Pr\u00e1v\u011b pro tyto situace vznik\u00e1 tento pr\u016fvodce zmatkem po rozhovoru &#8211; ne jako rychl\u00e1 rada, ale jako p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed orientace v momentu, kdy odch\u00e1z\u00edte s pocitem, \u017ee n\u011bco nen\u00ed v po\u0159\u00e1dku, jen neum\u00edte hned \u0159\u00edct co.<\/p>\n<p>Typicky to nevypad\u00e1 dramaticky. Sed\u00edte naproti \u010dlov\u011bku, mluv\u00ed se klidn\u011b, mo\u017en\u00e1 i rozumn\u011b. A p\u0159esto odch\u00e1z\u00edte men\u0161\u00ed, provinilej\u0161\u00ed nebo podivn\u011b rozost\u0159en\u00ed. Je\u0161t\u011b b\u011bhem rozhovoru jste mo\u017en\u00e1 v\u011bd\u011bli, co chcete \u0159\u00edct. Pak se ale n\u011bco posunulo. Za\u010dali jste vysv\u011btlovat, obhajovat se, opravovat t\u00f3n, ustupovat z n\u011b\u010deho, co v\u00e1m p\u0159ed chv\u00edl\u00ed p\u0159ipadalo jasn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Ten zmatek \u010dasto neb\u00fdv\u00e1 zn\u00e1mkou p\u0159ecitliv\u011blosti. B\u00fdv\u00e1 stopou. Ne\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 automaticky, \u017ee druh\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk jednal manipulativn\u011b. Ale ukazuje, \u017ee v komunikaci vzniklo n\u011bco, co stoj\u00ed za bli\u017e\u0161\u00ed rozli\u0161en\u00ed. A pr\u00e1v\u011b to b\u00fdv\u00e1 pro mnoho lid\u00ed nejt\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed &#8211; odd\u011blit, co se skute\u010dn\u011b stalo, od toho, co si o tom za\u010dnou dodate\u010dn\u011b vypr\u00e1v\u011bt.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdy\u017e po rozhovoru nev\u011b\u0159\u00edte vlastn\u00edmu vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Zmatek po rozhovoru m\u00edv\u00e1 n\u011bkolik podob. N\u011bkdy si \u0159\u00edk\u00e1te, \u017ee jste to asi \u0161patn\u011b pochopili. Jindy v\u00edte, \u017ee v\u00e1m n\u011bco vadilo, ale okam\u017eit\u011b hled\u00e1te vysv\u011btlen\u00ed, pro\u010d to vlastn\u011b nebylo tak zl\u00e9. A n\u011bkdy se stane n\u011bco je\u0161t\u011b jemn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho &#8211; m\u00edsto ot\u00e1zky, co se v tom rozhovoru d\u011blo, za\u010dnete \u0159e\u0161it, co je \u0161patn\u011b s v\u00e1mi.<\/p>\n<p>To je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd moment. Pozornost se p\u0159esune z reality situace na va\u0161i \u00fadajnou nedostate\u010dnost. Mo\u017en\u00e1 jste moc citliv\u00ed. Mo\u017en\u00e1 neum\u00edte komunikovat. Mo\u017en\u00e1 jste zase reagovali p\u0159ehnan\u011b. Tato vnit\u0159n\u00ed oto\u010dka b\u00fdv\u00e1 velmi rychl\u00e1 a u lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou zvykl\u00ed p\u0159eb\u00edrat odpov\u011bdnost za vztahov\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed, skoro automatick\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Jen\u017ee ne ka\u017ed\u00fd pocit viny je d\u016fkazem viny. A ne ka\u017ed\u00e1 nejistota znamen\u00e1, \u017ee v\u00e1\u0161 \u00fasudek selhal. N\u011bkdy je nejistota p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdm d\u016fsledkem toho, jak byl rozhovor veden.<\/p>\n<h2>Pr\u016fvodce zmatkem po rozhovoru za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 u fakt\u016f<\/h2>\n<p>Pokud se chcete v takov\u00e9 situaci zorientovat, m\u00e1 smysl neza\u010d\u00ednat u hodnocen\u00ed. Ani sv\u00e9ho, ani druh\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka. U\u017eite\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je vr\u00e1tit se k pozorovateln\u00fdm moment\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p>Co p\u0159esn\u011b bylo \u0159e\u010deno? Ve kter\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b jste ztratili p\u016fdu pod nohama? Na jakou v\u011btu jste za\u010dali reagovat obhajobou m\u00edsto toho, abyste d\u00e1l dr\u017eeli svou p\u016fvodn\u00ed linii? Zm\u011bnilo se t\u00e9ma? Byla va\u0161e ot\u00e1zka zodpov\u011bzena, nebo se rozhovor sto\u010dil jinam? Omlouvali jste se za n\u011bco, co v\u00e1m je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed chv\u00edl\u00ed nep\u0159ipadalo jako chyba?<\/p>\n<p>Takov\u00e9 mapov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee p\u016fsobit technicky, ale ve skute\u010dnosti vrac\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bka k realit\u011b. Zmatek se \u017eiv\u00ed neur\u010ditost\u00ed. Kdy\u017e z\u016fstane rozhovor v rovin\u011b celkov\u00e9ho dojmu, snadno sklouznete k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee probl\u00e9m je ve v\u00e1s. Kdy\u017e ho rozlo\u017e\u00edte na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed momenty, za\u010dnou b\u00fdt vid\u011bt vzorce.<\/p>\n<p>Nap\u0159\u00edklad: p\u0159i\u0161li jste s jednoduch\u00fdm t\u00e9matem, ale po deseti minut\u00e1ch u\u017e vysv\u011btlujete sv\u00e9 \u00famysly, charakter a minul\u00e1 rozhodnut\u00ed. Nebo jste cht\u011bli mluvit o tom, co v\u00e1m vadilo, a skon\u010dili jste u uklid\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed druh\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka, \u017ee ho nechcete zra\u0148ovat. Nejde o detail. Jde o zm\u011bnu pozice.<\/p>\n<h2>Ne ka\u017ed\u00fd nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd rozhovor je manipulace<\/h2>\n<p>Tady je pot\u0159eba p\u0159esnost. Bylo by p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 snadn\u00e9 ozna\u010dit ka\u017ed\u00fd zra\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed nebo matouc\u00ed rozhovor za manipulativn\u00ed. Lid\u00e9 komunikuj\u00ed neobratn\u011b, pod tlakem, z obrany, ze strachu, z vlastn\u00edch slep\u00fdch m\u00edst. N\u011bkdy v\u00e1s druh\u00fd opravdu neposlouch\u00e1. N\u011bkdy se jen neum\u00ed zastavit. N\u011bkdy si chr\u00e1n\u00ed obraz sebe sama tak urputn\u011b, \u017ee pro va\u0161i zku\u0161enost nezbude m\u00edsto.<\/p>\n<p>Dopad na v\u00e1s ale m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt podobn\u00fd. A pr\u00e1v\u011b proto je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00e9n\u011b \u0159e\u0161it n\u00e1lepku a v\u00edce sledovat dynamiku. Co se v rozhovoru opakovalo? Byl prostor pro va\u0161i realitu, nebo se ka\u017ed\u00e1 va\u0161e v\u011bta rychle relativizovala? M\u011bli jste mo\u017enost n\u011bco dokon\u010dit, nebo jste byli pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b p\u0159eru\u0161ov\u00e1ni, opravov\u00e1ni a vraceni do defenzivy?<\/p>\n<p>Rozd\u00edl mezi konfliktem a rozkladem jistoty je podstatn\u00fd. V konfliktu m\u016f\u017eete c\u00edtit nap\u011bt\u00ed, nesouhlas, i bolest. Ale v\u011bt\u0161inou st\u00e1le v\u00edte, co si mysl\u00edte. P\u0159i rozkladu jistoty odch\u00e1z\u00edte s pocitem, \u017ee u\u017e nev\u00edte nic. Ani co jste \u0159ekli, ani pro\u010d jste to \u0159ekli, ani jestli na sv\u016fj pocit v\u016fbec m\u00e1te pr\u00e1vo.<\/p>\n<h2>Co zmatek po rozhovoru \u010dasto zakr\u00fdv\u00e1<\/h2>\n<p>Pod samotn\u00fdm zmaten\u00edm b\u00fdv\u00e1 \u010dasto n\u011bco konkr\u00e9tn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho. Pon\u00ed\u017een\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jste si v tu chv\u00edli nedovolili c\u00edtit. Vztek, kter\u00fd jste rychle p\u0159elo\u017eili do sebekontroly. Strach, \u017ee pokud z\u016fstanete u sv\u00e9 verze reality, p\u0159ijdete o vztah, pozici nebo klid.<\/p>\n<p>Lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed dlouho funguj\u00ed ve vysok\u00e9 odpov\u011bdnosti, b\u00fdvaj\u00ed v tomto obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 zraniteln\u00ed. Um\u011bj\u00ed n\u00e9st nap\u011bt\u00ed, ust\u00e1t slo\u017eit\u00e9 situace, regulovat emoce. To je cenn\u00e1 schopnost. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 se ale snadno stane, \u017ee tut\u00e9\u017e schopnost pou\u017eij\u00ed proti sob\u011b. M\u00edsto aby si v\u0161imli, \u017ee n\u011bco bylo mimo, za\u010dnou je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159esn\u011bji \u0159\u00eddit vlastn\u00ed reakce, aby byli rozumn\u00ed, vysp\u011bl\u00ed a korektn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Jen\u017ee v n\u011bkter\u00fdch rozhovorech nen\u00ed probl\u00e9m nedostatek seberegulace. Probl\u00e9m je, \u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 rychle opust\u00ed vlastn\u00ed referen\u010dn\u00ed bod. P\u0159estane sledovat, co se d\u011bje, a za\u010dne sledovat, jak p\u016fsob\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak poznat, \u017ee jste opustili vlastn\u00ed referen\u010dn\u00ed bod<\/h2>\n<p>B\u00fdv\u00e1 to sly\u0161et i ve vnit\u0159n\u00ed \u0159e\u010di po rozhovoru. M\u00edsto &#8220;tohle mi nesed\u011blo&#8221; se objev\u00ed &#8220;mo\u017en\u00e1 jsem to podal \u0161patn\u011b&#8221;. M\u00edsto &#8220;na to mi neodpov\u011bd\u011bl&#8221; p\u0159ijde &#8220;m\u011bl jsem to \u0159\u00edct jemn\u011bji&#8221;. M\u00edsto &#8220;tohle p\u0159ekroutil&#8221; se ozve &#8220;asi jsem nebyl dost srozumiteln\u00fd&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkdy to samoz\u0159ejm\u011b m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pravda. Nejde o to ud\u011blat z druh\u00e9ho automaticky vin\u00edka. Jde o to v\u0161imnout si jednostrannosti. Pokud se po ka\u017ed\u00e9m n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9m rozhovoru vy\u0161et\u0159ujete jen vy sami a druh\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 mimo zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed, nevznik\u00e1 p\u0159esnost. Vznik\u00e1 zvyk pochybovat o sob\u011b jako prvn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Tento zvyk se \u010dasto netvo\u0159\u00ed v jednom vztahu. B\u00fdv\u00e1 star\u0161\u00ed. \u010clov\u011bk si p\u0159inese zku\u0161enost, \u017ee bezpe\u010d\u00ed ve vztahu z\u00e1viselo na tom, jak dob\u0159e odhadne n\u00e1ladu, pot\u0159eby nebo k\u0159ehkost druh\u00e9ho. Pak i v dosp\u011blosti snadno p\u0159ehl\u00e9dne moment, kdy u\u017e nejde o empatii, ale o ztr\u00e1tu vlastn\u00edho m\u00edsta.<\/p>\n<h2>Co d\u011blat v prvn\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch po takov\u00e9m rozhovoru<\/h2>\n<p>Nejprve neb\u00fdv\u00e1 u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 rozhovor okam\u017eit\u011b uzav\u00edrat velk\u00fdm z\u00e1v\u011brem. Ani ps\u00e1t dlouh\u00e9 vysv\u011btluj\u00edc\u00ed zpr\u00e1vy, jen abyste rychle obnovili klid. Zmatek m\u00e1 tendenci nutit \u010dlov\u011bka k okam\u017eit\u00e9 oprav\u011b vztahu. Jen\u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b tehdy obvykle nem\u00e1te dost jasnosti.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00edsto toho pom\u00e1h\u00e1 kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 zastaven\u00ed u t\u0159\u00ed rovin. Co jsou fakta. Co jste c\u00edtili. A co jste si za\u010dali vykl\u00e1dat. Tyto roviny se \u010dasto sm\u00edchaj\u00ed do jednoho uzlu. Kdy\u017e je odd\u011bl\u00edte, n\u011bco se uvoln\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Fakt m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt, \u017ee jste polo\u017eili ot\u00e1zku a nedostali odpov\u011b\u010f. Pocit m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt bezmoc nebo stud. Interpretace m\u016f\u017ee zn\u00edt: nem\u011bl jsem to otev\u00edrat. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 z t\u011bchto vrstev je jin\u00e1. Kdy\u017e je nerozli\u0161\u00edte, interpretace se tv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed jako realita.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkdy tak\u00e9 pom\u016f\u017ee vr\u00e1tit se k t\u011blu. Ne jako duchovn\u00ed technika, ale jako kontrola reality. Co se stalo ve chv\u00edli, kdy druh\u00fd promluvil ur\u010dit\u00fdm t\u00f3nem? St\u00e1hlo se v\u00e1m b\u0159icho? Zrychlil se dech? P\u0159estali jste p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let a za\u010dali jen reagovat? T\u011blo \u010dasto zachyt\u00ed zlom d\u0159\u00edv ne\u017e mysl.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdy u\u017e nejde o jeden rozhovor<\/h2>\n<p>Jeden nepoveden\u00fd rozhovor je\u0161t\u011b nemus\u00ed znamenat z\u00e1sadn\u00ed probl\u00e9m. D\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je opakov\u00e1n\u00ed. Pokud se s konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm \u010dlov\u011bkem pravideln\u011b vrac\u00edte z komunikace rozost\u0159en\u00ed, provinil\u00ed nebo podivn\u011b vy\u010derpan\u00ed, nen\u00ed to mali\u010dkost. Zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 kdy\u017e p\u0159ed rozhovorem v\u00edte, co chcete \u0159\u00edct, a po n\u011bm u\u017e to nev\u00edte.<\/p>\n<p>Opakov\u00e1n\u00ed ukazuje na dynamiku, ne na n\u00e1hodu. A tam u\u017e nesta\u010d\u00ed analyzovat jednotliv\u00e9 v\u011bty. Je pot\u0159eba sledovat \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed obraz. Kdo v tomto vztahu nese stabiliza\u010dn\u00ed funkci. Kdo vysv\u011btluje, uklid\u0148uje a opravuje. \u010c\u00ed realita se v nap\u011bt\u00ed ztr\u00e1c\u00ed jako prvn\u00ed. Kdo odch\u00e1z\u00ed s prac\u00ed nav\u00edc.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b tady se zmatek st\u00e1v\u00e1 cennou informac\u00ed. Ne proto, \u017ee by byl p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd. Ale proto\u017ee \u010dasto ukazuje m\u00edsto, kde jste se nau\u010dili p\u0159e\u017e\u00edt t\u00edm, \u017ee se odpoj\u00edte od vlastn\u00edho vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed.
