V hlav\u011b si vrac\u00edte jednotliv\u00e9 v\u011bty, p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00edte, jestli jste nep\u0159ehnali reakci, jestli jste n\u011bco nepochopili \u0161patn\u011b, nebo jestli probl\u00e9m opravdu vznikl mezi v\u00e1mi a druh\u00fdm \u010dlov\u011bkem. Pr\u00e1v\u011b v takov\u00fdch chv\u00edl\u00edch d\u00e1v\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka kdy vyhledat kou\u010de pro konflikty skute\u010dn\u00fd smysl.<\/p>\n<p>Nejde o to, \u017ee by \u010dlov\u011bk nezvl\u00e1dal b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 neshody. Sp\u00ed\u0161 o moment, kdy konflikt p\u0159estane b\u00fdt jednou situac\u00ed a za\u010dne m\u011bnit va\u0161e vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed sebe sama. Kdy\u017e u\u017e ne\u0159e\u0161\u00edte jen to, co \u0159\u00edct p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b jinak, ale postupn\u011b ztr\u00e1c\u00edte jistotu, co je je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9, co u\u017e nen\u00ed v po\u0159\u00e1dku a kde se ve v\u0161em vytr\u00e1c\u00edte vy sami.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdy vyhledat kou\u010de pro konflikty nen\u00ed p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Mnoho lid\u00ed \u010dek\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 dlouho. Maj\u00ed pocit, \u017ee nejd\u0159\u00edv mus\u00ed nastat n\u011bco opravdu v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9ho. \u017de dokud nedoch\u00e1z\u00ed k otev\u0159en\u00fdm \u00fatok\u016fm, \u00fapln\u00e9mu rozpadu vztahu nebo ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 eskalaci, m\u011bli by si s t\u00edm poradit sami. P\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b t\u00edm, \u017ee se p\u0159ed ur\u010dit\u00fdm \u010dlov\u011bkem za\u010dnete p\u0159ipravovat v\u00edc ne\u017e je b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 &#8211; prom\u00fd\u0161l\u00edte formulace, tlum\u00edte t\u00f3n, p\u0159edem odhadujete jeho reakci a stejn\u011b se nakonec rozhovor sto\u010d\u00ed jinam.<\/p>\n<p>Tohle nejsou mal\u00e9 sign\u00e1ly. Jsou to zn\u00e1mky, \u017ee konflikt u\u017e nen\u00ed jen rozd\u00edl n\u00e1zor\u016f, ale vztahov\u00e1 dynamika, ve kter\u00e9 ztr\u00e1c\u00edte orientaci.<\/p>\n<p>Kou\u010d pro konflikty m\u00e1 smysl ve chv\u00edli, kdy nepot\u0159ebujete sly\u0161et, kdo m\u00e1 pravdu, ale pot\u0159ebujete p\u0159esn\u011bji vid\u011bt, co se mezi v\u00e1mi a druh\u00fdm \u010dlov\u011bkem opakuje. Kde ustupujete p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 brzy. Kde reagujete pod tlakem. Kde sm\u011b\u0161ujete fakta s interpretac\u00ed. A kde mo\u017en\u00e1 dlouhodob\u011b nesete n\u011bco, co u\u017e nen\u00ed jen komunika\u010dn\u00ed probl\u00e9m.<\/p>\n<h2>Konflikt, nebo rozpad jistoty<\/h2>\n<p>Ne ka\u017ed\u00fd n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd rozhovor je d\u016fvodem vyhledat podporu. Jsou konflikty, kter\u00e9 jsou nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9, ale zdrav\u00e9. Dva lid\u00e9 maj\u00ed odli\u0161n\u00e9 pot\u0159eby, odli\u0161n\u00fd styl komunikace, odli\u0161n\u00fd pohled na odpov\u011bdnost. Nap\u011bt\u00ed je v nich p\u0159irozen\u00e9 a nemus\u00ed znamenat, \u017ee je n\u011bco z\u00e1sadn\u011b \u0161patn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Jin\u00e1 situace nast\u00e1v\u00e1, kdy\u017e po konfliktu nez\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 jen nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd pocit, ale vnit\u0159n\u00ed rozpad jistoty. Nev\u00edte, jestli jste reagovali p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u011b. Za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1te pochybovat o vlastn\u00edm \u00fasudku. Konfliktn\u00ed dynamika za\u010dne ovliv\u0148ovat va\u0161i schopnost rozhodovat se i jinde. Jste nerozhodn\u00ed, p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed, snadno se dost\u00e1v\u00e1te do pochybnost\u00ed a ztr\u00e1c\u00edte kontakt s t\u00edm, co si skute\u010dn\u011b mysl\u00edte. Tam u\u017e nejde jen o lep\u0161\u00ed komunikaci. Jde o obnovu orientace.<\/p>\n<h2>Co se p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci s konfliktem skute\u010dn\u011b mapuje<\/h2>\n<p>Lid\u00e9 si n\u011bkdy pod kou\u010dinkem pro konflikty p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed n\u00e1cvik v\u011bt. Jak n\u011bco \u0159\u00edct klidn\u011bji, asertivn\u011bji nebo p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010div\u011bji. To m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt n\u011bkdy u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9, ale samo o sob\u011b to b\u00fdv\u00e1 m\u00e1lo.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud je konflikt hlub\u0161\u00ed, probl\u00e9m nevznik\u00e1 jen ve formulaci. Vznik\u00e1 v tom, \u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk u\u017e nevn\u00edm\u00e1 \u010dist\u011b situaci, ale reaguje z\u00e1rove\u0148 na tlak, strach, starou zku\u0161enost nebo na dlouhodob\u011b naru\u0161en\u00e9 hranice. Pak nesta\u010d\u00ed p\u0159ipravit spr\u00e1vnou v\u011btu. Je pot\u0159eba rozli\u0161it, co se objektivn\u011b stalo, co jste si domysleli, co bylo spu\u0161t\u011bno va\u0161\u00ed histori\u00ed a co je naopak re\u00e1ln\u00fd znak nezdrav\u00e9 dynamiky na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Tohle rozli\u0161en\u00ed b\u00fdv\u00e1 kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9. Bez n\u011bj \u010dlov\u011bk \u010dasto osciluje mezi dv\u011bma extr\u00e9my. Bu\u010f si \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee p\u0159eh\u00e1n\u00ed a m\u011bl by b\u00fdt odoln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. D\u00edv\u00e1 se na to, kde p\u0159esn\u011b se ve v\u00e1s l\u00e1me jistota, pro\u010d se v ur\u010dit\u00e9m momentu vzd\u00e1v\u00e1te sv\u00e9 pozice nebo pro\u010d naopak vybuchnete a\u017e ve chv\u00edli, kdy u\u017e jste dlouho ml\u010deli.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdy vyhledat kou\u010de pro konflikty v pr\u00e1ci a ve vztaz\u00edch<\/h2>\n<p>V pracovn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed b\u00fdv\u00e1 probl\u00e9m v tom, \u017ee mnoho konfliktn\u00edch situac\u00ed lze dlouho maskovat profesionalitou. \u010clov\u011bk funguje, pln\u00ed, komunikuje korektn\u011b. Jen\u017ee uvnit\u0159 se postupn\u011b hromad\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed, opatrnost a zmatek. M\u016f\u017ee j\u00edt o vztah s kolegou, nad\u0159\u00edzen\u00fdm, obchodn\u00edm partnerem nebo klientem. Form\u00e1ln\u011b v\u0161e pokra\u010duje, ale vy u\u017e v\u00edte, \u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 rozhovory v\u00e1s stoj\u00ed nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed energie a po ka\u017ed\u00e9m dal\u0161\u00edm setk\u00e1n\u00ed se c\u00edt\u00edte men\u0161\u00ed, nejasn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed nebo podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e by odpov\u00eddalo situaci.<\/p>\n<p>V osobn\u00edch vztaz\u00edch b\u00fdv\u00e1 situace citliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v tom, \u017ee zde \u010dlov\u011bk nevstupuje jen rol\u00ed, ale celou svou histori\u00ed. Star\u00e9 vzorce p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed, pot\u0159eba neztratit vztah, obava z odm\u00edtnut\u00ed nebo sklon n\u00e9st odpov\u011bdnost i za ciz\u00ed reakce pak mohou zp\u016fsobit, \u017ee dlouho nevid\u00edte, jak moc se konflikt posunul. Mysl\u00edte si, \u017ee jen hled\u00e1te lep\u0161\u00ed zp\u016fsob, jak se domluvit. V tom, \u017ee se konflikt p\u0159estane jevit jako chaotick\u00fd celek a za\u010dne b\u00fdt \u010diteln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Uvid\u00edte, co je va\u0161e \u010d\u00e1st, co nen\u00ed va\u0161e \u010d\u00e1st, kde reagujete ze zran\u011bn\u00ed a kde naopak velmi p\u0159esn\u011b c\u00edt\u00edte n\u011bco, co jste dosud p\u0159ehl\u00ed\u017eeli.
