Individual collaboration: working with concrete situations and recurring dynamics
In individual work, we focus on situations where patterns repeat in communication, relationships, or decision-making. The aim is to understand what is actually happening in those moments and to find a more precise way of acting within them.
Coaching
Coaching focused on situations where you need greater clarity in decision-making, communication, and relationships.
We work with what is actually happening—where pressure arises, recurring dynamics form, or trust in one’s own judgment is lost.
The goal is neither motivation nor quick fixes, but a more precise orientation within the situation and the ability to act more consciously where previous methods no longer work.

What the collaboration looks like
The work is based on the concrete situations you are currently dealing with.
We don’t work in general terms, but with what is actually happening between you and other people, or in your decision-making.
We typically begin by mapping the situation: what keeps repeating, where pressure arises, and where clarity or influence is being lost.
Gradually, we name the patterns and dynamics that appear in these situations and look for ways to respond differently within them.
The goal is not only understanding, but change in concrete behavior.
The collaboration can be:
- short-term, if you need orientation in a specific situation
- or longer-term, if it makes sense to work with patterns over time
What clients most often bring
Recurring relational patterns
Manipulative Dynamics and Communication
Loss of confidence in oneself in a specific situation
Tension in professional relationships
Decision-making in unclear environments
Setting boundaries
Reactions under pressure
Internal pressure and doubt
We all have hearts that play a role in our decision-making. I love how Lou Gerstner, former CEO of IBM, put it: "You can't mandate change by writing memos. You have to appeal to people's emotions. People have to embrace it with their hearts and souls, not just their minds."
