Ve vztaz\u00edch je b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 a n\u011bkdy i pot\u0159ebn\u00e9. Pot\u00ed\u017e za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 ve chv\u00edli, kdy u\u017e nejde o v\u011bdomou volbu, ale o automatick\u00fd zp\u016fsob p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed. \u010clov\u011bk p\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1 zva\u017eovat, co chce, co mu d\u00e1v\u00e1 smysl nebo kde m\u00e1 hranici. M\u016f\u017ee si v\u011bci rozm\u00fd\u0161let, ale neztr\u00e1c\u00ed p\u0159i tom \u00fapln\u011b vlastn\u00ed osu. Kdy\u017e o ni p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed, rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed se m\u011bn\u00ed v nekone\u010dn\u00e9 porovn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed mo\u017en\u00fdch reakc\u00ed okol\u00ed. Co bude bezpe\u010dn\u00e9. Co bude p\u0159ijateln\u00e9. Co nespust\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed tlak.<\/p>\n<p>Navenek to m\u016f\u017ee p\u016fsobit jako nerozhodnost. Ne \u017ee nezn\u00e1te v\u0161echny odpov\u011bdi, ale \u017ee se za\u010dnete odpojovat od vlastn\u00edch orienta\u010dn\u00edch bod\u016f.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdy\u017e po rozhovoru z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 vina, ale ne jasnost<\/h2>\n<p>Velmi p\u0159esn\u00fd sign\u00e1l b\u00fdv\u00e1 to, co ve v\u00e1s z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 po kontaktu s ur\u010dit\u00fdm \u010dlov\u011bkem. Jen\u017ee psychologick\u00fd dopad nevznik\u00e1 jen z toho, co je hrub\u00e9 a zjevn\u00e9. Na psychick\u00fd tlak se d\u00e1 adaptovat podobn\u011b jako na hluk. To, co by v\u00e1m d\u0159\u00edv p\u0159ipadalo nep\u0159ijateln\u00e9, za\u010dne p\u016fsobit norm\u00e1ln\u011b jen proto, \u017ee je to \u010dast\u00e9. Druh\u00fdm d\u016fvodem je loajalita. Neptat se hned, co s t\u00edm ud\u011bl\u00e1m, ale co se p\u0159esn\u011b d\u011bje. Po kter\u00fdch situac\u00edch o sob\u011b pochybuji? P\u0159ed k\u00fdm se automaticky vysv\u011btluji? U koho ztr\u00e1c\u00edm jednoduchost? Kdy c\u00edt\u00edm tlak b\u00fdt jin\u00fd, m\u011bk\u010d\u00ed, men\u0161\u00ed, p\u0159ijateln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed?<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je vracet se ke konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm moment\u016fm, ne k obecn\u00fdm soud\u016fm. M\u00edsto v\u011bty \u201easi jsem moc citliv\u00fd\u201c je p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ot\u00e1zka: co p\u0159esn\u011b bylo \u0159e\u010deno, co jsem v tu chv\u00edli c\u00edtil a co jsem si zak\u00e1zal vyj\u00e1d\u0159it? M\u00edsto \u201enev\u00edm, co se se mnou d\u011bje\u201c m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt u\u017eite\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed: od kdy jsem za\u010dal pot\u0159ebovat potvrzen\u00ed i u v\u011bc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsem d\u0159\u00edv v\u011bd\u011bl bez n\u011bj?<\/p>\n<p>Tohle nen\u00ed technika pro rychl\u00e9 uklidn\u011bn\u00ed. Je to zp\u016fsob, jak znovu z\u00edskat kontakt s realitou. Ne tou vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed obecnou, ale s vlastn\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed zku\u0161enost\u00ed. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tam se \u010dasto za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 vracet p\u016fda pod nohama.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkdy se uk\u00e1\u017ee, \u017ee nejde o jeden vztah, ale o star\u0161\u00ed vzorec. \u017de \u010dlov\u011bk dlouhodob\u011b zam\u011b\u0148uje p\u0159ijet\u00ed za p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed, klid za ml\u010den\u00ed nebo bl\u00edzkost za schopnost vydr\u017eet t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 cokoliv. Jindy je probl\u00e9m velmi aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed a nav\u00e1zan\u00fd na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, ve kter\u00e9m se postupn\u011b stalo normou, \u017ee va\u0161e vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00e1 men\u0161\u00ed v\u00e1hu ne\u017e interpretace druh\u00fdch.<\/p>\n<p>Rozd\u00edl mezi t\u011bmito variantami je podstatn\u00fd. Ale v obou p\u0159\u00edpadech plat\u00ed jedno: ztr\u00e1ta sebe se m\u00e1lokdy d\u011bje nar\u00e1z.
