Sna\u017e\u00ed se naj\u00edt variantu, za kterou nebude potrest\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<h2>Pro\u010d se neum\u00edm rozhodnout, i kdy\u017e zn\u00e1m odpov\u011b\u010f<\/h2>\n<p>N\u011bkdy \u010dlov\u011bk odpov\u011b\u010f zn\u00e1 velmi p\u0159esn\u011b. V\u00ed, \u017ee u\u017e ve vztahu nechce pokra\u010dovat. V\u00ed, \u017ee pracovn\u00ed role je dlouhodob\u011b neudr\u017eiteln\u00e1. V\u00ed, \u017ee souhlasil s n\u011b\u010d\u00edm, co mu nevyhovuje. Postupn\u011b proto p\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1 vn\u00edmat vlastn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed jako platn\u00e9. \u010cek\u00e1, a\u017e pro n\u011bj z\u00edsk\u00e1 dostatek d\u016fkaz\u016f, a\u017e ho n\u011bkdo schv\u00e1l\u00ed nebo a\u017e zmiz\u00ed nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd pocit viny.<\/p>\n<p>Jen\u017ee vina nemus\u00ed znamenat, \u017ee d\u011bl\u00e1 n\u011bco \u0161patn\u011b. N\u011bkdy pouze ukazuje, \u017ee d\u011bl\u00e1 n\u011bco jinak ne\u017e d\u0159\u00edv. \u017de se nep\u0159izp\u016fsobuje automaticky. \u017de poprv\u00e9 nechr\u00e1n\u00ed pohodl\u00ed druh\u00fdch na \u00fakor sebe.<\/p>\n<h3>Kdy\u017e hled\u00e1te jistotu, kter\u00e1 nep\u0159ijde<\/h3>\n<p>Mnoho lid\u00ed odkl\u00e1d\u00e1 rozhodnut\u00ed, proto\u017ee \u010dekaj\u00ed na pocit stoprocentn\u00ed jistoty. Cht\u011bj\u00ed se rozhodnout a\u017e ve chv\u00edli, kdy u\u017e nebude pochybnost, smutek, strach ani mo\u017enost, \u017ee budou n\u011b\u010deho litovat. Takov\u00fd okam\u017eik ale u podstatn\u00fdch voleb \u010dasto nep\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Rozhodnut\u00ed o d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9m vztahu nap\u0159\u00edklad neb\u00fdv\u00e1 \u010dist\u00e9. M\u016f\u017eete n\u011bkoho milovat a z\u00e1rove\u0148 vedle n\u011bj dlouhodob\u011b ztr\u00e1cet klid. M\u016f\u017eete m\u00edt r\u00e1di svou pr\u00e1ci a sou\u010dasn\u011b v\u011bd\u011bt, \u017ee zp\u016fsob, jak\u00fdm fungujete, v\u00e1s vy\u010derp\u00e1v\u00e1. M\u016f\u017eete c\u00edtit \u00falevu p\u0159i p\u0159edstav\u011b odchodu a hned nato siln\u00fd strach.<\/p>\n<p>Protich\u016fdn\u00e9 pocity nejsou d\u016fkazem, \u017ee se rozhodujete \u0161patn\u011b. \u010casto jsou p\u0159esn\u00fdm obrazem reality: n\u011bco je pro v\u00e1s cenn\u00e9, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 u\u017e to m\u00e1 cenu, kterou nechcete d\u00e1l platit. Pokud \u010dlov\u011bk \u010dek\u00e1, a\u017e jedna strana zcela uml\u010d\u00ed druhou, m\u016f\u017ee \u010dekat velmi dlouho.<\/p>\n<h2>Nerozhodnost jako d\u016fsledek dlouh\u00e9ho p\u0159izp\u016fsobov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Existuje typ nerozhodnosti, kter\u00fd vznik\u00e1 nen\u00e1padn\u011b. \u010clov\u011bk se roky u\u010d\u00ed sledovat n\u00e1lady lid\u00ed kolem sebe. Vn\u00edm\u00e1, kdo je unaven\u00fd, komu se co hod\u00ed, co se sm\u00ed \u0159\u00edct a kdy je lep\u0161\u00ed ml\u010det. Dok\u00e1\u017ee rychle odhadnout, co druh\u00fd pot\u0159ebuje. H\u016f\u0159e u\u017e pozn\u00e1v\u00e1, co pot\u0159ebuje on s\u00e1m.<\/p>\n<p>V dosp\u011blosti pak m\u016f\u017ee p\u016fsobit schopn\u011b, spolehliv\u011b a ohledupln\u011b. \u010casto nese velk\u00fd d\u00edl odpov\u011bdnosti v pr\u00e1ci i doma. N\u011bkdy znamen\u00e1: \u201eNev\u00edm, co chci, proto\u017ee jsem se nau\u010dil, \u017ee moje p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed stejn\u011b komplikuj\u00ed situaci.\u201c Nebo: \u201eV\u00edm to, ale nechci n\u00e9st reakci, kterou moje volba vyvol\u00e1.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Takov\u00e1 nejistota se ned\u00e1 vy\u0159e\u0161it t\u00edm, \u017ee si \u010dlov\u011bk nap\u00ed\u0161e seznam pro a proti. Seznam m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fd u praktick\u00fdch rozhodnut\u00ed. Nepom\u016f\u017ee ale tam, kde ka\u017ed\u00e1 kolonka obsahuje skryt\u00fd strach z odm\u00edtnut\u00ed, opu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nebo konfliktu.<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je rozli\u0161it, co je skute\u010dn\u00fd d\u016fsledek rozhodnut\u00ed a co je p\u0159edem o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00fd trest. Skute\u010dn\u00fdm d\u016fsledkem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nap\u0159\u00edklad zklam\u00e1n\u00ed druh\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka, organiza\u010dn\u00ed komplikace nebo obdob\u00ed nejistoty. Pamatuje si pr\u016fb\u011bh rozhovoru, ale dostane v\u00fdklad, podle kter\u00e9ho se to vlastn\u011b stalo jinak.<\/p>\n<p>Nemus\u00ed j\u00edt v\u017edy o promy\u0161lenou manipulaci. Dopad v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt podobn\u00fd. \u010clov\u011bk za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 svou reakci kontrolovat d\u0159\u00edv, ne\u017e ji v\u016fbec vyslov\u00ed. Ne proto, \u017ee by fakta nesta\u010dila, ale proto\u017ee probl\u00e9m nele\u017e\u00ed ve faktech. Co jste po rozhovoru c\u00edtili a co jste n\u00e1sledn\u011b ud\u011blali proti sob\u011b, abyste obnovili klid.<\/p>\n<p>Konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed realita b\u00fdv\u00e1 stabiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e interpretace, kter\u00e9 se v napjat\u00e9m vztahu rychle m\u011bn\u00ed. Je to informace o dynamice, ve kter\u00e9 se rozhoduje.<\/p>\n<h2>Rozhodnut\u00ed nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt rozsudek nad cel\u00fdm \u017eivotem<\/h2>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed zdroj paral\u00fdzy vznik\u00e1 tehdy, kdy\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk vn\u00edm\u00e1 ka\u017edou volbu jako kone\u010dn\u00fd verdikt. Kdy\u017e odm\u00edtne nab\u00eddku, mo\u017en\u00e1 zav\u0159e jedinou cestu. Kdy\u017e vztah ukon\u010d\u00ed, mo\u017en\u00e1 u\u017e nikdy nenajde bl\u00edzkost. Kdy\u017e nastav\u00ed hranici, mo\u017en\u00e1 druh\u00e9ho ztrat\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed pak nese nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159enou v\u00e1hu.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkter\u00e9 volby skute\u010dn\u011b m\u011bn\u00ed \u017eivot. P\u0159esto ani tehdy nemus\u00edte zn\u00e1t cel\u00fd budouc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh, abyste mohli ud\u011blat poctiv\u00fd krok v p\u0159\u00edtomnosti. \u010casto sta\u010d\u00ed v\u011bd\u011bt, co u\u017e d\u00e1l nechcete potvrzovat sv\u00fdm chov\u00e1n\u00edm. Mo\u017en\u00e1 jste p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 dlouho \u017eili v prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kde va\u0161e volba pot\u0159ebovala obhajobu, povolen\u00ed nebo ochranu p\u0159ed reakc\u00ed druh\u00fdch. N\u00e1vrat k vlastn\u00edmu \u00fasudku neza\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 dokonalou jistotou.
