Sp\u00ed\u0161 jako s\u00e9rie drobn\u00fdch moment\u016f, po kter\u00fdch si \u010dlov\u011bk v\u0161imne, \u017ee mluv\u00ed ti\u0161eji, vysv\u011btluje se v\u00edc ne\u017e d\u0159\u00edv a p\u0159ed ka\u017edou odpov\u011bd\u00ed si v hlav\u011b rychle kontroluje, jestli to, co c\u00edt\u00ed, d\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u016fbec pr\u00e1vo \u0159\u00edct nahlas. Ot\u00e1zka pro\u010d se c\u00edt\u00edm men\u0161\u00ed pak \u010dasto nevznik\u00e1 z jedn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti, ale z dlouh\u00e9ho obdob\u00ed, ve kter\u00e9m se n\u011bco ve va\u0161em postoji k sob\u011b sam\u00fdm nen\u00e1padn\u011b posunulo.<\/p>\n<p>To slovo men\u0161\u00ed je p\u0159esn\u00e9. Neznamen\u00e1 nutn\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b schopn\u00fd, m\u00e9n\u011b inteligentn\u00ed nebo m\u00e9n\u011b hodnotn\u00fd v objektivn\u00edm smyslu. Sp\u00ed\u0161 vnit\u0159n\u011b sta\u017een\u00fd. M\u00e9n\u011b pevn\u00fd ve vlastn\u00edm vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed. M\u00e9n\u011b ochotn\u00fd op\u0159\u00edt se o to, co vid\u00edte, c\u00edt\u00edte a v\u00edte. \u010clov\u011bk m\u016f\u017ee navenek fungovat d\u00e1l velmi dob\u0159e a p\u0159itom uvnit\u0159 postupn\u011b zmen\u0161ovat sv\u016fj prostor.<\/p>\n<h2>Pro\u010d se c\u00edt\u00edm men\u0161\u00ed, i kdy\u017e &#8220;se nic nestalo&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b tady b\u00fdv\u00e1 probl\u00e9m. \u010casto se nestalo nic, co by se dalo jednodu\u0161e uk\u00e1zat prstem. Nebyl jeden zlom, jedna k\u0159ivda, jedna v\u011bta, po kter\u00e9 by bylo v\u0161e jasn\u00e9. M\u00edsto toho se opakovaly drobn\u00e9 situace, kter\u00e9 samy o sob\u011b p\u016fsob\u00ed nevinn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkdo va\u0161e reakce zleh\u010doval. N\u011bkdo v\u00e1m vracel odpov\u011bdnost i za v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 nebyly cel\u00e9 na v\u00e1s. N\u011bkdo byl nespokojen\u00fd bez ohledu na to, co jste ud\u011blali, a vy jste se postupn\u011b za\u010dali v\u00edc soust\u0159edit na to, jak p\u0159edej\u00edt dal\u0161\u00edmu nap\u011bt\u00ed, ne\u017e na to, co si o situaci skute\u010dn\u011b mysl\u00edte.<\/p>\n<p>Podobn\u011b funguje i dlouhodob\u00fd tlak bez vztahov\u00e9 manipulace. Kdy\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk dlouho dr\u017e\u00ed vysokou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e, rozhoduje za druh\u00e9, \u0159e\u0161\u00ed konflikty, nese d\u016fsledky a nem\u00e1 prostor se uvnit\u0159 dorovnat, za\u010dne reagovat u\u017e jen z p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed. Pak se snadno splete v interpretaci a m\u016f\u017ee si \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee sl\u00e1bne. Ve skute\u010dnosti ale \u010dasto nejde o slabost. Jde o to, \u017ee je v syst\u00e9mu, kter\u00fd dlouhodob\u011b p\u0159esahuje jeho kapacitu.<\/p>\n<p>Pocit men\u0161\u00edho j\u00e1 tedy nevznik\u00e1 v\u017edy z nedostatku sebehodnoty. N\u011bkdy vznik\u00e1 z opakovan\u00e9ho p\u0159izp\u016fsobov\u00e1n\u00ed, z nejistoty ve vztahu, z chronick\u00e9ho nap\u011bt\u00ed nebo z prost\u0159ed\u00ed, ve kter\u00e9m va\u0161e vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed nem\u00e1 dost opory.<\/p>\n<h2>Kde se ten pocit bere nej\u010dast\u011bji<\/h2>\n<p>Velmi \u010dasto ve vztaz\u00edch, kde nen\u00ed prostor pro realitu obou stran. Ne nutn\u011b v dramatick\u00fdch nebo otev\u0159en\u011b toxick\u00fdch. Sta\u010d\u00ed, kdy\u017e je jedna strana dlouhodob\u011b dominantn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v tom, jak vykl\u00e1d\u00e1, co se d\u011bje. Vy n\u011bco c\u00edt\u00edte, ale po rozhovoru odch\u00e1z\u00edte s t\u00edm, \u017ee jste p\u0159ecitliv\u011bl\u00ed, n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00ed, nevd\u011b\u010dn\u00ed nebo zbyte\u010dn\u011b komplikovan\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Takov\u00e9 situace neb\u00fdvaj\u00ed hlasit\u00e9. Jsou sp\u00ed\u0161 matouc\u00ed. \u010clov\u011bk neza\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jen bolest. Za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 ztr\u00e1tu orientace. A pr\u00e1v\u011b ztr\u00e1ta orientace \u010dasto zmen\u0161uje v\u00edc ne\u017e samotn\u00fd konflikt.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed \u010dast\u00fd kontext je rodina. Tam se pocit men\u0161\u00edho j\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee vracet velmi rychle, i kdy\u017e jste jinak dosp\u011bl\u00ed, schopn\u00ed a v pr\u00e1ci respektovan\u00ed. Sta\u010d\u00ed n\u011bkolik zn\u00e1m\u00fdch v\u011bt, ur\u010dit\u00fd t\u00f3n, star\u00e9 rozd\u011blen\u00ed rol\u00ed, a znovu se aktivuje pozice, ve kter\u00e9 bylo bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ustoupit ne\u017e se vymezit. \u010clov\u011bk pak ne\u017eije jen p\u0159\u00edtomnost. Reaguje i z d\u00e1vno nau\u010den\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti.<\/p>\n<p>U dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch a mlad\u00fdch lid\u00ed se to \u010dasto d\u011bje v obdob\u00ed, kdy se teprve skl\u00e1d\u00e1 identita. Kdy\u017e je \u010dlov\u011bk opakovan\u011b zpochyb\u0148ov\u00e1n, opravov\u00e1n nebo porovn\u00e1v\u00e1n, neza\u010dne b\u00fdt men\u0161\u00ed proto, \u017ee by byl m\u00e9n\u011b hodnotn\u00fd. Za\u010dne b\u00fdt men\u0161\u00ed proto, \u017ee si jeho vnit\u0159n\u00ed syst\u00e9m je\u0161t\u011b neum\u00ed sv\u00e9 hranice stabiln\u011b podr\u017eet.<\/p>\n<p>A pak je tu je\u0161t\u011b jedna varianta, kter\u00e1 se p\u0159ehl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed. Z\u016fst\u00e1val v re\u017eimu v\u00fdkonu, i kdy\u017e u\u017e jsem d\u00e1vno c\u00edtil, \u017ee za n\u011bj plat\u00edm p\u0159\u00edli\u0161. I tohle \u010dlov\u011bka zmen\u0161uje. Ne moralistn\u011b. Prakticky.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak poznat, \u017ee nejde jen o hor\u0161\u00ed obdob\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Hor\u0161\u00ed obdob\u00ed b\u00fdv\u00e1 nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9, ale \u010dlov\u011bk v n\u011bm obvykle neztr\u00e1c\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00ed kontakt se sebou. V\u00ed, co si mysl\u00ed, i kdy\u017e je unaven\u00fd. Dok\u00e1\u017ee rozli\u0161it, co je jeho a co p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed zven\u010d\u00ed. M\u00e1te pot\u0159ebu vysv\u011btlovat sv\u00e9 pohnutky i tam, kde by d\u0159\u00edv sta\u010dila jednoduch\u00e1 v\u011bta. A kdy\u017e se m\u00e1te rozhodnout, nebrzd\u00ed v\u00e1s jen nejistota. Brzd\u00ed v\u00e1s ned\u016fv\u011bra k vlastn\u00edmu \u00fasudku.<\/p>\n<p>Typick\u00e9 je i to, \u017ee se va\u0161e velikost m\u011bn\u00ed podle lid\u00ed. N\u011bkde jste klidn\u00ed a jasn\u00ed. Vedle konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed osoby se ale st\u00e1hnete, ztrat\u00edte formulaci, pochybujete o sob\u011b a po setk\u00e1n\u00ed se c\u00edt\u00edte men\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e kdy\u017e jste p\u0159i\u0161li. To je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 informace. Pokud se \u010dlov\u011bk vrac\u00ed do prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kde je jeho vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed opakovan\u011b naru\u0161ov\u00e1no, samotn\u00e9 posilov\u00e1n\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00edch v\u011bt p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 nepom\u016f\u017ee. Nejde jen o to, co si o sob\u011b mysl\u00edte. Jde i o to, v jak\u00e9 dynamice se pravideln\u011b pohybujete a co v n\u00ed d\u011bl\u00e1te.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkdy je nav\u00edc nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 p\u0159ipustit, \u017ee pocit men\u0161\u00edho j\u00e1 je spojen\u00fd s loajalitou. Snahou udr\u017eet vztah. Pot\u0159ebou neb\u00fdt pro druh\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd. Strachem z konfliktu nebo z odm\u00edtnut\u00ed. \u010clov\u011bk se pak nezmen\u0161uje n\u00e1hodou. Zmen\u0161uje se jako zp\u016fsob adaptace, kter\u00fd mu m\u011bl n\u011bco uchr\u00e1nit.<\/p>\n<h2>Co b\u00fdv\u00e1 pot\u0159eba vid\u011bt d\u0159\u00edv, ne\u017e se n\u011bco zm\u011bn\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Nejd\u0159\u00edv je pot\u0159eba odd\u011blit pro\u017eitek od automatick\u00e9ho v\u00fdkladu. Pocit men\u0161\u00edho j\u00e1 je skute\u010dn\u00fd pro\u017eitek. Ale vysv\u011btlen\u00ed, pro\u010d vznikl, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zat\u00edm nep\u0159esn\u00e9. Ne v\u017edy je pravda, \u017ee jsem slab\u00fd. Ne v\u017edy je pravda, \u017ee druh\u00fd je manipul\u00e1tor. Ne v\u017edy je pravda, \u017ee sta\u010d\u00ed odej\u00edt. Je to zp\u016fsob, jak znovu z\u00edskat orientaci.<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je tak\u00e9 sledovat cenu p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed. Ne jestli jste se p\u0159izp\u016fsobili, ale co v\u00e1s to st\u00e1lo. Klid na deset minut? Men\u0161\u00ed konflikt? Nebo postupnou ztr\u00e1tu hlasu, spontaneity a jistoty? N\u011bkter\u00e9 strategie byly kdysi chytr\u00e9. Jen u\u017e jsou dnes p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 drah\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>A pak je tu ot\u00e1zka hranic. Ne jako slogan, ale jako re\u00e1ln\u00e1 schopnost un\u00e9st, \u017ee druh\u00fd nebude spokojen\u00fd. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tady mnoho lid\u00ed zji\u0161\u0165uje, \u017ee jejich pocit malosti nesouvis\u00ed jen s t\u00edm, co d\u011bl\u00e1 okol\u00ed, ale i s t\u00edm, jak rychle opou\u0161t\u011bj\u00ed sami sebe, kdy\u017e hroz\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Pro\u010d se c\u00edt\u00edm men\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b u ur\u010dit\u00fdch lid\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Proto\u017ee vedle n\u011bkter\u00fdch lid\u00ed nejde jen o p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fd okam\u017eik. Aktivuj\u00ed se star\u0161\u00ed vrstvy. Pot\u0159eba b\u00fdt uzn\u00e1n. Strach z pon\u00ed\u017een\u00ed. Nutnost udr\u017eet vztah za ka\u017edou cenu. T\u011blo i psychika pak reaguj\u00ed rychleji, ne\u017e sta\u010d\u00edte rozumn\u011b vyhodnotit situaci.<\/p>\n<p>To neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee jste bezmocn\u00ed. Znamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee va\u0161e reakce m\u00e1 historii. A jakmile ji za\u010dnete vid\u011bt, p\u0159estane to vypadat jako nevysv\u011btliteln\u00e1 slabost. Za\u010dne to d\u00e1vat smysl.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkdy se zm\u011bna neprojev\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee budete hned siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Sp\u00ed\u0161 t\u00edm, \u017ee si d\u0159\u00edv v\u0161imnete okam\u017eiku, kdy se zmen\u0161ujete. \u017de rozpozn\u00e1te zn\u00e1m\u00fd tlak v t\u011ble, zn\u00e1m\u00e9 vysv\u011btlov\u00e1n\u00ed, zn\u00e1m\u00fd \u00fastup od vlastn\u00edho vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed.
