Sp\u00ed\u0161 mezi dv\u011bma verzemi reality. Jedna \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee p\u0159eh\u00e1n\u00edte, \u017ee jste unaven\u00ed, citliv\u00ed nebo zbyte\u010dn\u011b opatrn\u00ed. Druh\u00e1 je ti\u0161\u0161\u00ed, ale vytrval\u00e1 &#8211; n\u011bco tu nesed\u00ed. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tady za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 pr\u016fvodce rozhodov\u00e1n\u00edm v nejistot\u011b. Ne ve chv\u00edli, kdy m\u00e1te m\u00e1lo informac\u00ed, ale ve chv\u00edli, kdy u\u017e si p\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1te b\u00fdt jist\u00ed vlastn\u00edm \u010dten\u00edm situace.<\/p>\n<p>To b\u00fdv\u00e1 psychicky n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e se na prvn\u00ed pohled zd\u00e1. Nejde jen o to, co ud\u011blat. Jde o to, z \u010deho vlastn\u011b vych\u00e1z\u00edte. Jestli z reality, nebo z tlaku. Jestli z pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed, nebo z nau\u010den\u00e9 pot\u0159eby uklidnit druh\u00e9, nezklamat, nep\u0159ehnat to, nezp\u016fsobit konflikt. V nejistot\u011b toti\u017e \u010dasto nerozhoduje jen rozum. Rozhoduj\u00ed i star\u00e9 vztahov\u00e9 vzorce, vina, \u00fanava a dlouhodob\u00e9 p\u0159izp\u016fsobov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdy\u017e probl\u00e9m nen\u00ed volba, ale zaml\u017een\u00e9 vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Lid\u00e9 si \u010dasto mysl\u00ed, \u017ee maj\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017e s rozhodnost\u00ed. Ve skute\u010dnosti maj\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017e s orientac\u00ed. Opakovan\u011b se ocitaj\u00ed v situac\u00edch, kde po rozhovoru odch\u00e1zej\u00ed zmaten\u00ed. Cht\u011bli \u0159\u00edct ne, ale nakonec souhlasili. Cht\u011bli se ozvat, ale najednou si nebyli jist\u00ed, jestli na to v\u016fbec maj\u00ed pr\u00e1vo. Cht\u011bli ud\u011blat zm\u011bnu, ale b\u011bhem p\u00e1r hodin si ji sami zpochybnili.<\/p>\n<p>Tohle se d\u011bje i velmi schopn\u00fdm lidem. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/en\/strategic-leadership-and-teams\/\">Mana\u017eerce<\/a>, kter\u00e1 je v pr\u00e1ci p\u0159esn\u00e1, ale doma dlouhodob\u011b ustupuje. Otci, kter\u00fd navenek funguje stabiln\u011b, ale v n\u011bkter\u00fdch vztaz\u00edch se propad\u00e1 do pocitu, \u017ee cokoli ud\u011bl\u00e1, bude \u0161patn\u011b. Dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edmu \u010dlov\u011bku, kter\u00fd si nen\u00ed jist\u00fd, jestli se skute\u010dn\u011b m\u011bn\u00ed jeho okol\u00ed, nebo jen on s\u00e1m ztr\u00e1c\u00ed pevnou p\u016fdu pod nohama.<\/p>\n<p>Nejistota tedy nemus\u00ed znamenat, \u017ee nev\u00edte dost. N\u011bkdy znamen\u00e1, \u017ee jste p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 dlouho ve vztahov\u00e9 nebo komunika\u010dn\u00ed dynamice, kter\u00e1 va\u0161e vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed systematicky oslabuje. A pak je velmi t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 d\u011blat dobr\u00e1 rozhodnut\u00ed, proto\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd dal\u0161\u00ed krok vyhodnocujete p\u0159es filtr pochybnost\u00ed o sob\u011b.<\/p>\n<h2>Pr\u016fvodce rozhodov\u00e1n\u00edm v nejistot\u011b neza\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 akc\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>B\u011b\u017en\u00e1 rada zn\u00ed: sepi\u0161te si pro a proti. Jen\u017ee pokud je va\u0161e vnit\u0159n\u00ed orientace naru\u0161en\u00e1, seznam v\u00e1s \u010dasto nikam neposune. Do sloupce \u201epro\u201c se dostane to, co je rozumn\u00e9 pro druh\u00e9. Do sloupce \u201eproti\u201c se dostane to, co c\u00edt\u00edte vy, ale sami tomu nev\u011b\u0159\u00edte. To je m\u00e9n\u011b efektn\u00ed, ale mnohem u\u017eite\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Fakt je nap\u0159\u00edklad to, \u017ee po ur\u010dit\u00fdch rozhovorech pravideln\u011b c\u00edt\u00edte nap\u011bt\u00ed v t\u011ble a n\u011bkolik hodin p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00edte, co jste ud\u011blali \u0161patn\u011b. Fakt je, \u017ee druh\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk m\u011bn\u00ed t\u00f3n, kdy\u017e nastav\u00edte hranici. Fakt je, \u017ee odkl\u00e1d\u00e1te rozhodnut\u00ed u\u017e m\u011bs\u00edce, p\u0159esto\u017ee informace se z\u00e1sadn\u011b nem\u011bn\u00ed. Interpretace je, \u017ee jste p\u0159ecitliv\u011bl\u00ed, neloaj\u00e1ln\u00ed nebo neschopn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Tento rozd\u00edl b\u00fdv\u00e1 nen\u00e1padn\u00fd, ale z\u00e1sadn\u00ed. Jakmile p\u0159estanete automaticky v\u011b\u0159it ka\u017ed\u00e9mu sebepochybuj\u00edc\u00edmu koment\u00e1\u0159i ve vlastn\u00ed hlav\u011b, za\u010dne se situace trochu \u010distit.<\/p>\n<h3>Na co se d\u00edvat, kdy\u017e si p\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1te v\u011b\u0159it<\/h3>\n<p>Pom\u00e1h\u00e1 neptat se hned \u201eco m\u00e1m ud\u011blat\u201c, ale sp\u00ed\u0161 \u201eco se tu opakuje\u201c. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/en\/nejcastejsi-chyby-pri-rozhodovani-pod-tlakem\/\">Rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed v nejistot\u011b<\/a> se \u010dasto vyjasn\u00ed a\u017e ve chv\u00edli, kdy p\u0159estanete \u0159e\u0161it jednotliv\u00fd incident a za\u010dnete sledovat vzorec.<\/p>\n<p>Opakuje se po kontaktu s ur\u010dit\u00fdm \u010dlov\u011bkem pocit viny? M\u011bn\u00edte n\u00e1zor hlavn\u011b tehdy, kdy\u017e druh\u00fd zes\u00edl\u00ed tlak? Rozhodujete se jinak o samot\u011b a jinak ve chv\u00edli, kdy o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1te nesouhlas? Ustupujete proto, \u017ee se situace opravdu zm\u011bnila, nebo proto, \u017ee u\u017e nechcete d\u00e1l n\u00e9st nap\u011bt\u00ed?<\/p>\n<p>To nejsou akademick\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky. Ukazuj\u00ed, z jak\u00e9ho m\u00edsta se rozhodnut\u00ed rod\u00ed. Jestli z kontaktu s realitou, nebo z pot\u0159eby co nejrychleji sn\u00ed\u017eit vnit\u0159n\u00ed nepohodl\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Nejistota m\u00e1 r\u016fzn\u00e9 podoby a ne ka\u017ed\u00e1 znamen\u00e1 tot\u00e9\u017e<\/h2>\n<p>N\u011bkdy je nejistota p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e1. Jste v nov\u00e9 situaci, informace jsou ne\u00fapln\u00e9, d\u016fsledky nejsou z\u0159ejm\u00e9. Tam d\u00e1v\u00e1 smysl opatrnost, \u010das a ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed. Jindy je ale nejistota sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed. Nevznik\u00e1 z nejasn\u00e9 situace, ale z dlouhodob\u00e9ho tlaku, v n\u011bm\u017e jste si zvykli ned\u016fv\u011b\u0159ovat vlastn\u00edm reakc\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>To je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed rozd\u00edl. V prvn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159ebujete v\u00edce dat. Ve druh\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159ebujete obnovit schopnost \u010d\u00edst, co se s v\u00e1mi d\u011bje, ani\u017e byste to okam\u017eit\u011b zneplatnili.<\/p>\n<p>Typick\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edkladem je situace, kdy objektivn\u011b v\u00edte, \u017ee n\u011bjak\u00e9 uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed nefunguje, ale nedok\u00e1\u017eete z toho vyvodit d\u016fsledek. Ne proto, \u017ee by bylo m\u00e1lo d\u016fkaz\u016f. Sp\u00ed\u0161 proto, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd pokus o jasn\u00e9 pojmenov\u00e1n\u00ed v sob\u011b okam\u017eit\u011b doprovod\u00edte proti\u00fatokem: mo\u017en\u00e1 jsem nespravedliv\u00fd, mo\u017en\u00e1 jsem unaven\u00e1, mo\u017en\u00e1 \u010dek\u00e1m moc.<\/p>\n<p>Takov\u00fd vnit\u0159n\u00ed mechanismus nevypad\u00e1 dramaticky, ale velmi \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b blokuje rozhodnut\u00ed. \u010clov\u011bk pak nep\u016fsob\u00ed nerozhodn\u011b. \u010casto p\u016fsob\u00ed p\u0159ehnan\u011b rozumn\u011b. Ch\u00e1pe v\u0161echny strany, omlouv\u00e1 v\u0161echny okolnosti, bere na sebe pod\u00edl odpov\u011bdnosti. Jen s\u00e1m sebe z obrazu postupn\u011b vyjme.<\/p>\n<h2>Co d\u011blat, kdy\u017e pot\u0159ebujete rozhodnout a uvnit\u0159 je zmatek<\/h2>\n<p>Pom\u00e1h\u00e1 vr\u00e1tit rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed z hlavy do konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed situace. M\u00edsto ot\u00e1zky \u201eje to spr\u00e1vn\u00e9?\u201c je n\u011bkdy p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zeptat se: Co se stane, kdy\u017e nic nezm\u011bn\u00edm? Co se stane, kdy\u017e to \u0159eknu nahlas? Co se stane ve mn\u011b, kdy\u017e znovu ustoup\u00edm?<\/p>\n<p>Tyto ot\u00e1zky nejsou dramatizace. Jsou zp\u016fsob, jak vr\u00e1tit do \u00favahy re\u00e1ln\u00fd dopad. Mnoho lid\u00ed toti\u017e zva\u017euje hlavn\u011b to, jak jejich rozhodnut\u00ed ovlivn\u00ed druh\u00e9. M\u00e9n\u011b u\u017e sleduj\u00ed, co s nimi d\u011bl\u00e1 dlouhodob\u00e9 nejedn\u00e1n\u00ed. Jen\u017ee i odklad je rozhodnut\u00ed. I ml\u010den\u00ed m\u00e1 d\u016fsledky. I p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed n\u011bco stoj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fd moment je odd\u011blit nekomfort od ohro\u017een\u00ed. Ne ka\u017ed\u00e9 nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed je chybn\u00e9. N\u011bkdy je jen nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 proto, \u017ee naru\u0161uje star\u00fd zvyk. Pokud jste byli dlouho vedeni k tomu, \u017ee klid znamen\u00e1 nevyvol\u00e1vat probl\u00e9m, pak i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martinaocadlikova.cz\/en\/risky-relationships-2\/\">zdrav\u00e9 vymezen\u00ed<\/a> m\u016f\u017ee t\u011blo \u010d\u00edst jako riziko. To ale je\u0161t\u011b neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee je \u0161patn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Naopak n\u011bkdy \u010dlov\u011bk z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 ve zn\u00e1m\u00e9m uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b proto, \u017ee jeho nepohodl\u00ed je d\u016fv\u011brn\u011b zn\u00e1m\u00e9. Jistota zn\u00e1m\u00e9ho tlaku pak paradoxn\u011b p\u016fsob\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u011bji ne\u017e nejistota zm\u011bny. I to je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 vid\u011bt bez moralizov\u00e1n\u00ed. Ne jako slabost, ale jako psychologickou realitu.<\/p>\n<h3>Kdy rozhodnut\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b neurychlovat<\/h3>\n<p>Ne ka\u017ed\u00e1 situace vol\u00e1 po rychl\u00e9m \u0159ezu. Jsou momenty, kdy je p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e1 akce jen dal\u0161\u00ed formou \u00faniku od nap\u011bt\u00ed. T\u0159eba kdy\u017e jste zahlceni, sp\u00edte m\u00e1lo, jste po konfliktu nebo po del\u0161\u00ed dob\u011b pod tlakem za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1te c\u00edtit sm\u011bs vzteku a vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed. V takov\u00e9m stavu \u010dlov\u011bk \u010dasto netou\u017e\u00ed po p\u0159esnosti, ale po \u00falev\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>To neznamen\u00e1 ned\u011blat nic. Znamen\u00e1 to nerozhodovat definitivn\u011b ve chv\u00edli, kdy je nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00fd a v\u0161echno se jev\u00ed bu\u010f nebezpe\u010dn\u011b, nebo beznad\u011bjn\u011b. M\u00edsto velk\u00e9ho rozhodnut\u00ed je n\u011bkdy p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ud\u011blat men\u0161\u00ed ov\u011b\u0159ovac\u00ed krok. N\u011bco \u0159\u00edct jinak. N\u011bco si nechat p\u00edsemn\u011b potvrdit. Jedno setk\u00e1n\u00ed odlo\u017eit. Jednu hranici formulovat konkr\u00e9tn\u011bji. D\u00edvat se, co to ud\u011bl\u00e1 se situac\u00ed a co to ud\u011bl\u00e1 s v\u00e1mi.<\/p>\n<h2>P\u0159esnost je n\u011bkdy d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e odvaha<\/h2>\n<p>Kolem rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed se \u010dasto mluv\u00ed o odvaze. Jen\u017ee v nejistot\u011b b\u00fdv\u00e1 d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159esnost. Odvaha bez p\u0159esnosti m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k ukvapen\u00e9mu gestu. P\u0159esnost bez odvahy zase k nekone\u010dn\u00e9mu analyzov\u00e1n\u00ed. Pot\u0159ebujete oboj\u00ed, ale v ur\u010dit\u00e9m po\u0159ad\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Nejd\u0159\u00edv pot\u0159ebujete co nejm\u00e9n\u011b zkreslen\u011b vid\u011bt, co se d\u011bje. Jak\u00e1 je situace, jak\u00e1 je dynamika, co je opakuj\u00edc\u00ed se vzorec, co je domn\u011bnka a kde u\u017e dlouho ignorujete vlastn\u00ed sign\u00e1ly. Teprve potom m\u00e1 smysl \u0159e\u0161it, jak\u00fd krok je \u00fanosn\u00fd, vhodn\u00fd a v dan\u00e9 chv\u00edli realistick\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Dobr\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed v nejistot\u011b nemus\u00ed p\u016fsobit grandi\u00f3zn\u011b. N\u011bkdy vypad\u00e1 velmi oby\u010dejn\u011b. P\u0159estanete vysv\u011btlovat n\u011bco, co u\u017e jste vysv\u011btlili t\u0159ikr\u00e1t. Odlo\u017e\u00edte souhlas, dokud si neujasn\u00edte, co vlastn\u011b chcete. P\u0159estanete automaticky opravovat atmosf\u00e9ru, kterou vytvo\u0159il n\u011bkdo jin\u00fd. P\u0159ipust\u00edte si, \u017ee va\u0161e zmaten\u00ed nen\u00ed d\u016fkaz nekompetence, ale informace o prost\u0159ed\u00ed, ve kter\u00e9m se pohybujete.<\/p>\n<p>A n\u011bkdy je nejp\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed zat\u00edm \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 velk\u00e9 neud\u011blat. Jen kone\u010dn\u011b nep\u0159ehl\u00e9dnout to, co u\u017e dlouho v\u00edte, ale st\u00e1le to omlouv\u00e1te. I to je forma n\u00e1vratu k sob\u011b. Ne hlasit\u00e1, ne efektn\u00ed, ale velmi podstatn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk znovu za\u010dne rozli\u0161ovat mezi tlakem a realitou, mezi vinou a odpov\u011bdnost\u00ed, mezi star\u00fdm vzorcem a skute\u010dnou volbou, nejistota nezmiz\u00ed.
