Program Terms and Conditions
Compass – Clarity & Decision Program for Teenagers (16–19)
1. Program Provider
The Compass program is provided by:

Registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, file no. C 247794
(hereinafter referred to as the “provider”).
The program is led by Martina Očadlíková, ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
2. Nature of the Program
Compass is a coaching program focused on:
- self-understanding
- reflection
- development of decision-making abilities
- exploring personal direction
The program:
- is not psychotherapy
- does not replace medical or psychological care
- is not a diagnostic or treatment service
If a teenager is experiencing significant psychological difficulties, psychotherapy or other professional support may be more appropriate.
3. Program Format
The Compass program takes place in a group format. The program includes:
- 12 sessions
- session duration: 90 minutes (personal version) or 75 minutes (program itself) + 15 minutes (voluntary after-talk) for online version
- maximum 8 participants per group (personal version) or 10 participants per group (online version)
- location: Prague or online
Sessions take place on pre-scheduled dates.
4. Registration and Reservation
Registration takes place via an online registration form. A place in the program is reserved after:
- completing the registration form
- payment of the program fee.
The program capacity is limited as mentioned in paragraph 3.
5. Program Fee
The price of the program is 21,500 CZK including VAT ( personal version), or 16,500 CZK including VAT (online version). The price includes the entire 12-week program. Payment is made as a one-time payment before the program begins.
Cancellation Policy
Participation in the program is binding. Participants may withdraw from the agreement within within 14 days of registrationprovided that the program has not yet started. After this period, participation cannot be cancelled and the paid fee is non-refundable. In serious circumstances, participation may be transferred to another program term upon agreement.
7. Absence During the Program
The program is designed as a continuous process. If a participant is absent from a session, individual sessions cannot be replaced or refunded.
8. Confidentiality
The Compass program creates a space for open and confidential discussion. Participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of information shared within the group. The provider maintains confidentiality regarding information shared during the program, except in situations where the health or safety of the participant may be at risk.
9. Voluntary Participation
The program is based on the voluntary participation of the teenager. For the program to be beneficial, the participant is expected to engage actively in the discussions and reflection process.
10. Respectful Environment
Compass creates a safe environment for sharing thoughts and experiences. All participants are expected to:
- respect other participants
- respect different perspectives
- maintain confidentiality regarding shared information
11. Termination of Participation
In the event of repeated behaviour that disrupts the safe environment of the group, the provider reserves the right to remove the participant from the program.
12. Parental Consent
Registration for the program is completed by a parent or legal guardian. By registering, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they:
- consent to their child’s participation in the program
- have read these terms and conditions
- understand the nature of the program.
13. Personal Data Protection
Personal data of participants and their parents are processed for the purpose of:
- organizing the program
- communication with participants
- administration of registration and payment.
Personal data are not shared with third parties except when necessary to fulfil legal obligations.
14. Final Provisions
The provider reserves the right to reasonably update these terms and conditions. The current version is always available on the Compass program website.
