vzal je\u0161t\u011b \u010das. Co t\u00edmto rozhodnut\u00edm chr\u00e1n\u00edm. A koho t\u00edmto rozhodnut\u00edm opou\u0161t\u00edm &#8211; sebe, nebo druh\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n<p>Nejde o techniku pro v\u0161echny situace. N\u011bkdy je opravdu pot\u0159eba jednat rychle. Ale i tehdy b\u00fdv\u00e1 rozd\u00edl mezi rychl\u00fdm rozhodnut\u00edm a rozhodnut\u00edm vnit\u0159n\u011b vyhnan\u00fdm tlakem. Prvn\u00ed vych\u00e1z\u00ed z orientace. Druh\u00e9 z vnit\u0159n\u00edho sev\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak poznat, \u017ee nejde o jednu chybu, ale o opakuj\u00edc\u00ed se vzorec<\/h2>\n<p>Pokud se po rozhodnut\u00edch pravideln\u011b vrac\u00edte k t\u00e9\u017ee v\u011bt\u011b &#8211; j\u00e1 jsem to vlastn\u011b necht\u011bl takhle ud\u011blat &#8211; nejde jen o n\u00e1hodu. Pokud po konfliktech souhlas\u00edte s n\u011b\u010d\u00edm, co v\u00e1m pozd\u011bji ned\u00e1v\u00e1 smysl, pokud pod tlakem \u0159\u00edk\u00e1te ano a v klidu c\u00edt\u00edte ne, pokud sv\u00e9 reakce opakovan\u011b opravujete ve prosp\u011bch druh\u00fdch, stoj\u00ed za to zbyst\u0159it.<\/p>\n<p>Vzorec se \u010dasto neukazuje v jedn\u00e9 velk\u00e9 sc\u00e9n\u011b, ale v drobn\u00fdch opakov\u00e1n\u00edch. V tom, \u017ee pot\u0159ebujete dlouho, abyste si p\u0159iznali nesouhlas. V tom, \u017ee si vlastn\u00ed intuici uzn\u00e1te a\u017e zp\u011btn\u011b. V tom, \u017ee si v\u011b\u0159\u00edte m\u00e9n\u011b ve chv\u00edli, kdy je vedle v\u00e1s n\u011bkdo siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, hlasit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed nebo zklaman\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b tady se rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed pod tlakem p\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1 t\u00fdkat jen v\u00fdkonu a \u010dasu. Za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 se t\u00fdkat identity, hranic a vztahu k vlastn\u00edmu vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed. A to je m\u00edsto, kde nesta\u010d\u00ed \u0159\u00edct si, \u017ee p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b budete klidn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Pokud \u010dlov\u011bk nerozum\u00ed tomu, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/en\/what-is-deep-individual-coaching\/\">co se v n\u011bm pod tlakem aktivuje<\/a>, bude stejn\u00e9 chyby opakovat i s nejlep\u0161\u00edmi \u00famysly.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkdy tedy nejde o to nau\u010dit se rozhodovat rychleji nebo jist\u011bji. N\u011bkdy je p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ot\u00e1zka jin\u00e1: Co se se mnou d\u011bje, \u017ee ve chv\u00edli tlaku p\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1m br\u00e1t v\u00e1\u017en\u011b to, co ve skute\u010dnosti vid\u00edm a v\u00edm.
