Te\u010f u\u017e si t\u00edm nejste jist\u00ed. Mo\u017en\u00e1 si \u0159\u00edk\u00e1te: <em>Pro\u010d po rozhovoru pochybuji?<\/em> Jestli jsem to nep\u0159ehnal, nepochopil \u0161patn\u011b, nebyl p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 citliv\u00fd. N\u011bkdy se k tomu p\u0159id\u00e1 vina, pot\u0159eba se omluvit nebo nutk\u00e1n\u00ed napsat druh\u00e9mu \u010dlov\u011bku zpr\u00e1vu, kter\u00e1 situaci rychle vyhlad\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Samotn\u00e1 pochybnost je\u0161t\u011b ne\u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee je n\u011bco \u0161patn\u011b. M\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zn\u00e1mkou schopnosti vid\u011bt i vlastn\u00ed pod\u00edl. Probl\u00e9m nast\u00e1v\u00e1 ve chv\u00edli, kdy se objevuje opakovan\u011b, v\u017edy po rozhovoru s ur\u010dit\u00fdm \u010dlov\u011bkem nebo v ur\u010dit\u00e9m typu situace. Kdy\u017e po n\u00ed nez\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 jen otev\u0159en\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka, ale pocit, \u017ee se mus\u00edte vzd\u00e1t vlastn\u00edho pohledu, abyste obnovili klid.<\/p>\n<p>\u010clov\u011bk pak \u010dasto nehled\u00e1, kdo m\u00e1 pravdu. Sna\u017e\u00ed se zjistit, zda m\u00e1 v\u016fbec pr\u00e1vo vn\u00edmat to, co vn\u00edmal.<\/p>\n<h2>Pochybnost po rozhovoru nemus\u00ed vznikat a\u017e v jeho z\u00e1v\u011bru<\/h2>\n<p>N\u011bkter\u00e9 rozhovory jsou n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9, proto\u017ee se dotknou citliv\u00e9ho m\u00edsta. Partner nap\u0159\u00edklad \u0159ekne, \u017ee jste posledn\u00ed dobou vzd\u00e1len\u00ed. Kolega upozorn\u00ed, \u017ee jste v porad\u011b jeho n\u00e1vrh rychle odm\u00edtli. Dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed d\u00edt\u011b reaguje na va\u0161i ot\u00e1zku podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u011b. Je p\u0159irozen\u00e9, \u017ee se po takov\u00e9m rozhovoru \u010dlov\u011bk vrac\u00ed k tomu, co \u0159ekl a co mohl ud\u011blat jinak.<\/p>\n<p>Zral\u00e1 sebereflexe v\u0161ak obvykle zachov\u00e1v\u00e1 kontakt s realitou. M\u016f\u017eete uznat: \u201eAno, v tomhle jsem byl ostr\u00fd.\u201c A sou\u010dasn\u011b v\u011bd\u011bt: \u201eP\u0159esto nebylo v po\u0159\u00e1dku, jak se mnou druh\u00fd mluvil.\u201c Ob\u011b skute\u010dnosti mohou platit vedle sebe.<\/p>\n<p>Zmatek vznik\u00e1 tehdy, kdy\u017e je tento prostor z\u00fa\u017een. Druh\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk m\u016f\u017ee mluvit velmi p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010div\u011b, rychle nebo s velkou jistotou. M\u016f\u017ee se dr\u017eet detailu, na kter\u00e9m jste se nep\u0159esn\u011b vyj\u00e1d\u0159ili, a t\u00edm p\u0159ekr\u00fdt p\u016fvodn\u00ed t\u00e9ma. M\u00edsto rozhovoru o tom, \u017ee opakovan\u011b ru\u0161\u00ed spole\u010dn\u00e9 dohody, se najednou vysv\u011btlujete, pro\u010d jste pou\u017eili slovo \u201ev\u017edycky\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Detail s\u00e1m o sob\u011b m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00fd. Slova jako \u201ev\u017edy\u201c nebo \u201enikdy\u201c \u010dasto situaci zkresluj\u00ed. Rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed je, co se stane potom. Vr\u00e1t\u00ed se rozhovor k podstat\u011b? Je mo\u017en\u00e9 opravit formulaci, ani\u017e by zmizela va\u0161e zku\u0161enost? Nebo se cel\u00e1 debata prom\u011bn\u00ed v d\u016fkaz, \u017ee jste nespolehliv\u00fd vyprav\u011b\u010d vlastn\u00edho \u017eivota?<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b zde lid\u00e9 \u010dasto za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed pochybovat ne proto, \u017ee by nem\u011bli \u00fasudek, ale proto, \u017ee jejich \u00fasudek nem\u011bl v rozhovoru kam dopadnout.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdy ot\u00e1zka \u201epro\u010d po rozhovoru pochybuji\u201c ukazuje na vztahovou dynamiku<\/h2>\n<p>Existuj\u00ed v\u011bty, kter\u00e9 na prvn\u00ed poslech nezn\u00ed hrub\u011b. \u201eTo sis zase vzal osobn\u011b.\u201c \u201eTy si to pamatuje\u0161 \u00fapln\u011b jinak.\u201c \u201eJ\u00e1 jsem to tak p\u0159ece nemyslel.\u201c \u201eS tebou se ned\u00e1 nic \u0159\u00edct.\u201c Ka\u017ed\u00e1 z nich m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt v konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm kontextu legitimn\u00ed. Lid\u00e9 se n\u011bkdy opravdu m\u00edjej\u00ed v \u00famyslu, pam\u011bti i citlivosti.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdznam se uk\u00e1\u017ee a\u017e v opakov\u00e1n\u00ed a v celkov\u00e9 struktu\u0159e rozhovoru. Pokud druh\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk dok\u00e1\u017ee uznat dopad sv\u00e9ho jedn\u00e1n\u00ed, v\u011bta \u201enemyslel jsem to tak\u201c m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt za\u010d\u00e1tkem porozum\u011bn\u00ed. Pokud ji pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jako konec debaty, znamen\u00e1 n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho: na va\u0161em pro\u017eitku nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed, proto\u017ee jeho \u00famysl m\u00e1 m\u00edt posledn\u00ed slovo.<\/p>\n<p>Podobn\u011b p\u016fsob\u00ed p\u0159esouv\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00e9matu. \u0158eknete, \u017ee v\u00e1s zranilo, kdy\u017e partner p\u0159ed ostatn\u00edmi zesm\u011b\u0161nil va\u0161i pozn\u00e1mku. On odpov\u00ed, \u017ee jste ho k tomu vyprovokovali svou n\u00e1ladou. Najednou se nezkoum\u00e1 jeho konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed chov\u00e1n\u00ed, ale va\u0161e povaha, t\u00f3n, minul\u00e1 selh\u00e1n\u00ed nebo \u00fadajn\u00e1 p\u0159ecitliv\u011blost.<\/p>\n<p>Po takov\u00e9m rozhovoru b\u00fdv\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bk vy\u010derpan\u00fd. Ne nutn\u011b proto, \u017ee by druh\u00fd k\u0159i\u010del. N\u011bkdy je komunikace navenek klidn\u00e1, racion\u00e1ln\u00ed a velmi kultivovan\u00e1. Vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed z nutnosti st\u00e1le obhajovat z\u00e1kladn\u00ed v\u011bc: \u017ee se n\u011bco stalo, \u017ee to m\u011blo dopad a \u017ee o tom sm\u00edte mluvit.<\/p>\n<p>To neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd rozhovor je manipulace. Takov\u00e9 rychl\u00e9 ozna\u010den\u00ed by situaci sp\u00ed\u0161 zjednodu\u0161ilo. N\u011bkdy jde o obranu druh\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka, kter\u00fd neum\u00ed sn\u00e9st kritiku. N\u011bkdy se st\u0159etnou dv\u011b zran\u011bn\u00ed, dv\u011b odli\u0161n\u00e9 interpretace a \u0161patn\u00e9 na\u010dasov\u00e1n\u00ed. Jindy ale vznik\u00e1 dlouhodob\u00fd vzorec, v n\u011bm\u017e jeden \u010dlov\u011bk ur\u010duje, co je skute\u010dn\u00e9, p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 a p\u0159ijateln\u00e9 c\u00edtit. Rozd\u00edl nen\u00ed ve slovn\u00edku. Je v tom, zda po rozhovoru z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 prostor pro oba pohledy.<\/p>\n<h2>Co si v\u0161\u00edmat d\u0159\u00edv, ne\u017e za\u010dnete hledat chybu v sob\u011b<\/h2>\n<p>Kdy\u017e jste zvykl\u00ed p\u0159eb\u00edrat odpov\u011bdnost za atmosf\u00e9ru, prvn\u00ed ot\u00e1zka b\u00fdv\u00e1 \u010dasto obr\u00e1cen\u00e1 proti v\u00e1m: Co jsem ud\u011blal \u0161patn\u011b? U\u017eite\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt za\u010d\u00edt u p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho popisu situace. Ne u hodnocen\u00ed sebe ani druh\u00e9ho, ale u toho, co se skute\u010dn\u011b odehr\u00e1lo.<\/p>\n<p>Pom\u00e1h\u00e1 vr\u00e1tit se ke konkr\u00e9tn\u00edmu okam\u017eiku. Co jsem p\u016fvodn\u011b cht\u011bl sd\u011blit? Jak na to druh\u00fd reagoval? Kdy jsem za\u010dal vysv\u011btlovat v\u00edc, ne\u017e jsem p\u016fvodn\u011b pot\u0159eboval? Co z\u016fstalo bez odpov\u011bdi? A s \u010d\u00edm p\u0159esn\u011b z rozhovoru odch\u00e1z\u00edm &#8211; s l\u00edtost\u00ed nad vlastn\u00edm t\u00f3nem, nebo s neur\u010dit\u00fdm pocitem, \u017ee jsem \u0161patn\u011b cel\u00fd?<\/p>\n<p>Rozd\u00edl je podstatn\u00fd. L\u00edtost nad konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed v\u011btou vede k oprav\u011b. M\u016f\u017eete se vr\u00e1tit a \u0159\u00edct: \u201eM\u011bl jsem to formulovat jinak.\u201c Neur\u010dit\u00e1 vina vede k p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed. \u010clov\u011bk se pak omlouv\u00e1 za to, \u017ee t\u00e9ma v\u016fbec otev\u0159el, za svou reakci, pot\u0159ebu, hranici nebo nepohodl\u00ed, kter\u00e9 druh\u00e9mu zp\u016fsobil.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkdy je dobr\u00e9 rozhovor neuzav\u00edrat hned. Lid\u00e9 pod tlakem \u010dasto souhlas\u00ed jen proto, aby nap\u011bt\u00ed skon\u010dilo. Teprve o n\u011bkolik hodin pozd\u011bji, kdy\u017e se t\u011blo uklidn\u00ed, se vr\u00e1t\u00ed p\u016fvodn\u00ed pocit: \u201eNe, takhle to nebylo.\u201c Tento pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1vrat nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt d\u016fkazem tvrdohlavosti. M\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt informace, \u017ee jste v rozhovoru nem\u011bli dost prostoru myslet.<\/p>\n<p>U\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 b\u00fdv\u00e1 rozd\u011blit si t\u0159i roviny, kter\u00e9 se v n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 komunikaci snadno slij\u00ed. Prvn\u00ed je fakt &#8211; co bylo \u0159e\u010deno nebo ud\u011bl\u00e1no. Druh\u00e1 je interpretace &#8211; co tomu p\u0159isuzuji za v\u00fdznam. T\u0159et\u00ed je reakce &#8211; co to ve mn\u011b vyvolalo a co jsem n\u00e1sledn\u011b ud\u011blal. Kdy\u017e nap\u0159\u00edklad n\u011bkdo neodpov\u00ed na zpr\u00e1vu, faktem je ticho. Interpretace m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt \u201eignoruje m\u011b\u201c. Reakc\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt \u00fazkost, v\u00fd\u010ditka nebo sta\u017een\u00ed se. Teprve toto rozli\u0161en\u00ed dovol\u00ed zkoumat situaci bez toho, abyste museli pop\u0159\u00edt vlastn\u00ed pro\u017eitek.<\/p>\n<h2>Pochybnost se \u010dasto op\u00edr\u00e1 o star\u0161\u00ed zku\u0161enost<\/h2>\n<p>N\u011bkter\u00e9 pochybnosti nejsou vytvo\u0159en\u00e9 jedn\u00edm \u010dlov\u011bkem ani jedn\u00edm rozhovorem. Vznikaly mnohem d\u0159\u00edv. D\u00edt\u011b, jeho\u017e emoce byly ozna\u010dov\u00e1ny za p\u0159ehnan\u00e9, se v dosp\u011blosti m\u016f\u017ee rychle vzd\u00e1t sv\u00e9ho pohledu, jakmile druh\u00fd zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed hlas nebo p\u016fsob\u00ed zklaman\u011b. \u010clov\u011bk, kter\u00fd byl oce\u0148ov\u00e1n hlavn\u011b za bezprobl\u00e9movost, m\u016f\u017ee c\u00edtit silnou vinu poka\u017ed\u00e9, kdy\u017e vyslov\u00ed nesouhlas.<\/p>\n<p>To nen\u00ed obvin\u011bn\u00ed minulosti ani v\u00fdmluva pro sou\u010dasnost. Je to souvislost, kter\u00e1 vysv\u011btluje, pro\u010d jsou n\u011bkter\u00e9 situace tak t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9. Kdy\u017e se star\u00fd vzorec potk\u00e1 s \u010dlov\u011bkem, kter\u00fd nerad nese odpov\u011bdnost nebo um\u00ed dob\u0159e obracet pozornost, pochybnost se m\u016f\u017ee rozb\u011bhnout t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 automaticky.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1ce pak nespo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v tom p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dit se, \u017ee m\u00e1te v\u017edy pravdu. To by byl jen opa\u010dn\u00fd extr\u00e9m. Jde o schopnost z\u016fstat u sv\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti dost dlouho na to, abyste ji mohli prov\u011b\u0159it. Bez okam\u017eit\u00e9ho pop\u0159en\u00ed, bez nutnosti ji obh\u00e1jit do posledn\u00edho detailu a bez sp\u011bchu, \u017ee mus\u00edte druh\u00e9mu rychle vr\u00e1tit pocit pohody.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkdy po rozhovoru zjist\u00edte, \u017ee jste skute\u010dn\u011b n\u011bco p\u0159ehl\u00e9dli. Jindy zjist\u00edte, \u017ee jste byli zatla\u010deni do role \u010dlov\u011bka, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 pochybovat za oba. A n\u011bkdy z\u016fstane situace nejednozna\u010dn\u00e1. I to je mo\u017en\u00e9 un\u00e9st. Vnit\u0159n\u00ed stabilita neza\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 jistotou ve v\u0161em, ale schopnost\u00ed nevzdat se sebe ve chv\u00edli, kdy jasn\u00e1 odpov\u011b\u010f je\u0161t\u011b nep\u0159i\u0161la.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pro\u010d po rozhovoru pochybuji?
