My name is Martina Očadlíková and I help students find their own path – not just the one that others want for them. We don't deal with grades or how they should behave. Instead, we look at what's truly important to them, what gives them meaning, and what's holding them back.

Introductory Session
(first step to finding direction)
The introductory session is a key step at the beginning of our coaching process. During this session, we will focus on understanding your needs and goals, in order to find the best direction for our collaboration.
- We'll clarify what topics are important to you and what you'd like to change
- We'll discuss your situation, your goals, and determine what form of collaboration would be most effective
- We'll set the frequency and direction of coaching

Initial Phase
(intensive coaching for quick progress)
For students who want to quickly change their situation, gain confidence, and start taking action.
- We meet 1x weekly for maximum effect
- Each session is tailored to your situation and progress we'll achieve together

2 sessions monthly of 90 minutes – 8,000 CZK (save 1,000 CZK)
Maintenance Phase
(less intensive coaching for long-term support)
For students who have already found their direction and want to maintain it.
- We meet 1x monthly to track your development and maintain motivation
- We jointly review long-term goals and set steps for further growth

For students going through a difficult period and need quick support.

Yes, coaching is completely confidential. Everything you share during the session stays between us. Respect for privacy and confidentiality is a fundamental principle of my coaching practice.
Coaching focuses on the present and the future, helping you achieve your goals and develop your potential. Therapy often deals with healing past traumas and mental issues. Coaching does not solve mental illness and does not replace therapeutic care.

I am an accredited coach with a comprehensive background that includes over 130 certifications in various coaching and personal development areas. I hold an MBA in Coaching and Mentoring Leadership, and an MSc in Project Management.
