Privacy Policy (GDPR)
This document explains how Etabl s.r.o. (hereinafter the „Provider”) processes personal data of users of the website www.martinaocadlikova.cz (hereinafter the „Web”) in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data.

- Device and browser information
- Website activity history (visited pages, clicks)
Data when contacting support
- Email communication
- Any additional data voluntarily provided by the user

Sending news and insights via WhatsApp
By subscribing to my newsletter and insights by scanning the QR code or sending an initial message to my WhatsApp, you acknowledge the following:
- Purpose of processing I am processing your phone number and name solely for the purpose of sending occasional marketing messages, insights from my practice, and information about my services (e.g., courses, coaching).
- Legal basis The legal basis for this processing is your voluntary and explicit consent, which you give by sending the first message or scanning the QR code.
- Means of communication Communication takes place via the WhatsApp Business application. I use the „Broadcast List” function, which ensures that your details are not visible to other subscribers and communication takes place discreetly (1-to-1).
- Retention period We will process your data for the duration of my project, but no longer than until your consent is withdrawn.
- Withdrawal of consent (Unsubscribe) You can withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge. Simply send me a message on WhatsApp stating „STOP”. Upon receipt of this message, your number will be immediately removed from all lists and databases for this purpose.
- Security Your contact details are secured in accordance with the technical standards of the WhatsApp Business application and are protected against access by unauthorised persons.
