Hled\u00e1 \u00falevu. A nejrychlej\u0161\u00ed \u00faleva b\u00fdv\u00e1 p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed. Souhlas\u00edte, omluv\u00edte se, ustoup\u00edte, n\u011bco sl\u00edb\u00edte, jen aby nap\u011bt\u00ed skon\u010dilo. Hlavn\u00ed je neztratit orientaci.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkdy sta\u010d\u00ed velmi jednoduch\u00e9 v\u011bty. Pot\u0159ebuji si to promyslet. Te\u010f na to neodpov\u00edm. Vrac\u00edm se k tomu, na co jsem se ptal. Nesouhlas\u00edm s t\u00edm, jak to pod\u00e1v\u00e1te. Takov\u00e9 v\u011bty nejsou efektn\u00ed. Ale vracej\u00ed strukturu tam, kde ji tlak rozb\u00edj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Podstatn\u00e9 je i to, \u017ee nemus\u00edte hned dokazovat, \u017ee m\u00e1te pravdu. Lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed p\u016fsob\u00ed n\u00e1tlakov\u011b, \u010dasto vtahuj\u00ed druh\u00e9 do nekone\u010dn\u00e9ho vysv\u011btlov\u00e1n\u00ed. Vy pak m\u00edsto vlastn\u00edho postoje obhajujete svou citlivost, pam\u011b\u0165 nebo \u00famysly. T\u00edm se t\u011b\u017ei\u0161t\u011b rozhovoru posune. U\u017e ne\u0159e\u0161\u00edte, co se stalo, ale jestli v\u016fbec sm\u00edte vn\u00edmat situaci tak, jak ji vn\u00edm\u00e1te.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b tady b\u00fdv\u00e1 u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 vracet se k ov\u011b\u0159iteln\u00e9mu. Co bylo \u0159e\u010deno. Co bylo domluveno. Co po v\u00e1s druh\u00fd chce. Co c\u00edt\u00edte v t\u011ble, kdy\u017e na v\u00e1s mluv\u00ed. Ne jako d\u016fkaz proti n\u011bkomu, ale jako oporu proti vnit\u0159n\u00edmu rozost\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>N\u00e1tlak \u010dasto nebol\u00ed kv\u016fli v\u011bt\u011b, ale kv\u016fli dynamice<\/h2>\n<p>Jedna jednotliv\u00e1 v\u011bta nemus\u00ed p\u016fsobit dramaticky. Jen\u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 v\u011bty maj\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek a\u017e v kontextu opakov\u00e1n\u00ed. T\u0159eba kdy\u017e sly\u0161\u00edte, \u017ee v\u0161echno moc hrot\u00edte. \u017de si v\u011bci vykl\u00e1d\u00e1te \u0161patn\u011b. \u017de kdybyste byli v klidu, probl\u00e9m by nevznikl. Nebo \u017ee po v\u0161em, co pro v\u00e1s druh\u00fd d\u011bl\u00e1, je va\u0161e reakce nevd\u011b\u010dn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Sama o sob\u011b m\u016f\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e1 z t\u011bch v\u011bt p\u016fsobit je\u0161t\u011b obhajiteln\u011b. A p\u0159itom se st\u00e1le v\u00edc p\u0159izp\u016fsobujete pr\u00e1v\u011b tomu, co v\u00e1s vnit\u0159n\u011b oslabuje.<\/p>\n<p>Nen\u00ed n\u00e1hoda, \u017ee lid\u00e9 v takov\u00fdch situac\u00edch \u010dasto \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed: J\u00e1 u\u017e nev\u00edm, co je pravda.
